One star is way to much for the people working there.Worst place ever .......never go there they have trash working there all they do is sit outside an smoke ....2 of them got in a yelling match while we were trying to pay....they hire the worst people .
DO NOT STOP OR SUPPORT THIS GAS STATION. I don’t expect much from gas stations.. but these guys do NOT allow you to use their restroom even though you are pumping 30-70 dollars worth of gas.. The ladies I spoke to were careless and unfriendly. Also, I’m not an anti-masker but they weren’t wearing masks which I’m guessing is against code for employees.I hope the owner smartens up and gets better management skills as it would be a convenient rest stop as it’s the only one on the exit. Sell the place to someone who cares.
Stopped to use the restroom for my child, didnt make it inside sign saying no public restrooms. Turned around and employee followed us yelling that if my child had an accident she would call the police.FYI NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS
No restrooms even when buying something or gas. They will proudly call the cops on you too for asking what the rules are for the outdoor nature options

My family was traveling across the state and my daughter, WHO HAS CROHNS DISEASE, had to use the restroom. The two women working behind the counter were so indignant and rude, it was unbelievable. They absolutely refused their bathroom and caused my daughter great distress. What type of business and human being would deny the simple use of their restroom. I would never treat someone this way, EVER! This place deserves no business, and when they close for giving terrible service, I will be relieved. Hopefully this area gets a nice, full public service gas station soon and they will be run out of business.
I hope this place goes out of business. No public restroom and very rude about it. Threatened to call the cops on me when I asked if I could use their restroom. I was going to buy gas, but the employees wanted to be rude some more and told me to leave if I wasnt fueling up. One employee actually acted like they were on the phone calling and talking to the cops, just outside my window, when I was in my car putting on my seatbelt to leave. I asked them what they were doing and they backed off the phone call when I said I had friends who were cops. Looks like the employee was hopped up on something. Employees have a hustler mentality. The whole town looks like a drug den. Stay away.
One star is too high. Turned away a 7 year old from the bathroom. No she did not make it till the next restroom. Had the pump in my tank ready to fill then had to put it away and run off. Lost a sale... and whatever snacks the kids were going to get too. And yes they do follow you out of the store to make sure you leave I guess.
My family and I are currently driving home to Cincinnati from NJ. We have been driving for hours & stopped here to get gas and pee. We are traveling with our 7 and 3 year old who have been holding it for quite some time. I walked in with my 3 year old and asked if we could use the bathroom & was told that they had no public restrooms. I’m not sure what kind of jerk refuses a toddler to use the damn bathroom but wow. I could understand not allowing a non-paying customer but the attendant could clearly see my husband filling up. I’m sorry we gave this dump a dime. 😡 Thanks a lot!
AVOID!Staff wears no masks and won’t let toddlers use the restroom. They threaten to call the police about it. The fuel nozzles leak so you’ll be dripped onto by gasoline after refueling. Go anywhere else, even miles out of the way.

No public restroom yet the only reason we stopped was because they had a sign on the interstate. Wouldn’t let my 4 year old child use the employee restroom even though she was almost at the point of physically being unable to hold it any longer. Threatened us saying they had “cameras” and told us the closest restroom was to get back on the interstate multiple exits down. Most ridiculous rest stop experience and so so rude
This is the worse gas station in town. They are rude to their customers and do not talk to them with respect. When someone goes in and asks if they have a public restroom they get told with an attitude that they dont. I had stopped in for a pop one night and the girl working had an attitude with everyone i had also asked if coffee was fresh and this was around 6 pm and was told it was made a half hour ago to walk back and get up a could tell that it was old and wasnt freshly made. I will no longer be stopping in at sunoco in the evening and be treated like i was that night. I will for now on be taking my business else where and i dont live that far from there. Maybe one day they will get some good employees in there and make the place friendly again. Not a great place to if your wanting to be treated friendly that is for sure. I will not recomend this gas station to anyone that is looking. Poor attitudes and bad mouth is not something people want at a gas station.
This gas station DOES NOT have restrooms for their customers. Super unlucky when traveling with a child who has an urgent need to have selected this station fir a gas fill. No empathy for us.

