Lets go ahead and add zero star.Its simple. I ask for a room change . Desk says stay out room 3 hours between 12 and 3. Or stay in sticky floor room and you cant change to clean room at 3. Or pay additional to check in to a room that is available $25. So the room is avail but I wont let you check I to it because well... I just dont want to have you waste your money when there are comparable options in same area
I called b4 I booked & was told an early check in fee of $25 & I can check right in a 7am. I get there at 7 and the fee doubles to $50 & on top of that I couldnt check in until noon!! I left & called 3rd party, they calls them and gets them to allow me to check in & and I do so. I already paid through a 3rd party and they ask for a card on file for their system & and I do so. When I get to my room I have an additional $200 charge for the room I paid for. There excuse was they didnt trust the third party to pay them and I would get mines back when they get theirs.... 🤯🤯🤯 At that point I was done!!! THEN!!!! they also charged me $70 twice ($140!!!) For my $25 early check in and pet $15 for 3 days. They were rude, pointing there fingers, loud. Told me they were charging me for 1 day and I had to check out immediately & I couldnt stay for the 1 day. I never lost my cool Im jus being inquisitive as to why this is happening to me. I have proof on my app with all charges being made. When I try to show them the charges, they refused to look and threatened to call the police, which I agreed, please call them. I have all but that 2nd $70 charge taken care of. They tried to take advantage of me and I wouldnt allow it. Shabby spot with shady people running it

Positive: Nothing was up to par. Negative: The rooms were old and smelled of smoke, even when I booked a non-smoking room. The bathtub drain was clogged and water would not pass through. All the furniture was old and creaked. And on the website it said breakfast included, but that wasnt true.
I arrived after being on the road for 5hrs, exhausted with two very upset cats. The place was filthy, guests lingering out front their doors, the front desk agent said he wouldnt rent me a room because I had cats (despite me having a portal litter box or offering to pay a little more). But dogs were okay.... I was forced to stay in an even worse location 2 miles up the road.
Zero stars , WiFi is cheap , floors are sticky, staff is rude , claims theirs breakfast but there’s none ,smelled like cigarettes, continuation of people knocking loudly on doors next to yours WOULD NOT RECOMMEND there’s no room service! False advertising mostly everything you see online to sum it up they steal your money and then try and accuse you of things and forced to leave.
The personnel at the front desk is very nice, but the rooms are noisy and uncomfortable.
I would never recommend coming to this motel. It is absolutely repulsive and has a lot of safety hazards. We found a acrylic nail in our bed, dirty socks under the bed, food under the mattress, floor is sticky and dirty. As for the safety hazards I turned on the bathroom light and the whole vent started to spark and I could see the sparks coming out of the vent.

Roaches everywhere I killed 5 in an HR and they were booked up so they couldnt get me another room. I payed for the holiday weekend and didnt even stay one night. Now I am stuck working in Ohio sleeping in my car after paying $266 for 3 nights

The only reason there’s one star is because I can’t give a negative star I chose this location based on a few things one was quiet which I did not have the other was breakfast included which also was false at 4 AM I had to turn up my TV so that I did not hear the adjacent room and their antics I went down then to get my breakfast at about nine only to notice it was only coffee and a wrapped muffin I tried to get orange juice and it was water in a glob of orange goo it may sound petty but I’ve been to other super 8’s that had eggs and at least cold cereal and as far as being clean the remote for the TV looked like it hadn’t been wiped off let alone clean since it was put in the room so as far as Covid standards go I’m sure they are not up to code The room did not even smell clean when I walked in and I’m here for another night… but I come prepared I cleaned myself also if you’re expecting free Wi-Fi read you’re fine print there’s a surcharge all in all very disappointing stay will not be staying here again
Positive: Location Negative: The manager need management class I came to him to complain about TV that wasnt working after 15mins checked in (I realized that) he was trying to put the blame on me; most choking part he was complain about my drink for good 10-15mins..
Never even got to stay because they sold my reserved rooms. They left a voicemail while I was driving to say I had only five minutes to call before they canceled my reservation. By the time I could pull over and call back the person on the phone told me they had already canceled my reservations and were now sold out. They also lied and said they had tried to call several times.
First time my room wasnt ready. I couldnt sleep there so my husband and I used the room and went home. No Fun The This Time.

Staff was very friendly and helpful especially at midnight when we checked in. The room was clean and met our needs as a family for an overnight stop on a long roadtrip.

Zero Stars Please take heed do not and I repeat do not stay at this hotel staff is the worst of the worst there’s no breakfast just coffee which is colored water I guess it’s so post to be orange juice but the way it looked I would not drink it bring your own cleaner because the room not clean and smells and very dark some toothless lady with a clip board came banging on the door talking about I have housekeeping every other day and when I refused they said I was smoking which I don’t even smoke ask to be refunded for the day because I wasn’t going to stay was refused don’t stay here they take your money
The service was terrible. Within hours of checking in we found cockroaches. Management refused to give us a refund. All in all a very poor place to spend the night.
This is the sorriest place I have ever laid my head the roaches and room 121 where everywhere I have videos to prove it and pictures the failure to work the front desk stay next to me thats where the roaches came from seem to me the staff was inconsiderate they wouldnt move us another room wouldnt spray we paid for a week and had to stay so Im telling everyone to stay away sorry place

2022-04-10The motel was clean and looked like it had been renovated. Parking lot was well lit and clean. The gentleman at check in was very nice. They have new owners and got rid of previous staff. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. I definitely would stay here again!

2022-06-27I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of my room and stay. Many of the online reviews are horrible for this hotel. Seeing on the hotels website that it had been recently renovated convinced me to give it a try. The hotel lobby and my room seemed very clean. The front desk employee was friendly and able to get me checked in quickly. There were some obvious drywall holes that had been poorly patched in the room, but otherwise, it seemed to be well maintained. I had to be up early and on the road for a Bike MS event, so I was a little disappointed there wasnt a coffee maker in the room and didnt appear to be coffee available at that time of the morning in the lobby. Id definitely stay here again.

2022-05-22We really enjoyed our stay!Basic and comfortable, our room was very clean and had been updated with wood floors and a new bathroom. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE, and the shower had great water pressure. Staff was helpful and friendly. I have stayed at La Quintas across the country this trip, and while the continental breakfast is pretty basic, the coffee was the best Ive had all trip.

2022-06-07VERY RUDE FRONT DESK, DIRTY ROOMS w/ ROACHES. Each room DONT even have a hair dryer and iron on each room.even the cheapest motel have those.They even put us in a handicapped room even when we requested for a 1st floor room cos we have a baby cos we are staying for weeks! Whenever I go to the front desk they always say they don’t have it when I always see they check in customers on the 1st floor.they only care about making money and not to have customers satisfaction.BFAST IS NOT GREAT just bread and watered down powdered juice! DO NOT CHECK IN!

2022-03-29Positive: I look for room to park my 30ft work trailer. If theres room, even a dirt lot for truck parkin g works, I stay at the location. If there are amenities nearby, such as a restaurant that is a plus.

2022-04-21Toenail clippings under the sheets that were piss stained.Clumps of human hair when you pull down the sheets.Absolutely disgusting horrible place.I am stunned at the lousy condition of the rooms but even more stunned that super 8 head office allows this flea bag to represent their chain.

2022-02-19A nice location. Good staff. My only concern is there was no door mat when walking into the room. And with it being winter in OH. It was a bit slippery. But other then that. A nice place.
