I felt very uncomfortable and rushed. I couldn’t read over none of the paperwork that I signed. I ask about the principal on the car . She acted like it didn’t exist. I will give them credit when it’s due they made sure I left with a car. & they split my payments up which is great since I get paid bi weekly. If I ever buy a car again I will definitely go with someone that’s not as quiet as I am. So I can get the answers I need.
Went to SVG in Beavercreek to get a motorcycle. Not only were we trading a car in but the salesmen lied to us about how much we were getting for the car. A second salesmen tells us he never said that. THEN, after us driving there tells us we have to go find a bank to finance the bike because they dont have anyone to finance. This is all after the first guy told us they had two places that do. Absolute joke all of it. I will never buy a vehicle from SVG, ever. You guys just lost a 20 thousand dollar sale.

I had maintenance work performed on my 2015 GMC Terrain yesterday. My service technician Ken shopped around for the best price on the parts. He also had my suv washed. Im so pleased with the service and I would purchase another vehicle from SVG sgain.
I was super nervous, I previously bought my first car from a neighbor so I had no idea how to navigate a car dealership but everyone was so nice and really helped curve the anxiety I had! Great service! Definitely a 10/10!
Bought a RV on New Years Eve and they added the sales tax to the financed amount and said theyll send me a check in 2 weeks for that amount because Ill have to go register it myself and pay the taxes back in Texas when doing so. Havent gotten a check or title and no update on it and my temporary tags are about to expire. now I have to pay the $1800 tax out of pocket and have the $1800 still on my finance amount (pretty much paying the sales tax twice because these people cant be bothered to even answer their phone, emails, or text messages). I will 100% be retaining a consumer rights lawyer. The sale itself went so well I was planning to upgrade to a bigger camper by the end of the year through them but that is long gone out the window.I wont even touch on how Im sure they didnt even do a thorough PDI because Ive found so many issues with the RV since I brought it home including bad seals on the roof..
We bought a van from here and had the worst car purchasing experience. Sales was nice but lots of confusions and headaches. Their manager didnt care anything. If you want to have a smooth purchasing process, this isnt a place.
I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Kaeko Wells was a delight to work with and I couldnt be happier with the service I received. The paperwork and required documentation was provided quickly and efficiently. The automobile was clean and presented beautifully. They say its a used 2018 Model, it looks like a new 2022!!!! I was in an unfortunate accident and my car was totaled. 3 days later, I have this beautiful 2018 Toyota Corolla delivered to my homes garage. Exceptional service!!!!! Went to buy a vehicle and these guys were trying to rip me off guy. They tried to sell me warrantys and things on the vehicle just to pocket my money. Jeff Schmidt will be mad if he hears what you are up to again there fella. They also seem to discriminate against fat guys because they told me a lincoln town car didnt fit me and they told me a guy like me needed a truck.
I would go lower with 1 star if I could. I bought a car had to return it in 2 days . Transmission and drive ahaft went out in it and the would not give me all my down payment back. Buyer beware if this place .
Bought this truck for my family. Ended up getting great customer service from TJ. TJ was there to make sure I walked away with a truck without a problem. Been there two other times and got b.s from two ppl that really didn’t know what they were doing. Finally, got a truck I wanted and was a proud customer to have this beauty. Thank you Tj. Previously the entire car buying process has been a nightmare. I started to stress about having to go through the usual half a day sitting around in a dealership and having to provide document after document and being told your d own payment is a months salary, not so this time! Within less than 2 hoursI found my beautiful Camry hybrid, test drove it, was approved and out the door, driving my new car. My down payment was reasonable and my sales associate was wonderful. Best experience I have ever had buying a car!

