Was in line for 20 minutes. Worker not wearing mask properly and they would work the register and handle money and then come to the food with out changing gloves. Not impressed, wont be back again
Always fresh ingredients, and the cookies are SO good!!! The cashiers could be a bit friendlier though, in MY opinion. I was a cashier for years, and that was a very important part of our training. Im a people person anyways, so it came natural.... These days, cashiers dont even smile anymore, let alone say hello or thank you, have a great day etc. Another thing that bothers me is the way they give change, and THIS is everywhere, They Do not count your change back. They hand it to you in a wad and YOU have to count it out. I ask you PLEASE keep these things in mind when training these cashiers.Let SUBWAY be the first in bringing back old fashioned common courtesy!!! Hopefully the rest would follow suit. Subway is always fresh, delicious, and the best value out there.Barbara L Morris
Food was good as normal and the subs were made pretty quick, my only suggestion would be for the employees to care a little more and actually act like they want to be at work!
Monday July 15th I stopped in for a coupleSubs and added 3 cookies. I had no idea subway didn’t take $100 or $50 bills. My total came to $16.07, besides the $100 bill I had on me I had $13 as well ended up finding a$1 off coupon in my purse and your employee Trent paid the rest of my bill which he did not have to do. But was very kind of him! Thanks again Trent :)
If you like fresh food, not fried, and healthy this is the place. It is better than making your own sandwich at home and you dont have to clean up afterwards. I do miss the seafood though
Got a free sandwich coupon for using the subway app on my phone. While waiting for the 16 year old workers to make my sandwich, my service was interrupted by one of their friends further in line than I to let them know where she was going to get her nails done later. Now, the coupon when opened in the app has a 3 minute time limit. While waiting to check out, the workers nail conversation continued while my timer counted down. I let them know standing in line I had 30 seconds before the app coupon would close. The little girls continued to rattle on then after I finally reached the check out, I handed my online coupon over. She then handed the phone back to me, as she had exited the app. Upon restoring the app the coupon timer had run out and time expired. I was then told that I had no other choice than to pay full price for my sandwich. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was informed that this Subway does not usually have a manager past 3pm. So I left without my sandwich. I will be calling tomorrow when an ADULT is on duty to redeem this coupon that expires due to high school banter on the clock at my expense.
Their sandwiches are good as usual, and you couldnt ask for friendlier service...but their refresh is a JOKE! ITS THE SAME MENU! 👎
Ok so Im. Here and my grandparents are getting there stuff and and this Hispanic women keeps on yelling at me and giving us an attitude for the 10ty time of her saying what do you want and I already told her basically a pizza sum and she yelled omg you are so difficult and I got an attitude with her bc she should not be yelling very very rude
They are doing a good job of COVID-19 risk mitigation. All the employees were wearing masks, and they had put up barriers along the top of the counter, with tables in front of the counter to force customers back.
During a Pandemic they dont require facemasks for the employees making my food, dont enforce facemasks on customers, dont enforce social distancing, and that disgusting vent in the corner STILL hasnt been cleaned even now when everyone is supposed be doing regular deep cleanings.
How can I say anything bad about subway
Depending on who is working will depend on if the sub is really good. Staff have friends coming in and spend a lot of time talking. They are usually out of the cookies, and their not real quick to wait on you
Food was prepared terribly, we had to tell the the guy(Trent) multiple times what we wanted, then the lady that was to make my sandwich walked off after I asked her why Subway didnt have Monteray Cheddar, she never did answer. This is the First Subway that Ive ever been treated poorly at... Also the mens bathroom was disgusting and the door handle was filthy. Even better Trent never changed his glove from my sandwich to my friends, isnt that standard policy? Its sad that Ive never worked at a Subway and I had to tell them how to do their job...
The Sub makers were very rude and the one making mine, seemed like she couldnt make a sub. Putting things on there I told her not to.

The food was great but the store managers daughter (who does not work there) was being rude and condescending to one of the employees. I cannot believe someone would do this.
One would think that a sandwich could be made properly at a place such as this...I asked for red onions and peppers only and received lettuce onions and pickles partly my fault for being distracted and not watching them make it
Sub was not made to my liking. Ignored by employees talking over my aunt and i to the one employees parents while they were making are sandwiches and made multiple mistakes. Never go to this subway Ever Again.
We placed an order to pick up it told us to come at 715 we get there a little late they were like oh we didnt know what time you were coming so we didnt even start ur order but well start now itll be about 10 minutes
Only had wheat bread and hardly had any chicken left. They should have all of their supplies. Especially their bread

This location is awful. Staff is rude, they are slow, they are always out of just about everything, they make the sandwiches they way they want, not the way you ask. Someone from higher up needs to go in there and straighten them and this location up !
Every one was really nice. I wanted my sub well done and the lady lied about how long she cooked it for but thats not that serious and my sub was still good.
Cheese was taken off a meat sandwich and put back in the container, much to the delight of vegetarians in the room. The same knife was also used to cut through a meat and mayo sandwich and a veggie sandwich.
Wouldnt go to any other subway! Food was perfect and your employee Trent gave fantastic service. 👍

New staff should have an experienced staff shadowing them, to assure they know what they are doing.

Just got off work was inside there was about 6 people ahead of me waited for them got up to give my order the guy says were closed really after waiting all that time I wouldnt recommend this location Ill personally never go back to this subway again

2022-01-30I had a horrible experience with ordering online. They didnt properly cancel my online order (that was within their hours according to the app and google) - they closed an hour early on Sunday, and since I had it delivered they kept sending drivers to a closed restaurant. I still havent gotten that order refunded. I went back later because it actually sounded good, but it was disgusting. I do not reccomend the sweet onion chicken. It tasted like grape jelly and caramelized onions over chicken. I had to throw it away.Do not reccomend. You will get a better sub from Marcos down the road - - - and their specialty is pizza.

2020-09-20The subway on summit street is very dirty. Looks like black mold in cases. Glass is very dirty. The people are not friendly. They are rude as if its a pain to waite on you. Did not see them wash hands. Going from register to food. Nasty.Needs to be cleaned. Vents have dirt hanging from them over food. Bins not filled if yoy order something and they dont have in bins they tell you they are out.... Lazy rude people..

2021-04-15Went to get a protein bowl that they advertise everytime I go in they have the bowl but no kids how does that happenBefore they gave it to me as a salad and when I went in 4-15 at 11.15am the same thing happened and when I asked cant you put it a salad bowl instead they said they got in trouble for it.Wouldnt you get in trouble for not having bowls to sell products thats what I said .Im sorry from them isnt what I want and your not sorryI hope they close this place down!!!!! Never again!!!!

2021-03-121 star is the most I can give this fast food place had 3 people in front of me finally after 20 minutes to get to the front of the line they take a Uber order people usually only get 30 mins for lunch from work needless to say I wasnt able to have a lunch today never going back to this one Ill go to the east side or alexis

2019-08-04Not bad, though they can be a bit stingy with the red onions and a bit too generous with the lettuce.Its also starting to get really crowded now that the downtown location closed. This is a good time to try out all the local sandwich joints.
