I have had extremely good experiences with super cab so far. They have even returned my left behind cellphone in the past. Tonight however, I had an experience I hope I never have to repeat. I called for a pickup from my job at 1030pm here in Bowling Green. I missed there first call because I was still on the clock and helping customers. I called them back after I clocked out. I told the driver it would take about 4 minuts for me to come outside. I was purchasing one item and there was a medium sized line for the checkout. I ended up taking 5 minutes to get outside. I go outside and there was no super cab insight. I was not contacted by my driver to say he had to leave for some reason (possibly another pickup) 10 minutes goes by and he still has not arrived. I started walking home and called him to tell him that I was just going to walk and that I am cancelling my now late taxi. He said he was “almost there” but I was not going to wait any longer to get home after a busy shift. I know I was late coming outside for my taxi even though I did state that I would be late coming outside. If you have other schedule pickups in that same time frame and my lateness coming outside was going to interfere with those other pickups? Tell me it is going to take longer to come back and get me and not say 3 minutes. That was unprofessional and it has left a bad taste in my mouth. This will make me less likely to use this taxi service in the future.

If I could give zero stars I would! Me and my wife have used this company before on several occasions. Rarely did we have nice people or someone that wasn’t texting and driving. Tonight me and my wife were driving our own vehicle somewhere to make a purchase. One of this companies drivers thought it would be appropriate to aggressively yell at us flick us off and honk to turn while there were still people crossing a cross walk. The bird was definitely returned to this individual and this person perused to go straight when we turned. We left and turned around and there they were again I don’t know if they were following us or what. Might I add they yelled at us and flicked us off again. I will never call this company or ever recommend it again. They hire aggressive drivers with serious road rage issues or people that can’t stay off they’re cellphones when driving. I hope this individual messes up and gets caught because they’re gonna end up killing someone! If I got a better look at them or the plate number I would have filed a police report and/or called and complained!

If I could give this company zero stars I would!Rude drivers, my husband and I used them during our stay at a hotel there to visit my daughter. Will NEVER use you again!Also, by your snarky little responses to less than favorable reviews makes it apparent that your company has no idea about customer service. Guess we should have read the reviews before using the service.Telling customers to use common sense when they are paying for a ride? Last I was aware, a cab is there to drive a customer to locations they request, not where the driver feels like taking them, especially if it is IN TOWN on the road leading to the final destination, especially since the cab wasnt even full.If you dont want to do the job, then maybe you should find one that suits your needs.

All of the cab drivers Ive had are the nicest people, theyre normally really punctual, but there have been a couple of times my cab drivers have been 10-15 minutes late, which wouldnt be the end of the world if I wasnt using supercab to get to work.Some of the female dispatchers are also incredibly rude to you, if youre tone sounds disappointed when they tell you youre booked. It would be one thing to get snotty if I yelled at them or something, but oh, okay, thank you, should not be met with their level of attitude.In general, still the best cab company in BG.

Used this morning. Pre-scheduled a morning pick up out of BG.First, cab was late. Not that big of a deal but they had other people in the cab to drop off, making me more late. Second, when I got picked up the van reeked of cigarette smoke. Don’t use this service if you have children because I could still smell it on me when I got out. Third, instead of charging by mile to go out of the city the driver didn’t keep track and rounded it to $10, much more than I usually pay.Uber is way more affordable and cleaner.

Supercab is one of the most unprofessional companies.. id rather walk the 2 and a half hours it takes me to get to work than wait for them to show up anywhere from 15mins to an hour late even though i schedule my rides literally hours in advance.. most of the drivers blame dispatch I blame the whole company for not having more organization. This is by far the worst company in bowling green. I wish more uber and lyft drivers would come around!!. i orderd my ride at 8:30am today for a 1pm pickup then I called and texted around 1pm and 1:09 cause noone was there. around 1:16 someone finally came. then overcharged me for my ride. when I was late to work due to this inconsiderable behavior. Supercab? more like stupid cab!!

I learned about SuperCab from a friend and gave it a try, I have enjoyed the quality of service Ive gotten so far for the most part. Ive had nothing but kindness shown to me, even when I had to cancel a ride. Im only giving 3 stars because of some cons shown in the list below:Pros*Nice Price*Drivers communicate with you about wait times and make it clear where they dont go when you ask. (This is a BG city limits company only, dont ask to go somewhere not in BG)*Can text or call to request rides*Can pay with cash or card*Generally not waiting longer than 10-15 minutes for a ride.*On top of vehicle maintenance (One of our drivers noticed a vehicle issue and immediately called the company to set up an appointment to have the vehicle taken to the shop and repaired.Cons*Ive experienced some of the drivers not driving as safely as they could be (speeding, hitting corners sharply, cutting other drivers off etc)* Texting while driving is common in every single SuperCab Ive taken. It would be safer if they could do voice to text instead.*Public relations (The drivers I meet are kind but the companies response to criticisms need to change. There is a way to interact with customers even the ones who just want to complain and the state of the companies review responses is not one of those ways. I think the company could benefit from hiring someone to handle their social media pages.I would really love to continue seeing SuperCab around but they still have a lot of progress to make. If you need a ride in BG call them up they have flaws but have gotten me from A-B when I needed them.

This review definitely deserves a zero! Called several times and never answered. I finally get ahold of this so called ‘super” cab and ask to go maybe 3 miles outside of town and they always have the same excuse I don’t have anyone to go out of town! Well for one you should find someone when you clearly know they are calling for a ride because they are drunk! This place does nothing but lies to you on eta and when they say they don’t have anyone Available they do they just don’t care! If you go through town from midnight til 4 am they are sitting all over especially places they’re not supposed to be parked! I would definitely not recommend this place if it was the last thing to do! They are not so super!

Disappointed! I called at 4:13 on a Sunday to arrange a ride from a local automotive shop where I planned to drop off my vehicle. I was told the soonest they could have someone there was about 5. I was ok with that and said Id plan to be there at 5. He said ok, and to call when I got there. So I got there and called at 5:01 (according to my phone), only to get a recording saying they were closed. I thought maybe he was on another call. So I continued trying and eventually gave up. He shouldnt have told me someone could be there around 5 if they were going to close. Needless to say, I didnt get a ride and it totally screwed up my plan. I will not try them again unless Im desperate.

Absolutely horrible service . Your cab driver was rude and very unwilling to provide any form of customer service. Asked for him to take us through Taco Bell on our way back to the hotel. Even offered to buy for him, and tip him well. He had a very poor attitude. Holiday or not, Ive been to much larger cities and the cab drivers take you wherever you want to go. Afterall it is money that keeps you afloat. Your response tells everyone that reads it, just what kind of business you operate. Common sense as you say? Maybe that is something that you should examine yourself. When you run a business that relies on the public needing your services, common sense should tell you that you need to have a better customer service interaction. And judging by the vast majority of your reviews, I would suggest that you reevaluate your business practices. The are obviously non existent. Not to me tion the way that you respond to the feedback left by your customers. It shows that you simply dont care. I can assure you that anyone I speak to will be told about your lack of service and the way that you treat your customers. Reviews can make or break a business. Good luck.