It was nice to go into a dealership and see a female salesperson. As a woman, I would rather do business with other women. She was very knowledgeable. She has been at her job for quite a while. So women if youre in the market for vehicle definitely ask for Kaeko Wells.
I bought a used Toyota Corolla and Glenn was an awesome salesman! Very fair on price and fun to work with. He had my best interest in mind throughout the entire sale. When I wasnt sure about how to make a decision along the way, he even went so far to tell me what he would do if he was in my shoes. Management is really kind as well! Highly recommend Glenn at SVG!
Took my son in to buy his 1st car the sales person Nick was great and very helpful when it got to the paperwork and we were going over it with the sales person his boss came up and was totally disrespectful condescending and rude because we were not ready to buy the car that day. I have never been talked to in that manner from someone is customer service and will never return. Keep in mind I went there to buy my car almost 5 years ago had great service and that was the reason I took my son there. Had he not been so rude my son would have been back to buy his car

Amber was very thorough and communicated with me through every step! overall I had a great experience with SVG Motors!
We bought our truck from here and consistently brought it here for maintenance with no peoblems. None of the original people even work here anymore. We dropped our truck off 5 weeks ago for a lock cylinder, and its still not done. They have a million excuses and no solutions. Everything in our vehicle has been moved and rummaged thru, which is unacceptable. We will be taking our vehicles elsewhere from now on. Disgusted with the service.

Got my car serviced there. The mechanic Kyle was great friendly and very helpful. He explained everything in detail regarding what he fixed and how this helps maintain things in the future.

My wife and I came here this morning to look at a car shed seen on their website, but when we got here it had been already been sold. Shed made an appointment to see it and wed driven from Columbus to see that car specifically, so it was a bit frustrating that they didnt let us know when it was sold. In their defense, they told her that the car could not be reserved, but a heads up would have been nice anyway. Once we were there, Ken Bailey did a really great job trying to find similar vehicles, but in the end we decided to keep looking elsewhere. Overall, I had a good impression of the place, perhaps a bit disorganized with the communication but not pushy or aggressive at all with the sales.
A very entertaining time there! The store was clean, the employees stayed outside and readily available for customers. Good experience at the Shoup mill svg. Demarco was very personable and down to earth when it came to sales which I feel is important and he also provides great entertainment if you purchase a vehicle as well!!! 😉😆

They saw me walking in and knew I was gonna be an easy one to get over on.They chose the car, ended up being $75 more than I wanted, paid for the insurance signed the paperwork and then they tell me they have no key for my car. Said I can come get it next week. Drove the hour up there and they still didnt have the keys. It has been almost a month and Im still not driving my car.. Sent an email 2 days ago saying I want my money back if I dont have my car by Friday and they have completely ignored me. What was supposed to be a positive experience, they have turned into a nightmare. Avoid this place at all costs.Its been a week since I originally posted this review and I still have no idea when my car will be ready.I sent 3 emails last week to 3 different people, no response from any of them. They dont seem to understand why Im upset and have issues with this transaction.

Went there after receiving an email regarding them buying my vehicle. Seemed like a nice place. Manager definitely wasn’t very pleasant as many of the employees complained about him. Manager test drove my car and proceeded to mash the gas around joy riding my vehicle and came back cussing towards me about the vehicle(and low balled me). Could use better management.
SVG Motors is amazing! I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Escape Titanium from them and truly love the car and loved dealing with everyone at SVG Motors. Ill be honest I never stepped foot inside the building I bought my car online, over text, and on the phone and had it delivered. Nathan delivered my car and was so professional, but I felt very comfortable with him. Nathan walked me through everything about my new car and the paperwork. Hes great, highly recommend, he answers all of my questions Ive texted him or called him about.Jen contacted me first after I inquired online about my car, she was extremely patient and helped with me too as I was trying to figure everything out during downtime at work. Everyone I dealt with truly felt like they were just trying to find the right car, and deal for me. I never felt pressured to do anything. I feel like I got an extremely nice car for a really great price but most importantly it felt like it was about me and not a sale. Highly recommend!
Took my car in to service for some warranty work and the service manager Dianne was very hateful and kinda rude makes me not want to go back to that location wont recommend to anyone when I bought my car was told I had a bumper to bumper warranty and was lied to they only gave me the low end one not very happy
Im not exaggerating, when I hit a deer and needed a new vehicle, I knew I couldnt afford a steep car payment and I figured that I would have to settle for a vehicle that I didnt really want. After coming in for an okay vehicle, Josh was amazing and listened to our wants and quickly found us a practically brand new GMC Terrain within our budget! After throwing out a monthly payment that I figured was pushing it, he matched it. He even came in on his birthday to help us finish the paperwork. We got everything we came in for and more. SVG surpassed our expectations of a car lot and Josh was knowledgeable and friendly, coming across as customer service rep. and not some pushy salesperson. We will be returning for our next vehicle and I hope Josh is still there! Even the maintenance guy Main was one of the friendliest, most interesting people we had ever met. Great people, great service. 10/10 highly recommend visiting Josh.
I had a 1995 Ford ranger I had no intentions of having to buy a vehicle the brake line broke on it I could not get the nuts out of the rear wheel I have to have a dependable vehicle for getting to work and store and etc etc I went to SVG on shoot Mill road my credit score is not all that good and they worked with me and they got me financed for a 2017 vehicle thank you so much SVG for saving the day nice little car clean a good monthly payment couldnt ask for any better and Steve Id like to do a commercial with you I am gratefully in debt to your company

