My husband And I have rented from Mr. Rental in the past and they screwed us over big time! So we decided for our next yard project to go to Sun Belt rentals and they have been nothing but awesome, Eric there helped us with everything that we needed. It was quick to get a rental, it was a very nice piece of equipment , AND WAY CHEAPER THEN ANY OTHER PLACES!!! Highly recommend Sunbelt Rental, have Eric help you out! Very pleasant experience!

If you think that Sunbelt is for professional construction contractors only, then I beg to differ with you! As a new homeowner of a rural property, I sought assistance from Sunbelt for my property maintenance needs, and I found myself pleasantly surprised at the high level of respect and customer service that I received! Eric did an excellent job making sure that my project needs were accommodated! I highly recommend this location for your equipment rental needs!

My initial interaction with Sunbelt Rentals was a 5 Star experience. However, after they retrieved the bobcat from my home they proceeded to debit my checking account again for an additional $33.02. When I called to ask why they would debit my account again, without my knowledge or consent, they explained that it was the fuel charge. I had used six gallons of gas and the charge was to refill the tank. I explained that I am a first time customer and I was never made aware of this fuel policy. I contacted my attorney to see if I had recourse. I did. I was never notified of this policy and had never signed anything agreeing to pay this charge. I have never rented equipment like this before so I had no idea if this was a legit charge or not. The second problem that I had was a math problem. Sunbelt would have had to pay $5.50 per gallon to get to $33.02. Even diesel in this area is far less than that. After I contacted Mr. Duncan at Sunbelt, and notified him that I was working with my attorney to resolve the matter he agreed to refund the $33.02. Keep in mind, this was not about the $33.02. The rental itself was nearly $400. It was the fact that they dipped back into my personal account without my knowledge or consent. And then decided to arbitrarily charge me over $5.00 per gallon. After all of this, Mr. Duncan made it right by refunding the money that he took from my account. Had it not been for this, they would have received a 1 star rating. Next time, dont surprise your new customer by taking money out of their account without their knowledge or consent and definitely dont argue with them when you know you are in the wrong. Ultimately, you did the right thing and I appreciate that. I wish it was handled better initially.

ASK FOR ERIC at SunBelt in Batavia!! I needed to rent a trailer, but was unsure of the type of trailer that would work best for the intended job. After talking with Eric he set up the rental (at a price way better than I anticipated). But he didnt stop there, he called me back an hour or so later and said... Hey I have been thinking and our Fairfield location has a trailer that I think would work better for you. I called them and it is available. If you would like I can get it transferred over to this store and you can pick it up here. WOW Just WOW... He did not have to do all that extra work...he could have just left it with what they had sitting in their lot and I would have been none the wiser that there was a better option. This guy CARES about the customer and the company he works for...Nothing can top that!

Highly recommended for small construction rentals such as mowers, scaffolding, lifting equipment, and on and on. If you are in the Eastgate area it is worth a stop just to look at the very large variety. All the equipment is stored on a paved lot, they just seem to do everything right.
