So I walk in to subway at Chesterland, the two workers behind the counter didn’t look up or say hello. I had to ask the person making my steak sub to put more meat on since the amount she put on barely covered the bread. Not nearly enough cheese was put on either. I normally get my subs at the chardon subway. They are friendly and always say hello, and make a much better sub. I’ll go out of my way to patronize chardons subway, and always tip them.
I am a daytime supervisor at this location and I am pleased to say that we have a new owner who is currently resolving all of the issues at this store. He has been extremely hands-on in the past week since obtaining ownership of this franchise, and has been very proactive in making us the best restaurant in our area. We have been without a manager for months now, making it extremely hard to enforce policies with fellow employees because there has been no accountability. I personally apologize to any customers who have had a lackluster experience at our store, and with this new leadership, I am very optimistic in these policies and procedures being followed and all employees having a new-found respect for a job well done. Please come in and see us, and enjoy a great meal!
Good sandwiches. Semi friendly staff. They always put hot and cold sandwiches in the same bag, not something I want! I enjoyed using the app! It cut down on the extremely long wait time at the window. Love that they have a drive thru since I am disabled.
I have to say that although the subs are good, the employees there never seem happy. Whether going inside to order or the drive thru, Im never greeted or even smiled at. Never a thank you... They all seem so miserable. Its bizarre. 🤯
This is a good Subway. It seems to be clean and well taken care of. The employees are friendly and make sure you get what you ask for. I can typically get in and out in less than 5 minutes if Im picking up lunch or dinner.
It was fantastic to have a drive through to order my food. I was disappointed to find out they didnt do the 2 for 5 as advertised on TV. But the staff was nice the sandwich was still good
My sub was pretty good. Didn’t taste rubbery. But the staff is incredibly rude and unfriendly.
To be avoided. Sandwich was sloppy, they charged full price on the footlong of the day (should have been an $0.80 savings, but didnt ring it up correctly, even after EXPRESSLY stating I ordered the Footlong of the Day), fountain water tasted like stale well water. Friends Subway pizza took as long to make as it took me to eat my sandwich. To be avoided.
The staff was friendly, fast and professional. The food was delicious and Ill go back. Ive never had a negative experience here in the past 5 years.
Multiple problems with orders from this subway, most recent was a drive through order that the protein was never added to. Rear parking lot is a disaster with potholes that will bottom out your vehicle.
I seriously cannot stand the one guys nasty attitude EVERY time I go here. To the point that Im actually writing a review..... He puts me in such a bad mood that today i decided i will drive to another city to get my subway.

Theres a reason why I stopped going here. How do you forget to put the meat on a sandwich? Better off going to farmer in the deli if you want a REAL good sandwich. This place is disgusting. Took me 45 min to get through the drive through. Hasnt changed since they opened. Bring back wendeys you mofos

Ordered 2subs 2 chips and 2 sodas ,,subs where bagged,,no bag for chips and sodas ,did it myself
Friendly inside and out. Thay have a drive thru that you can make your sandwich by pushing all the on screen and give you the cost on your items.
Worst Subway ever. Employees complain about orders and cuss in front of you b/c they dont want to make what you asked for. Theyre rude and rarely pay attention to what youre asking for.
I had a teriyaki chicken sub with chipotle sauce and I highly recommend it.
Awful service and poor scheduling. The manager had one kid running the entire store, who claimed he couldnt operate the store by himself and proceeded to lock costumers out.

2022-05-15Since Subway as a chain began the option of Fresh Mozzarella as an option to get on a sub (yes I know it costs extra), every chain, including this one on the middle of nowhere, has given 4 slices of mozzarella for a footing, and 2 slices for a 6- inch. This one today, one of the kids decided to give me only 2 slices instead of the usual 4 and attempted to charge me the same price for Mozzarella. Instead of paying for this sandwich and eating it, I walked out and got lunch somewhere else. I would 100% not recommend purchasing food this location as you might be getting overcharged intentionally given their middle of nowhere address.

2022-06-14I didnt know that the ability to read wasnt required for subway, I went through the drive through and selected not toasted and for the 3rd time of going to subway its toasted , horrible experience

2022-01-25Always delicious. I use the app to order remotely and my food is always ready when I arrive. However... be cautious... if your sandwich gets avocado, it may or may not be on there. Usually 50/50 whether they remember the avocado... but it still tastes great. And earning points on the app is a plus.

2022-02-06The 2 girls were so sweet. I had the wrong sandwich I put all kinds of veggies on my sons meatball sub. Thinking it was mine. They made a new one. Fixed the old one gave it too us. Was very nice. Will be going again after long day of skiing ⛷ 😁

2021-03-02Ordered food extMonday 3/1/2021. Ordered and paid for extra meat for my husband and it didnt even look like a regular amount. $3 for a light meat sandwich. I ordered my turkey with veggies without the typical and extra of the typical I liked. I got 3 pickles and 5 banana peppers. Seriously? Extremely disappointed. When my husband picked up our food the young guy behind the counter was whining about having to work because I guess it was slow or something? Get a different job of you are so miserable. Everyone talks about $15 an hour. This guy should not get it.

2021-03-07Ordered online for pickup on 3/3. The app would not take my coupon so I figured I’d just give it to them when I picked it up. Pulled up to window, waited for 15 minutes for someone to come to the window. Knocked on the window, called the store 2 times to tell them I was there, and watched the employee walk around not answering the phone. Finally he came close enough to the window that when I knocked again he heard me. Told me he couldn’t take my coupon and handed me my food, which was cold, and I thought from sitting for so long. Turns out I asked for both subs to be toasted, neither were, paid for extra cheese on 1 sub and didn’t get ANY cheese on it at all, also ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and got NO cheese on that one either. I reached out to the store immediately and received a response back basically telling me to get lost and there was nothing they could or would do for me. I’m highly disappointed. This store is in my area, and I do go from time to time out of convenience, but I’ve never had a “great” experience there, and after this last time, seeing how little the owner cares about his customers, I will NEVER go back, and recommend u don’t either.

2020-11-16Third time going there and got raw cold bacon strips on my daughters sub and my BLT salad. The lady who made it was so incredibly rude when I went back to show her and ask nicely for a refund. Even the other guy working there who didn’t make my salad or the sub said it was not edible. She was annoyed that she messed up our food and took it out on me when I kindly just asked for my money back.