I had such a wonderful experience at SVG! All of the staff is really friendly and very helpful. They made sure I was going to leave with a car even if they had to stay later than typical hours. I especially want to point out John who originally works at the Greenville SVG, but was located at the Eaton store in perfect time. Chance the manager was very pleasant and helpful also. When Im due for my next vehicle I definitely will be going back to see some friendly faces!

Would not recommend this place. They sold me a warranty to my car which was still on factory warranty. Well less than 2 months later car breaks down and was told they couldnt look at for over a week. On top of that cant get a rental til someone looks at it. Total waste of money and professionalism. If I could take back the car and get my down payment back I definitely would.
I showed up to my scheduled appointment at 3:45 in Dayton, per an email from a Customer Relations Representative. I was told that the car “wasn’t ready” and that it was in Beavercreek not Dayton.I was very disappointed and I will not be doing business with SVG moving forward as it is not a customer centric dealership/business.I hope SVG can address this disorganization and poor customer experience moving forward, so that others get a better experience.

I purchased a car from SVG recently andbefore the final sale I was assured it was a reliable car. This car has been nothing but problems and a death trap. Ive been there about three times, to purchase or finance a car and to bring it right back for repairs. The entire experience was unpleasant and I will never do business with again.I had found another repair shop to get my car drivable again and someone there heard they sell cars that shouldnt leave the lot. Hmm, like mine?!
My experience at SVG was great! I had the pleasure of working with this wonderful fella named Jake Favorite. He was so helpful and spent the whole day with me pretty much. Super outgoing guy and very laid back no pressure to buy what so ever. I would highly recommend to buy from this dealer and would gladly work with Jake again! He definitely made this the best car buying experience I have ever had!
I bought a 2017 Buick Lacrosse with cash and got a decent deal. Not the most professional car dealership. I had an appointment with a guy by the name of Tim at 10:15am and he was a no show. A nice young lady helped me instead but she was not very knowledgeable. On the test drive the car had cigarette ashes everywhere and a lighter in the door panel. The car was filthy. Some of the people working had on flip flop sandals with gym shorts. A few of the workers had their shorts sagging down so low you could see their underwear. At one point a few of them were dancing and hollering to a song right in the middle of the dealership. Not a very good experience unfortunately. First thing I did when I got home was take off the SVG decal and license plate bracket on the back of the car.
Appreciated the service, purchased a vehicle in good time. Erin Quillen did a fantastic job detailing the vehicle.Edit: I have never gone back to have the paint touched up on my car - we took it home before they did that, we were supposed to bring it back so they could touch up the dings, but I never did because the salesman made me SO uncomfortable about getting this review. He even called me later about me leaving a review so he could get a bonus. When I went to pick up the car the next day after detailing - he wouldn’t give me the keys until I posted a review and showed him I reviewed. Don’t remember his name now, but at the time I only mentioned the detailer just to make a subtle point that the salesman didn’t deserve a mention.But, we did get the deal we wanted on the vehicle and the process was smooth.I feel that reviews should be left because the service was so outstanding that you just “had” to say something nice. Not harass people until they leave a review so they can get a bonus...However, I meant what I said about the detailing, he really did do a great job and because of the owner we got the deal we wanted. The salesman had nothing to do with that.
I really loved my experience at SVG. The sales representative James C. did not hound us as soon as we pulled up to the lot but allowed us to come to him. He was very helpful and listened to all our demands and found us the perfect car within our budget. While paperwork was processing he showed a great deal of hospitality and kept us laughing. I would highly recommend him. Because of him I will be a customer for life.

