The experience I had here the first week of December 2019 was the best Ive had ever at this subway. I normally avoid it. But I was on this side of town and stopped in. Its under new ownership and it seemed like there were better and kinder employees now. I wont be avoiding this subway anymore
Went there to get a door dash, they told me that they was out of bread and asked if I could cancel the customers order.
This place is great, the workers are friendly, the food is good, they got pickles, and they pickles slap oml on god on god
Good subs the staff overall are good except the young man that was standing behind the counter on his phone texting while the other 2 employees were busting there humps to serve the long line. Also the ceiling in here is extremely dusty with dust actually hanging off the ceiling.
These girls were rude as hell,the bread looked nasty. definitely dont recommend this particular location to anyone. Park Ave is way better. Better service, better workers, and better quality in their food.

My daughter Tessa worked here.. And Her boss called and fired her on the phone.. Because his friends wife came in and she said my daughter was not wearing gloves and touched the cheese.. The ladys daughter told her to stop she did not touch the cheese.. and told her mom to quit causing a scene.. My daughter said what did I touch and I will take it out.. she never told her.. Her daughter kept telling her to stop.. She didnt touch the cheese.. The lady stormed out.. Her daughter said sorry to Tessa and my other daughter.. and she didnt touch the cheese.. What the lady didnt know was the girl working with her was her older sister.. and Tessa was flipping one container over the other and what the lady took a pic of was the drain tray inside of the container she had in her hand NO CHEESE!!!.. My oldest daughter fixed the cheese because she had her gloves on.. and I know who the lady is now.. But there is 1 person there with a major attitude problem but she still works there.. Amazing!!!!!!
Ordered a sandwich through the online ordering system. Ordered it for 10PM pick up, charged me almost 9 dollars. Went to the location and NOBODY was there and door was locked. VERY DISSAPOINTED AND ANGERED!!! That was my last money too and I wasnt able to eat. Thanks SUBWAY!!!!!
I use to come here all the time a few years ago with my group home I worked at! Always great food and friendly service....not sure what hapened but this has got to be the worse Subway in Mansfield now. The workers are rude and they cant make subs for anything. The sandwiches are alway so sloppy and hard to eat. They also skimp out on meat. This place is dirty too. The glass is always up on the meat/cheese, food all over sandwich counter, and fruit flies have been noticed on numerous occasions flying behind the glass and around the bread. I stopped coming here for a while, hoping it would be better, but I was wrong. I will drive a bit further and go to the Subway on Possum Run from here on out. Ashland Road Subway needs a lesson or two from them. Thats one of the best Subways I have been to by far...and alot cheaper too!
Now under new ownership this location is now a respectable place to go! The assistant manager especially but also the other employees make it a friendly atmosphere!!
Im from Philly so I eat the best hoagies in the world. But Its subway and people love them. Typical food chain grub. If you been to one you been to them all.
I rate this a 5 because of the service we had tonight. Tessa was a breath of fresh air. Usually when were in there, the employees are rude and nasty. Tessa was all by herself, yet she was patient and friendly.
Why do we eat this? That should be the name of the style of cuisine here. Are they still calling themselves sandwich artists? Then they are the Thomas Kincade of sandwiches... Craftsman-like but devoid of substance and taste.

Waited 15 min in line only 3 people ahead of me, very slow to find out there out of several items, including steak and choice bread were out. Very poor experience and even with it being blocks away from my house will never go again

I went there tonight and it just wasnt good. I got the chicken teriyaki and it was toasted but bread was very uneven cut and it just didnt taste good. What a waste of money
Worst Subway in the franchise. Never open on time, often 15-20 minutes late; Closed 1/2 hr early on several occasions. And they refuse to turn on their open sign to make it appear closed at other hours. LAZY!
I eat here at least 3 times a week when I work. Great staff, very attentive, and overall a clean space!

Subway has a good selection of sandwiches for just about any taste, but my favorite is the BMT. The price for a 12 inch sandwich is quite reasonable.
As I was walking up to the door theres a sign on the door that said be back in 5 minutes and it was well over 5 minutes before anybody even came back because I had left to go somewhere else To eat dinner, Mr. Heroes to be exact.

2022-05-13Employees were very rude and disrespectful I asked for extra meat and the lady scoffed at me then when I asked for very little Mayo, she put so much Mayo on it that it was oozing out from every angle I was scrapping it off, absolutely disgusting didn’t even end up eating half of it but wait that not it! best part of all I got food poisoning from the sub I feel so horrible, headache, fatigue, bathroom runs, vomiting, disoriented, can’t even hold down water, fever and chills. I will never eat from subway again… this place needs shut down before they make other people severely sick…

2021-06-30This subway used to be my go to spot. We order at least once a week. We had an issue with online ordering as it took the money out of our account and took our rewards points but they didn’t receive the order. We were trying to find a solution to the issue and the woman said just place another order. When we tried to explain to her that it took our points and money and we couldn’t place another order she began to tell my fiancé to stop talking and got very very rude. We asked for the store number so we could speak to someone higher up and she refused and hung up. We went to the store to get the store number and as soon as he came in they threatened to call the cops. My fiancé responded by saying he didn’t want to argue just wanted the store number and she proceeded to call the cops. Will never return there again

2020-11-15There was only 1 lady working because the other girl was late for work. She was swamped with customers but she did an excellent job. Kudos to her. Wish I remembered her name. She was very polite and took care of everyone in a timely manner for being alone.

2020-07-24Small store, but very nice. Good service and lots of fresh meats and veggies. The staff is very sanitary and cleanly. I go here for food sometimes while living on campus and its definitely a nice little Subway.
