Always a great place 2 eat never crowded and always nice people be hind the counter
I eat lunch at this Subway most Wednesdays when I am in Alliance. Ive always been pleased with the freshness of the ingredients here and the level of service.
Food was good except Im pretty sure the chicken wasnt fresh.made me and my girlfriend sick after eating there. Girl seemed to be frantic as she made the food might have even been on drugs not sure. wanted to try new cookie but only one left was an already half eaten cookie. Thought about adding olives but had parmesan cheese all throughout the bin of olives.probably not going to eat there again.
HORRIBLE service!!!! Did an online order and had to wait and extra 40 min after we got there to get our order. The workers were extremely rude. I watched them smash the toppings with her fist into our subs. Order was completely wrong and cold by the time we actually got it.
I will never go back to this subway again for a number of reasons. 1. They were talking bad about customers in front of them 2. They charged me 3 dollars more for a sandwich I didnt get then tried to call me a liar 3. The wrappers were disgusting, they looked like they had spilled coffee on them 4. They gave me an attitude when I asked for extra onion. If I knew extra onion was gonna to be such a big deal I wouldnt have asked. They wont be getting my service ever again.

Terrable service. The lady that was waiting on us stopped making our sandwiches to make a sandwich for a supposed regular that had walked in to the establishment. My husband and I felt like a second rate citizen just standing there waiting to have our sandwiches finished. The other guy that was there was worried about making himself a sandwich and was talking to the regular about it. Even though this subway is right around the corner, I will be driving to another location to spend my money. I will never go back to this particular subway, customer service is everything to me and they fell very short of the meaning.
The one guy that works there he always puts a lot of stuff on my sandwich. I get the roasted chicken breast banana peppers spinach onions light Southwest Chipotle always delicious also 9 grain wheat bread
They got my sub right, but they messed up my friends salad. That says enough
I was able to get right in place my order and walk right back out. I always love it when I dont have to wait.
Hands down the worst subway I’ve ever been to, it’s bad enough to rip me off on the 2 scoops of chicken for a footlong (she proudly dished out 2 half scoops) which I was quiet about, but then to make matters worse she puts the tiniest baby spoon scoop of cheese on my sub, when I spoke up about the cheese she informed me that she would have to charge extra! I told her I wasn’t asking for a handful just a normal amount, like a smug she told me she didnt make the rules and wouldn’t put more shredded cheese on. What a joke! You guys suck!
I love subway. The bread is made fresh everyday.. and the employees always listen to all the specific ways i like my sandwiches made.

Fast service but the guy making sandwiches did not change gloves between sandwiches and work station was a mess and he used the same knife to cut all sandwiches without cleaning it.

2022-03-10The people here are always great! The New menu and especially the new bread is terrible. I went from 2-3 visits a week to none. Of course when you try to email corporate, the first thing is the store gets blamed...Im afraid you at corporate have missed the mark on this and lost out. Too bad....I loved the old way...no more for me and Ill spend more at a competitor for the flavor and quality

2022-03-11So I placed a mobile order using the app for this location as I always do. I went into the restaurant immediately after placing my order because I needed to make small to one of the foot longs. I told them my name for the order they said they didnt have it. So I showed them the charge for $16.49 on my account. The one young girl behind the counter with Blue hair said well their is nothing she can do; Ill have to call corporate and of course I called and they have digital services so I couldnt speak to anyone. She refused to make my sandwiches even though I showed her the charge. She said if the order doesnt come through by midnight the charge would be returned. What happened to good customer service it would have just been easier for her to make my sandwiches instead of getting a bad review.

2022-03-24Ordered steak n cheese foot long and asked for extra black olivevs he had just filled it.. he said you really gonna take all my olives? I said joking yes.. he didnt think was funny he threw handful on there which was good for me lol but when I asked for Chipotle sauce he looked at me then grabbed the bottle squirted so much it splattered all over the sandwich and glass shield and the front of his shirt...I laughed he was passed rolled up my sandwich and pasted it down to cashier..thats last time for subway..going back to Jimmie johns..never been treated like that

2018-12-26Ordered a salad not good at all wilted before I got home and worker put so much pepper on it was too spicy to eat threw it in the trash. And the worker was rushing me and had no other customers to wait on at the time. For 7.99 I could have went to Panera bread for better quality salad and service.

2020-08-05Love Subway on Union and Oxford. Very clean. Employees are THE MOST FRIENDLY AND PATIENT BUNCH IVE EVER HAD THE PRIVILEGE OF MEETING IN THE FAST FOOD BUSINESS !!!! Thank you 😊❤️