Here at SVG Motors, they most definitely live up to their name. Their sales associates are extremely hard working and I never felt pressured at any time to buy. They took everything I said into consideration to give me THE VERY BEST DEAL that they could. Probably one of the nicest, most considerate, and competent groups out there. I personally worked directly with Chuck Davis and his manager Ryan and they where determined to find me the best deal, and they definitely succeeded in doing so. I cant say enough great things about a few great people within SVG. firstly there is Aryicah Pullon, who first gave me info on the vehicle I wanted and the following day had the task of calling to tell me it was sold but she didnt give up, she told me about a different one with less miles but more $$$ that made me smile. I told her I wasnt haggling, I want best price, best rate and no sales or financing drama. She along with her team member delivered. They got me the appraised value I wanted for my trade in, the payment I wanted and worked diligently until she could get me the deal I wanted. She sent me from Beavercreek to another location where I met this little innocent lamb that I have deemed as a daughter Imari Burton who at first glance one would think what does she know about the car business. BOY DID SHE PROVE ME WRONG! That young lady is as good as gold in my eyes. The consummate professional and I told her face to face how much I appreciate her drive and ambition and not to stop at used sales that she has a bright future. After a couple of hiccups I met a gentleman by the name of Robert McClurkin. I cant say enough about this gentleman. He should be the face of SVG. He swiftly attended to my issue and turned a 1 star to a 5 star review. Overall Im very pleased with SVG Motors my brother and niece have purchased 4 cars there and my Pastor a truck just today. My son bought a car here. We had some concerns that were put into the sale that they stated would be addressed and fixed. That is and continues to be a lie. My son paid for 4 new tires that SVG stated they would replace but you can never get ahold of anyone nor will they call you back. Mind you he paid for these less then 2 weeks from sale. We then called and told them that the break pads were all bad and they needed replaced and I felt that THEY should replace those seeing as this should have been found in there joke of a 21 point inspection of the car. The service manger made an appointment for my son to have them looked at. He sat there for 4hrs for them to then tell him that they were sorry they didnt have the parts. LIES! They stated they would call him back the next day and now we are on day 3 with no call and we have left several messages. Guess its time for me to reach out to the BBB and a lawyer. BUYERS BEWARE.

She went above and beyond when she brought the car that we wanted to test drive to my house in Xenia from their Dayton dealership, because they had to repair the tire that had something stuck it. Love my new car!! I would recommend SVG. Go see Kierra!!

He wasn’t the pushy salesman who think they’re pushing you toward buying what they want you to buy, but in all reality they’re pushing you out the door. Vehicle broke down 8 days after buying it ( transmission overheating) I returned it to them and after 6 weeks of them having it, and not returning any of my phone calls. I had to walk in to the store in person to find out that they didnt know what was wrong with it and there wasnt anything they could do unless it broke down again. They said they went through all the fluids and everything checked out. I decided to double check there work and paid for a full service myself.Nothing had been changed. Transmission fluid was black and no recalls had been fixed. Its still not perfect but looks like Im stuck with it. WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING A CAR. Will never recommend them and will always steer people away when I can.Even left a message on Robs cell telling him that service had not been done and I would filing a complaint if he didnt call me back.

