My two experiences with Superior have matched the companys name. First, Mike was very professional and generous doing a diagnostic for us. Then, a year later, Jeremiah and Rodney were fantastic: diligent, friendly, and professional. The company stands behind their work, and they make things right. I would certainly recommend these guys!
Had a clogged drain to my tub. After trying to get it unclogged on my own, I made the call to Superior. They were able to fit me in the same day, late afternoon, and did an outstanding job. They got my drain cleared within about 30-40 minutes (including unloading the truck and prep). Mike was professional and was awesome in explaining the process and to do all that he could to make sure that this was a complete solve. Pricing was fair and definitely worth the money. Will definitely recommend them to anybody needing plumbing help.
I had a leak in my outside water line. I got a few quotes and Superior was the least expensive. Dave and Anthony were out within a few days, fixed the leak and didnt have to dig up my whole yard. They were professional and even fixed my sinking sidewalk. I am very impressed with Superior and definitely recommend them! I have also had Matt out to fix debris in the lines. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly. Everyone with Superior Plumbing is super nice.
We love the crew from Superior. From difficult faucet changes to snaking out drains, they are our go to for everything plumbing related. Priced reasonable and very timely, highly recommended!
Our hot water tank started to leak a few days ago, and we let our landlord know. Superior was here this morning to replace our tank, and the plumber that they sent out was amazing. He was very quick and polite, and even took a few minutes to play with our dog before he left. Thanks Superior!

The gentleman (I believe his name was Tim) that literally just left my place was the most amazing person. Very sweet, understanding, fast and efficient worker. (Also he had a mask on) with the service I received, 10/10 will recommend.
Had an appt between 9 and noon to get septic tank pumped and inspected. Hadnt heard from them by noon so I called them. First of all they acted like they didnt know I was on the schedule..asked me my address a couple times and said and you were with Superior right? They finally came back to the phone and said the technician was still at his first 8:00 appt..that they ran into issues. I understand running into issues. What I DONT understand is why no one bothered to called me to let me know they were far behind. I sat around all morning for nothing. I think that is rude and bad business.
Mike was friendly and professional! I had a EXTREMELY stubborn clogged drain! After being gone for several months my bathroom sink drain plugged up -- hardened up actually -- in an old sluggish galvanized pipe drain. Mike kept working in it and working on it and finally got it free! And he was very reasonable in his price too! Great service!
I cant say enough about Superior Drainage. I called for an appointment, Jeff came out & gave me an estimate for main pipe from street to the house. They came out the next day! Im very happy I called Superior Drainage. I called them to rework my gas line to my hot water heater to get it up to code, and to drain the tank. Within 30 minutes, one of their plumbers, Austin, was at my house and getting to work. He was a friendly person and did a great job. Their rates are reasonable too, so I will definitely be a repeat customer.
My favorite contractor. Been working with them for about 10 years. They make things soooo easy for landlords. They handle setting up the repairs with the tenants which saves me so much time. They are very reasonable in their pricing and always do what they say they are going to do. And the best part is they actually show up on time every time which is half of the battle with most contractors. They always have a friendly demeanor on the phone and NEVER seem annoyed when I call. They’ve gone above and beyond in many situations. Love these guys.

After a bad experience with another plumbing company I decided to call Superior. The prior company was going to charge $450 to hydrojet a lateral drain line in our basement but after talking to a friend he told me to give Superior a try. The techs at Superior came out and cleared the drains by snake and also cleared a plumbing vent. Not only are the technicians friendly and professional but they get the job done quick and right! Also I have to say that the dispatchers are also very kind and ask the right questions to understand the issue at hand. Great job and rest assured that I will refer others to your company.
Simple toilet repair, but Matt did an excellent job and even took the time to show me how to do it myself. ( I’ll still probably call the professionals though!). Super nice guy!

Tiger Lily Realty manages rental homes and has used Superior Drainage Contractors for years. As property managers we need a business that will be responsive for regular issues or emergencies. Superior is our go-to plumbing and drainage business unless our client specifies another provider, or the job is outside Summit county. Superior provides a consistently good service, is responsive & reliable, moderate in cost, respectful to our tenants, and clean up after themselves. I highly recommend their plumbing, drainage, and septic service!
Superior Drainage sent Dave to our home to service our sump pump and fix a cracked pipe. He was a highly professional and knowledgeable technician and explained everything that he was doing, answering questions clearly and pleasantly. While cutting through the damaged pipe, the wire to our thermostat was severed, but Dave did everything to make it right. Properly splicing the cut wire did require him to leave to get the necessary tools, however we were not billed for that time, and he returned promptly to finish the work. He was courteous throughout the process and checked to make sure everything was back in working order after repairs were made. I would recommend Superior Drainage to anyone needing their services. I was highly impressed with the level of professionalism, and integrity that Dave displayed while working in our home.
Great company, with great employees providing affordable service in a time efficient manor. Man, Alva was the best service person I couldve asked for...very professional and easy to converse with. They were in and out, in less than an hour for just over $100. They verified it by showing me on hd camera theyd cleared my drainpipe. Even gave me a 30 day warranty. The super nice tech was here within 4 hours and had my septic snaked out in just under an hour for $125.!!! Amazing deal considering after researching all the local Green/Uniontown plumbers and reading all the reviewsI was nervous that it would end up being a ton of money and not get fixed properly, etc...I can wholeheartedly say that I would recommend them to anyone for Service.We are so grateful to have our toilet back- never taking plumbing for granted again after a septic backup!!!!

2 hours late. Said they were full service plumbing when called, but once tech got here he couldn’t go on roof to check drain vent (possibly causing all our drains to clog/drain very slowly) because we’re in a 2-story home. Complete waste of time.

