I go to Chelsea every time, she has awesome skills. I even take my grandsons to have her cut their hair. She is just that fabulous.
Miranda does a great job. Takes her time making sure everything is in place but not too long. I always walk away with an awesome haircut. I know I am in good hands when she is cutting my hair. Very personable and professional.
I get good service when i can get a hair cut here. But it seems like every time i go they tell me they cant take any more customers or that it will be hrs and i should come back. They are understaffed 75% of the time i go there. They are friendly and good stylists. They just seem to have constant issues with staffing and high customer volume and they cant seem to solve the problem.
I had gone in after work yesterday barely making it in before close, however i was still welcomed with a smile and got a tea tree wash (which i HIGHLY recommend) and a quick cut from Jennifer, awesome time and amazing service!
If you are looking a bit like the shaggy dog like I was, make a trip to Jennifer! She does an awesome job! Very friendly and very professional! Made me feel at ease ! She takes away my shaggy dog look!! Would highly recommend Supercuts and especially ask for Jen! She will fix you up!!!Jennifer Cracraft always does a great job cutting my hair! My son (3yr) has a lot of anxiety about getting his hair cut, Miranda is the only person who he will sit for. She is patient and takes him seriously when he is nervous. She takes her time and works around us when I need to comfort him. She is a wonderful asset to this store.
Love this place now the first time I went here was about a month ago I was in a wheelchair my hair was matted from being in a coma desperate for a haircut they welcomed me with open arms and help me out tremendously now I go there with my boys and they do a perfect job if youre ever in there ask for Stephanie shes perfect
Im an older woman was doesnt like change but I was referred to Super Cuts by a friend of mine after my hairdresser passed away. She told me she sees Miranda. So I called and made my appt. She was absolutely amazing. First time in 50 years an eye brow wax didnt hurt and my color and haircut makes me look 20 years younger. Consider Im 70 and set in my ways, I sure wish I had known about Miranda earlier. She is definitely worth it!

Got a fresh cut, cutting off over a foot of hair, and my first set of highlights. Gave the stylist, Brittney, free range to do her professional opinion and she did awesome!! Was extremely nice and professional!
Had a scheduled appt at noon today that i made onlone. I walked in at 11:55 was told to sit and that they would be with me in a minute and has proceed to take 2 walk ins who came after me as im still left sitting here. Very unprofessional. Will not be coming back.
Horrible. My son and i came in tonight (10 minutes before they closed) i apologized over and over for coming in so late, but i couldnt help it. Both girls were rude. And obviously upset that we came in. Miranda left me with a horrible hair cut. Not even finished on the right side. Im sorry that i couldnt get to the place sooner, but if youre open until 9, youre still expected to do your job. I work in an ER, I dont get to check out and be an ass to my patients when they come in at 2250. Thanks so much, i have a wedding to attend net week.
I always have this gut feeling against huge chain stores like this, but supercuts always proves me wrong. I got a nice haircut at a normal price from some lady who was also nice. Nothing incredible or particularly special, but very nice all the same

If I could use negative stars I would.The absolute worse service Ive ever had. I made an appointment and got there 5 minutes early and waited another 15 minutes while all 4 stylists finished their haircuts and all 4 cleaned there stations and one got finished and did laundry. I left

2022-05-10The haircut wasn’t bad but I asked to have it dried, even if there was an extra charge, and she left it half wet! She also seemed to be not excited to be doing my hair AT ALL. The worst part is she tried to charge me $64 and it was only $37 and just acted like “oops, I must of calculated wrong” it’s not hard to add two numbers together! I feel like she was trying to scam me and it really makes me angry. I’m used to higher end salons and really wanted to give this a change for convenience but I am sure after this experience I will never return, at least not to this location! Her name may have been Jasmine but it was at 12:30 on Sunday may 8th, which was extra disappointing because it was for Mother’s Day :(

2022-07-03I have had haircuts @ this location and had always been happy with service. NOT today! I made a 230p appt online..arrived @ 225 & was told it would be a few minutes. In the meantime, 2 customers and a family arrived after me for 230 &later appts& they were serviced..I understand they had appts specifically with the 2 stylist who took them back..MY STYLIST was NOT servicing anyone..the 2 stylists that were working were very nice and the one stylist was trying 2 make excuses for the gal who was supposed 2 do my hair..I finally gave up and left @ 245....the young gal had dark hair and was wearing jeans..I would have understood if she had communicated to me that she needed 2 eat lunch or whatever..but she was walking around & then disappeared...the 2 stylist were able 2 keep their scheduled appts but not the gal assigned 2 me...it seems minor in the scheme of life to be left waiting...but @ the same time when 3 sets of customers r waited on, @ their appointed times, who all arrived AFTER me...while I SAT WAITING seems like poor customer service..

2020-09-05I’ve had a terrible bout of depression, and have given up on taking care of my hair. jennifer was absolutely amazing, and took her time on my hair. i was given the tea tree experience when she washed my hair, and she was very easy and tender. it had been a while since i had taken it down, and she had her work cut out for her. but she was patient and gave me a wonderful haircut and wonderful treatment and service. jennifer is such a wonderful stylist and she knows exactly how to interact with her clientele! thankyou for your kindness and professionalism jennifer!!!

2021-02-20Stopped in to get a hair cut. It was explained that the wait was likely past their closing time but they would try to squeeze me in. Perfectly fine. I understood. A few minutes later, the other stylist (who was in no hurry whatsoever) told the stylist who checked me in that they were fully booked. Implying that i should leave so i left. She was spending more time leaning against her counter chatting than she was actually cutting hair. So it was obvious she had no desire to try and squeeze me in. Could have just said that up front and not wasted any time. At least the one stylist seemed to want to try and get me in. No thanks to the other.

2019-03-16Jennifer did an AMAZING job!!! Honestly the happiest I’ve been with my hair after going to a lower end hair cutting place. Normally places like great clips, I’d ask for half an inch off and they ended up chopping half my hair off. Not here which is good! She did exactly what I wanted her to do with my hair for a great price.. Will be back again!
