Charged me 500.00 put a trap on my roof. It caught nothing. Then they half patched holes in my garge with window screen. I watched the squirrels go around the screen to the areas they left unpatched. I had to spend another 100.00 to buy more screen and patch thit up properly. They left a one way excluder in place to the hopefully allow squirrels to escape the attic and have called repeatedly to get it back. When i explained the issue they were oblivious to the poor results and didnt even offer up an apology. Mike called and there was a series of miscommunications. He apologized and offered to make things right. Thanks.

Mike quickly identified that the noises in my tenant’s attic were from a raccoon and pointed out the hole the raccoon tore in the side of my house. He set a trap and the next evening the tenant called to say a raccoon was in the trap. Mike quickly responded and removed the racoon. He was professional and respectful of my time. His price was fair and less than I had expected.
I am so amazed at how helpful and kind these people are! I have been a stress monster and they put me at ease right away. Very knowledgeable. And a major point affordable. Raccoons are the worst! But they have it handled! I will be a repeat client because lets face it, mother nature has her own agenda! Thank goodness we have the good guys!!!
I was visiting my elderly aunt, and she told me about a squirrel making noises in her attic for the last week or so. We called Mike, who was super knowledgeable, friendly, and he even caught it the next day! He sealed up the entry hole it had chewed in the back porch roof, and finally the problem is solved! A+ service, and Id highly recommend Mike to anyone else looking to evict a critter.
Mike helped me get a nest of raccoons out of my attic and was very professional, knowledgable, kind, and cracked a few jokes along the way. Absolutely 10 billion percent recommend his services!
They came out and took a look at the damage to the soffit where critters were getting in and told me the plan and that they would be back out in a couple of days to execute said plan. After a few weeks go by they never show up, call, or return any of my calls. Do not recommend.

Very accurate, polite and knowledgeable, only company that was actually able to trap the animals. Very reasonable prices. Not a scammer, he will actually do whatever he can to make sure you’re satisfied with the services. The only company I would recommend.
Paid in advance for services not rendered. Contacted several times since and not responsive.Update: as it turns out there was miscommunication. Mike offered to come back to the house and take care of our issues.

2022-05-07Honestly I was so nervous at first during this experience. I figured someone would show up whose only goal was to catch the raccoon and euthanize it. It was the total opposite. You could tell that Mike really cares about animals. He is very dedicated to his job and made sure I was comfortable with what was going on the whole time because I’m a huge animal lover and I didn’t want any of the raccoons to get hurt! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs wildlife removal!

2022-03-04First time having to use a wildlife control company and could not be more pleased with Mike and his crew. Very professional, on time, and effective. They explained everything they were doing, why, and what to do to remedy our problem. Would definitely call them again, and recommend them (although I hope I never have to).

2022-04-02I was bitten by a raccoon hiding in my Garage. These guys came out very quickly and found the critter and desposed of it. I truly appreciate that they worked me In their busy schedule today and helped Me out. Very professional and friendly.

2021-07-11Totally professional, knowledgeable, and out right wonderful, service. Had an entire family of skunks living under my garage before July 4th weekend. Noticed them on Wednesday night before and was planning a big party. Mike definitely went above and beyond, came out Friday night to set traps and explained the process. Was here every morning to remove the skunks and reset the traps. 8 skunks removed and not a worry about the people for the party. Absolute professional, definitely will call again with any issues if I have any.

2021-03-10Mike and Tracy are THE BEST! I occasionally heard scratching in my attic and I finally called to get it addressed. Once I called them they were at my house as soon as they could be and inspected my problem. They fully explained and showed me pictures of what they found and showed me how they would fix my critter issue. They were spot on. After the initial cleaning of my attic mess, NE Ohio winter arrived. As soon as the weather broke, they were here to finish the job. They determined there was no new activity and they sealed up the areas where the critters were gaining attic access. I feel confident my issue is resolved. I would use them every time!

2020-04-08Mike was absolutely fantastic. We had a mama raccoon in and out of our attic for a while and finally decided to give him a call. Not only did Mike come out within the same day we called, he also set up a trap for us the same day. We woke up the next day and she was already in the trap! He came back a few days later and cleaned and sanitized our attic for us as well, after patching up the hole in our roof as well until we can get roofers to come do it professionally. He was extremely helpful, efficient and kind. You can expect great service and reasonable pricing with this team!

2021-03-10Had an old, smart raccoon who was hard to trap. Mike from Summit stayed dedicated to the cause and managed to remove the raccoon safely. I appreciated Mike keeping me updated while we were in the process of trying to trap the raccoon. He made this a very easy experience. Thanks!
