Positive: The price was right. It was close to the interstate. Easy to find. Checking in and out was quick and easy. The staff was friendly Negative: The room was in poor shape. Lamp shades were broken. The window had something on it so that you couldnt see out of it

We booked a week stay but left on the second night due to the night staff. The lady yelled at us for asking for a towel telling us it isnt her responsibility and we need to get up for housekeeping. Then called the room threatening to throw us out for neighbors complaints, while I was in the shower so I am not sure how we could have been loud since it was me and my mother.We own 2 companies and travel all the time. We will no longer book with Wyndham and tell our family, friends and clients about our experience.

Dont let only my negative pictures dissuade you from staying here. I think the place is underated. Reception was gone for several minutes helping a guest (unknown to me, I thought the place was abandon) when I tried to sign in. Later I ask for extra pillows and the manager/owner (possibly) appeared to view me as a vagrant and told me the supplies were back-ordered or hadnt been delivered yet and demanded my room number. Very odd statement from him so said OK and I wondered out loud if there were any pillows in any of the multitudes of empty rooms. Suddenly he says yes, so I thanked him, accept them and wondered back to our room. (While contemplating the possibility of him just previously smoking some crack.) Pictures are showing poor patch job on the shower curtain hanger, peeling paint, unsealed sink, slow draining sink, vanity cracks, stain/splatters on loveseat, blurry TV. Other than that the room was perfect. No carpet=no bad smells, no bed bugs, crisp linens, clean total mattress cover, spots on the walls were easily removed with damp wash cloth, new stool, mostly tolerable PTAC unit noise (I should have set the fan to run constantly rather than auto. It woke me up when it came on.) Breakfast they offered was bulk cereal and a pitcher of milk. Coffee was so strong and bitter it could have been used to clean engine parts. Also they had cardboard-like glazed fritter/roll things and bags of instant oatmeal. That is why we went to Frischs Big Boy not too far away. Went to check out and no one was at reception again so I called but no answer. Later after gassing up to at Kroger I called again. Got an answer this time and told them where to find their precious extra pillows and key cards.

Positive: Location Negative: 6 days over two trips in 10 days with basically no food options in the morning. Room was not cleaned two of the days and towels were just folded up after being on the floor as I had a slight nick from shaving that showed blood still on towel. Key not work

Positive: Hotel employee at the Front desk was very helpful. Negative: The night clerk was difficult and would not give me a receipt. The hotel and rooms were in disrepair. The refrigerator smelled and there was no carpeting in the room.

1 star because I cant use a 0. Highly unrecommended. VERY dirty room especially for the price! Told them room was dirty and floor was not clean and they were nice at first then told us to leave. Lois is a very rude employee and she has very poor poor customer service! Very BAD hotel

Room was clean but horrible customer service they have a note posted at front desk to call for attendant, my room key would never work more then once had to go to the front desk and get it reprogrammed about 5 times during stay. They have no pool as they advertised they have a note saying state has it shutdown and checkout is at 11am I called at 10am and asked for a late checkout of 1130 they told me it would be 40 dollars extra. I thought to myself if your room keys would work and I didnt have to spend 40 minutes total of my time wait on room key to be reprogrammed 4 different occasions then I would not of had to inquire about a late check out of 30 minutes. Then to get told it would be a 40 dollar charge . For a common adementy offered by hotels . Awful they tried to see if I would pay 40 dollars for a extra 30 minutes. They didnt pay me for my lost time of getting key reprogrammed are for my cell phone because they leave a number to call for you to get front desk assistance Greed will take over soon and the doors will be like the pool shut down they pride there self as new management read the reviews for the last couple months

Do NOT book with this Hotel. The situation goes as follows: I had accidentally made a mistake when making a reservation online and made the reservation for the following month. Honest mistake, but none the less, still a mistake. The possible solution path? Contact the manager and ask her if there was any way I could reserve for my original date at their given rates and refund my other request. I would still be doing business with them. When I asked her if this was possible she stated that I must call Expedia and ask THEM for a refund. No problem. I contacted Expedia, and asked them if this was possible and they stated that they would need approval from the hotel to do so. Perfect. I assume they then speak to each other and deny my request for a refund. they then proceeded to tell me that I told them I was preapproved for a refund, when I never stated I was, all I said was that the manager would be familiar with the situation. I just spoke to the manager and they told me I could ask for a refund, and that it was through them (Expedia). So now I am out 240$ + the obligatory reservation I had to make to stay there the original date 280$. Albite their policy (the hotels) says there are no refunds, why would she encourage me to call Expedia and ask them for a refund under the impression they would make an exception for my case as if I am still not doing business with them? On top of all of this, she was very condescending and rude over the phone. The extend of this went as far as calling me, the customer, a liar lying through his teeth and yelling at me over the phone leaving me unable to reason with her. Needless to say if I had a manager like Lois I would quit my job in a heartbeat. She had no willingness to help me what so ever. I hope my grandparents visiting family have a great vacation.

Room was not clean. The bed had way to many stains smh from the pillows to the entire bed. I would definitely not choose this hotel in the future.

Positive: Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great. Negative: The room did not have soaps available or have anything freshly stocked as if it was quickly thrown together.
