2022-06-16I used to love getting lunch from the Dover Subway. Employees were polite and served food to their customers in a timely manner. Not so much anymore.I watched my toasted sub sit on the counter for 10+ minutes after it was supposed to be ready for pickup (app order) while the 4 employees talked and ignored me. There were no other orders at the time. They finally added toppings and handed my cold sandwich to me without a word.I will never enter that restaurant again…ever

2022-04-04Good quality food.Professional staff to assist you.Request: Please ask the senior Subway leadership if they really understand what the word toasted means.The last truly toasted sub I enjoyed was from Quiznos.:)

2022-01-13Ordered 2 chicken bacon ranch. Only got 1 and then a sub from someone elses order. Had also charged for only 1 sub.Took it back in, they made another one but made it with rotisserie chicken and then charged $10.49 instead of $8.99.

2021-10-28Worst experience with a subway ever!!! I would give it 0 stars if I could! So upset!!!So, Im a travelling healthcare worker. I had work in Dover and when I got off my shift, I was starving. Im not familiar with the area but I stopped at the Subway off Wooster Ave. and my boyfriend met me their to have dinner, since I had to go back to work in a couple hours. We ordered two footloongs for curbside pickup (I do try to avoid going into locations due to covid, and being exhausted), we waited in our car for an hour and a half before going in to get them. If theyre offering curbside service that we opted for, we shouldve received curbside service, or they shouldnt offer it. There were FOUR employees just standing behind the ingredient bar (they were hadnt been busy at all, we had seen maybe 10 customers total), each one said they never saw us outside (i had let them know via Subway app, tried to tell one employee who had walked outside but he said nothing and only walked back inside and pointed at our car, we even honked our horn a couple times!). We ordered our subs at 4:15pm via Subway app (while sitting in their parking lot!), the app said our subs would be done at 4:45pm, but we didnt end up leaving the store with our food til after 6:30pm. When we went in, we were told our subs had been thrown out because they were gross, so they had to make new ones. I was very upset, but as calmly and politely as I could, I asked what happened and why we didnt get service we had already paid for, but most of my questions either got answered with silence or i dont know. The only apology we even received was a quick sorry bout that from the employee after handing our subs to us.Ive never felt so disrespected as a paying customer by a restaurant. Very disappointed.

2021-05-16Compared to other subways Ive went to this is this far the worst. I ordered a Chipotle Southwest steak signature wrap. they were so skimpy on every thing I think I maybe had 4 small slivers of onion on it and by the time she wrapped it up it could fit just in my hand. the only thing she put most of on it was the wrap its self, cause thats basically what it was.

2019-09-11Food and service is always excellent. Staff is very friendly!! There always seem to be a few tables that need to be cleaned when I eat in. They keep the line moving very well and they can get very crowded at lunch.

2019-09-08Peter and Jason were on top of it at this store. They had online orders coming in and also the walk-in orders. When they ran into a problem they came up with a solution. These two work pretty well together. Couldnt have asked for any better service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service