Racist manager and owner. African American customers have been chased out being called racial slurs and called drug dealers. Lawsuit pending against them. Overpriced! Buys stuff at Sams club them sells it for 4 times what was paid for it. Employees are fired for theft. That way they can be threatened with charges so the owner keeps their paychecks. This has happened to several people i know. Stop shopping here and buying gas! So crooked!
Horrible restroom facilities a putrid porta-potty is it. No where to wash your hands or splash a bit of water in your face. The prices.....lets say stratospheric even by convenience store standards. Best idea is to punch it and blast by this s#@tHole
We really like Sunoco gas and that is why we stopped at this place. It is absolutely ridiculous that they have no public bathroom available. I would not stop here again unless I was going to run out of gas.
Not a very clean store and items overpriced more than your typical gas station. I was charged extra for using my bank card to pay and wasnt even told until after the fact. Years ago, under different management, this was a decent fill station
No toilet for customers; no patience for customers. They upcharge purchases for credit cards without giving you a heads up. I guess they sold me gas, though.

Why isn’t 0 stars an option? Just repeating what everyone else has stated to emphasize the ludicrousness of this place. Clerk behind counter will not allow children in distress to use the restroom. She followed my family out of the store and stared us down until we left. Do not support this place. Terrible people.

2022-05-29Traveling through with my family today and needed to stop for gas and a emergency potty break for my 4 year old son. After pumping gas and going in to buy a few things, the lady behind the counter refused to let me take my son to the restroom. Again, this was a situation where he was going to make it or I was going to have to take him outside so he didnt pee on their floor. So I proceeded to take him outside where she followed me shouting profanities and threatening to call the cops. No options so I took him to the tree line to relieve him self. When walking back to the car she continued to call me all sorts of names in front of all six of my children. It was the most insane situation and completely unacceptable. While getting back in my car I told her to have a nice day. I got a nice F#&k you!!! Keep it classy Cambridge.

2022-07-10DO NOT GO HERE. Wish we read the reviews before coming here but it was an emergency stop for our toddler to use the bathroom. Saw the no public restroom sign so brought our own portable potty to use outside and the psychotic lady proceeded to call the police even though we said we’d leave. Something in the water that makes these people crazy I think.

2022-06-05The worst gas station, the worst service !!! The woman who works there is the worst person I have ever met! The child of my friends, who is three years old, really wanted to pee. The woman did not allow, had to lead the child in the bushes. The woman began to behave inappropriately, called the owner of the station, dictated to him the license plates of my friends cars. there is a problem not only in the service staff, but also the owner is a bad person !!! write on a billboard that has no public restroom!

2022-05-22Go past a little east of this station and there is another gas station at the stop sign. Plus a few little mom and pop places to eat and get drinks.Said they were open til 11pm but when I got there at 930pm they were closed! One star is way too much! Wont even give you change for a dollar for the air pump!

2022-05-29Cashier was rude yelling at me i bought 40 in gas and only hag a 100 bill its a holiday weekend we dont have a way to get more cash told her sorry but im traveling and i only had a 20 and the 100....she was slamming her cash drawer....some ppl dont need to work in the public!

2022-05-30Do not STOP at this place!. Extremely rude customer service and discrimination. Sooner or later this place is either bound to go out of business or get a lawsuit for discrimination based on race. Business should be reported to Ohio Civil Rights Commission.

2021-07-11DO NOT STOP-Another post to reiterate the horrid reviews regarding the management’s treatment of customers and lack of restrooms. Owner threatened to call the cops on me and my family when they refused to allow my toddler to use their restroom. I have logged a complaint with Sunoco for this treatment. I wish we had not fueled up and given her our money allowing this service to continue longer.
