Theyll fail your psych test and never tell why due to their biases and prejudices. Basically, they get to happily ruin people lives and give no legitimate response except for prepared one that tells you nothing.
Classes are a waste of time. Be careful, they do not tell you all the costs up front. They prey on kids who have been court ordered then take advantage, because your stuck between a rock and a hard place. When you try to talk about with billing, they are rude and condescending.
Trying to get a hold of your provider and getting a response for refills is like trying to baptize a cat...
This place needs completely new staff. For people who are supposed to specialized in treating people with mental health issues they really dont seem qualified in the least.
Terrible inconsiderate, immature staff. Trying to get a hold of someone on the phone is not even worth the try. Waste of space.

2021-03-18The only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because of the counselor I’ve seen there. She genuinely seems to care. However, if you need medication, this is not the place. I’ve had three nurse practitioners quit without telling me so they just cancel my appointment and I run out of medication. Then you haven’t been medicated for weeks and they put you on something you’ve been on already multiple times. I’m on my fourth nurse practitioner now and none seem to care about what you think at all. They’re always right. Plus no one answers the phone for literally anything.

2021-04-05Weve all had a year to adapt and adjust to covid. Summit Psychological management team has failed its patients on so many levels. Their doctors and counselors fail to keep online appointments. Office staff is non-existent. Calling them is useless. No calls ever returned. Yet again out of the medications they prescribed with no other options. Dont go here.

2021-04-01They do not follow up and call when appointments are scheduled, they do not return calls, doctors and nurses practitioners are quitting left and right. My counselor is also no longer there and I havent been scheduled with anyone else. Im leaving messages daily with no returned call.

2021-06-30The phone system is absurd. There are no receptionists? When the system asks you to state what you need or press a prompt there is no response. (Appropriate) Its no fluke. It happens repeatedly overtime. Come on, despite the pandemic the public does know you have at least 1 person per location who could answer a phone. Very unprofessional.

2021-04-01DO NOT GO HERE! This is the absolute most unprofessional service around. You can never get ahold of anybody, wait 5+ days to get a call back. They’ve been through over 5 doctors in a year because everyone keeps quitting. Staff is very rude, they made we wait 4 days without meds before they sent my refills. If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely horrible, don’t waste your time here!!!

2018-04-10I think that the staff cares about the clients. Most of the staff. The doctors also care about the clients. You get what you put in, as with anything in life. If you dont invest any effort why should anyone else. I think that they offer I wide array of services as well as different times that they are able to be compatible with an individuals schedule. The only problems could be with communication if you need to get a hold of a specific person or when a phone call needs returned. Sometimes it can take a long time or it may not get returned. Also the unnecessary paper work. A lot of the paper work may not be needed or necessary. But this will happen with any state run facility. It is more for legal purposes. Also most are not paying any way so you should not have that big of a issue of filling out papers for a free or reduced cost service. I would recommend this place to others in need of their help as it has helped many people better their lives in many ways. I also think that they do a good job at what they do..

2019-08-15I dont like to see negative reviews on a practice that gives so much of itself selflessly for the well-being of so many. Ive read the reviews of the others and while everyone is entitled to their opinions, please note that in my experience, none of that has ever happened or I would have noted it by now. Please feel at ease and comfortable with a recommendation to Summit Psychological Associates and their many services and programs.

2021-04-22Unorganized, is a understatement. Not an inviting environment at all. They don’t pay attention to the reason you are there. Then waisting your time and money for this place, it took a while but they did refund my money spent. ADVICE stay AWAY!!

2019-10-03The wait time is between 1 hour to 3 hours. The Doctor has no respect for the clients time. They do not call in medicine on time. They also do not call you back. Very disappointed in service and care. Do not recommend.

2021-03-01No one answers the phone. Messages get ignored. Medication doesnt get filled. And give no receipts if you pay your bill.