I gave Dave a 5 STAR! He had to Hammer out an old 2 Tub Laundry Concrete Sink out! He work hard until he got rid of all the Concrete pieces which he put in his Truck! He then put a Fiber Single Laundry Sink and the Faucet back on and clean out my Drain! Now I have more room in the Basement! I would recommend Superior Drain! I saw Dave was an Honest and Hard Worker and the Price was Reasonable! Thank you for doing a good job!!!!

I have used Superior drainage for about 8 years and have pretty good service. I had a toilet which was not working and paid a service call of 90.00 and was told the toilet needed replaced. I call the office a total of 3 times (during a 3-day period) and was told they would get back to me which no one did. I ordered a new toilet from them to be installed and after the toilet was installed they charged me more than what i was quoted on the phone. When I questioned them about it I was told that i called them back and changed the type of toilet i wanted which is a bold faced lie. I was shocked when I heard this. I NEVER changed my order like I was accused. I will never use them and if you do make sure your conversation with them is recorded because they did lie to me.
I needed a drain cleanout in a pinch and they worked me in effortlessly even though the schedule was already loaded. As always, a great, friendly and professional service. Tree roots were ground out and tech was super conscientious about getting the job done correctly the first time. Extra effort was spent to be sure we had a clear line. These guys are truly the best at what they do! Continue to exceed expectations all the time!
I needed a new shutoff valve for an inside water meter. Superior was able to give me a price over the phone, get it done the same day (just lucky), bill me via email, and take my credit card over the phone. Made me happy!
The only thing worse than your drain backing up is your drain backing up on a Sunday. Typically youd expect long waits, really expensive prices... and the possibility that you will not be taking a shower or doing laundry that day. Not so with Superior Drain! We called them today and they were here within 30 minutes, fixed us up and were on their way in under an hour. Rob was super nice to talk to, did a great job and we really appreciated the speedy response! I highly recommend calling Superior Drainage for your next plumbing emergency.

While my on-going drainage needs have not been cheap, the work being performed meets or exceeds the amount that I am being charged. The company has been working hard to diagnose multiple issues with my yard, and I feel as if I am being treated as a valued customer.

I had a plugged drain between my downspout and the storm sewer. A technician came out, sent a camera down the drain and after about an hour concluded he couldnt navigate a turn. He charged me $125 and left. Later that day I got a quote for $625 to dig up a slab of sidewalk and find the suspected blockage...and I had to pay for the replacement of the slab....and there was no guarantee the blockage was actually under the slab.My only advice is if you hire these guys to do a better job than I did of determining what exactly they will do for you. I thought I hired them to find the blockage. It appears they thought I hired them to try to find the blockage. This incident occurred in May, 2018 and Im only writing this review as I received in February, 2019 an email asking me to post a review of their service. It appears that not only did they not find my problem, they now want to send me unwanted emails.

I have one day off a week, I scheduled a appointment at 10:30 am to get a call at 7 pm to find out theyre no longer servicing my area. Now I have to scramble to see if I can ever find someone last minute where I could have done this 9 hours ago! Poor customer service! I would never refure this company to anyone.

Fast, friendly gave us every detail on what the problem was and how much it was going to cost every step of the way. Kind and courteous. Cleaned up everything and went above and beyond. 2022-03-15I debated on writing a review, but I wanted to share my experience. I have used Superior Drain the past 4 years and the rest of my family the past 8 years. They have always been professional, knowledgeable, and on time. Every year, we have them come to the house to water jet our main drain because we have roots. Before, this service cost $290. This year (2022) they raised their price to $610! I was not told about the price increase until the techs came to the house. Thats a 110% price increase in the service. Needless to say, that put me in a bad mood because I was not expecting to pay $320 more for the same service we have received in the past. I tried contacting them to share my frustration, and I have not heard back. My recommendation is shop out a couple of drain companies now, especially with inflation and everything getting more expensive so you are not caught in the same situation.

2022-04-21They did a great job. We had to call them back out the next day to adjust the tub faucet. No problem they came out fixed the issue in 15 mins. No one wants to spend big money on home improvements but it had to be done.

2021-09-17Ive used Superior Drainage twice and both times my experiences have been fantastic. I believe our first techs name was Alvin (??) and the second time Matt helped us. They were friendly, fast, and fixed our issues!! Matt was able to help unclog our dishwasher drain, installed a new kitchen faucet, fixed our toilet, fixed our bathroom sink drain, AND tightened and caulked our new tub faucet. He was only here for an hour and a half and accomplished all of that. Superior Drainage is affordable too (I am a new home owner so this is very appreciated). At this point, I wont call anyone else for plumbing issues. Thank you!!

2021-09-30The first time I called SD, they provided a quick solution to a clogged faucet and did not charge me. Another vendor had quoted me $1,600 for the same issue. I vowed to use SD the next time I had any plumbing issues. Today, their rep Matt arrived onsite on time, and fixed 2 issues in under 3 hours. Excellent service from the whole SD team. Many thanks- you guys are my go-to vendor from now on!

2021-11-05I called this company and they sent a repairman within four hours to fix a copper pipe that had sprung four leaks. Rodney was the technician and was very professional and represented the company well. Rodney explained everything clearly and made additional suggestions on better isolation of pipes with the installation of additional valves. We will use this company again.

2021-07-28Superior has helped us with multiple repairs, and were both friendly, reasonable, and extremely helpful and understanding. We had sewer line repairs inside and outside of the home, and the jobs were done quickly and cleaned up very well. Wouldnt want to use anyone else for this type of service.