Leather seating, HDTV, WiFi, refreshments, and they even had marble restrooms! The way this company goes above and beyond in everything they do really shows. I can’t imagine ever wanting to leave the SVG family
I’ve always been skeptical about car dealerships but SVG motors has forever changed my opinion on them. I can’t say enough good things.I came in kind of spur of the moment, not expecting to buy anything. I met with a sales person, Riley. She was incredible! She was very kind and made the buying process very fast and very easy. She immediately got the vehicle I came to see, allowed me to look it over and take it for a test drive, testing all of the features of the vehicle. I had brought a trade-in with me, and being very respectful of my time, she had the staff inspect and appraise it while I was looking at the Jeep I was interested in. I decided I would purchase the vehicle, while calling my insurance company I noticed my phone was about to die, Riley let me use her charger to call the company, and helped walk me through the buying process - respectfully and quickly answering all of my questions.After buying the vehicle I noticed there was an issue with the lift gate not locking properly so when I got off of work the following day I took it to SVG and ask Riley about it, she had the service staff look at it, they determined an actuator was bad and ordered the part and replaced it for me while I waited (At no cost). They changed the oil in the vehicle, and inspected the tires while I waited - they determined the tires could be replaced so they ordered me a set of new tires while I waited (again, at no cost to me!)I was beyond humbled by how Riley and the rest of the staff at SVG has treated me. I wouldn’t believe any of the negative reviews you see here as they simply can’t be true. The customer service I experienced with them is HANDS DOWN the best customer service I’ve EVER received anywhere. Awesome customer service as always..Dylan is very good at auto clinic with explaining services that are being done. They give you reminder calls for maintenance. They really want their customers to have the best form of transportation and quality.
Only reason for 2 stars is they were nice while I was there buying 2 vehicles. Been waiting 2 days for a detail on a car i paid off in full. The 2nd vehicle was half paif off and needed minor repairs. We cant get a straight story of whats going on call and call get nowhere. Guess Ill have to come take care of things myself. Sad spend so much money and feel they just could care less how long I go without a vehicle. Customer service in person is good over phone Id say SVG has alot of work to do because this is just ridiculous. Also they claimed theyd call me back at least 5 times and still nothing thats just bs.

My sales person Rahsaan Grant really showed interest in what I was looking for in a car, he asked questions, in my opinion he was about customer satisfaction. He answered all of my questions that I had , he was knowledgeable of all the cars because I was asking . The staff were friendly. Nice and clean environment lots of cars to choose from on the lot. I actually found one to fit my budget they really took the time too work with me and I am so grateful for that. 2022-01-08Recently purchased our newest vehicle with SVG Dayton. Great condition, fair price, low miles. While our shopping experience was great. However the financial officer made attempts to jam the contract with an unwanted service contract. Upon inspection of the purchase agreement the question was raised regarding it. His friendly mannerism quickly became pushy stating It costs more without it. Youre getting a lower price thanks to me. The proposed agreement was declined and requested to be re written. If it had not been for the professionalism of the sales rep and our hearts set on the vehicle. I would have chosen not to do business all together. While SVG Dayton is a diamond in the rough thanks to its sales team. Their financial officers practices quickly take this on a downward spiral.

2022-01-30Highly recommend SVG MOTORS! I worked with Kaeko and she was top notch. Extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and super friendly and easy to relate to. They were willing to work with me on price and - BONUS - they offer 3 years of free oil changes on all of their vehicles. I would definitely return in the future and I would certainly call and ask for Kaeko (pronounced Cake-oh).

2022-06-06The sales person was nice but overall they need to screen their buyers better. I drove over an hour one-way to be turned down within 5 minutes. I had tried to explain before I came about my situation during texts and phone calls, but I was told 5p “come on 8n @nd see what we can do.” I wasted two hours and a half tank of gas to be turned down immediately

2022-02-13Started off a little rough with the 1st salesman but changed when Adam Newman got involved. He responded immediately. Adam kept in touch, made sure I was taken care of as soon as I pulled on the lot. With the help of the finance guy (Jack) I was able to drive off in my new Terrain with a rate and payment the fit my budget. Thanks guys.
