Great customer service

Amazing service. Got water and gum. Very welcoming all employees came by drive thru window for assistance. Kinda creepy but nice. Wholesome family business.

Ive never been in the little store, only the self-serve pumps. Im not fond of Franklinton and the neighborhood.
They had me swipe my bank card on two different machines, they said the one wasnt working. They double CHARGED my card, it it shows up as two different locations, so I couldnt even dispute it with my bank.

To many bums bothering you everytime you pull in you get swarmed by them. This is my hood alwayshad been but the drug addicts are taking over the area really bad!
They are always trying to change the price on items.One day the costs is this the next day try to change you more. Always homeless people hanging out here. Trying to bum money for beer and drugs

Crooks, just gave me incorrect change. He knew he did it, because he immediately took off to the other side of the store and tried to ignore me. I made it loud and clear. Avoid this place!

2022-01-25Not too bad of a gas station a little cramped inside so if you can avoid it definitely use the drive-up window plus the scene there seems to be a lot of homeless people asking for stuff. But they get them off the property usually pretty quick when they noticed they were begging for things but other than the rude patronage it was a decent little gas station and prices were reasonably priced

2022-01-21When I went to counter to pay for my gas and to purchase drinks the cashier was on the phone with what seemed to be a personal call and he was clearly distracted because I asked for lottery tickets and had repeat what I wanted several times in order for him to pick correct ones while he continued to speak on the phone. I was clearly being ignored and found it very disrespectful that he would not at least put down the phone until I was done.

2021-10-22Very very scary at night, nonetheless, the store was stocked and the cashiers were friendly, but I wouldnt recommend stopping here if you arent familiar with the area. Especially if youre a woman, alone.

2021-12-2444 cent off card got declined, its Christmas Eve and now I dont have access to my last money bc 44¢ I had in my pocket to finish the payment... Bad service

2020-11-25Giving 3 stars cause i ended up going somewhere else. Was too packed when i arrived and for a business having 20+ customers and no one wearing any masks startled me a little.
