These guys are great! The camera on my sons Iphone stopped working so we took it in for repair. Really quick turnaround. We dropped it off at 5pm and it was ready by 11am the next day. A young man named Seth helped us. He told us his regular supplier was out of stock on the camera module so he personally drove to Grove City to get the part.
I’ve ordered 4 products from strictly Apple and they have always helped me. Once they forgot a charger I ordered, I called them and they sent one right away. I had a phone that was not working so I sent it back, they fixed it and sent it back but it seems like the battery was having a fit so I called back and they gave me a refund. I know that it’s hard for small businesses to give refunds and they might have lost money on the refund but they will make more money because they have my trust and I will be shopping with them from now on. Thank you guys for being so helpful and for all your patience!

Went in last minute tonight after my toddler cracked my screen. Not only did they get it done within an hour, they were significantly under the price of other screen fix stores! I am so glad batteries plus bulbs sent me over to these guys! I never knew there was a store in Grove City that specializes in Apple products 🤗 they did very good work! They were fast and friendly, my shattered and bent iPad was back in my hands the next day looking brand new!!!! And extremely reasonable pricing too!! Absolutely love this place!!!! We purchase all of our business equipment from them and couldn’t be happier. Time to time we call in with small questions in regards to “computer settings” and they are more than patient and always lend some helpful ideas.
Bought a laptop from here a year ago and the logic board fried Strictly Apple kept me in the loop and made sure all my questions were answered. Eventually just got shipped a new laptop. Very understanding and great communication from them!

Tic Tok made me do it! After watching a few videos from them I took down their information “just in case”. My Macbook had a motherboard issue and that’s why it would not turn on. At least that is what another Apple repair place had told me. I lost all hope. Like most people who may have had been told the same, you just want your files at that point. Fast forward a few months, I start thinking about sending the MacBook off. It was boxed, ready to go but I did not make any attempts. Finally, I did it. Went to the website, completed the online work order and that was it. The website was easy to navigate, nothing complicated, questions I had was easily located within the website. My thought was if it was truly the motherboard, the cost of the diagnostic fee is worth the piece of mind. Shipped it off on Saturday and they were working on it by Thursday. Quick, quick, quick turn overtime. Great news, it was my screen! David took the time to explain what the problem was, what would be repaired, & answered the questions I had. Payment was made easily over the phone and it was shipped back to me the same day. Any problems I may have with my Apple products, I will no longer hesitate to send it to Strictly Apple. So… I decided to give Strictly Apple from Tik Tok a try and even though David was unable to replace the battery, he quickly diagnosed an issue with my iPads display and gave me quick updates along the way. Now… did I decide to go with the repair, Nope because David and I agreed it was best to just upgrade to the 9th gen iPad (which works wonders). Now as far as pricing goes, DEFINITELY come here if your a broke college student. One other thing to mention was that shipping was fast. David collected my payment Wednsday and I recieved my new iPad on Saturday. BEST EXPERIENCE, WOULD RECOMMEND!It would have been nice to see my old iPad Pro being fixed by them on Tik Tok though…

This is the first review Ive ever written in my entire life, and simply put, I am doing so because Raymond from Strictly Apple did an incredible job helping me repair my computer as a broke college student who cant afford an expensive repair. Not only did he replace my Macbook right on the spot so I can get back to work, but he did so with dignity and honesty. I have never been on the receiving end of such great customer service in my life when it comes to electronics repairs. After taking an extra look at my computer for me before I even paid the diagnostic fee, Raymond made a discovery that resulted in the repair being much cheaper for me than initially expected, and he was extremely knowledge and honest throughout the whole process. There arent many companies or individuals that operate with this level of integrity, and I could have easily ended up paying two or three times as much somewhere else. This is an incredible local business and I highly suggest you go to them with any mac related needs or any electronics for that matter. It was made evident through my experience today that this business truly cares about their customers and they operate with a high level of respect and honesty. I will without a doubt be going to them for any and all future repairs. If you see this, thank you Raymond!

Bought a Macbook Pro from them last year and it has been absolutely amazing. When I did have an issue with it they walked me through some testing to help troubleshoot the issue. Fantastic customer service and I will for sure be buying all my Mac stuff from them from here on out.

Found myself in need of an Apple MacBook whisperer, so I reached out after hours through email. Not only did they respond as soon as they opened their doors the next morning, but moment later we were FaceTiming so they could walk me through a few simple steps to resolve the issue. Let me start off this review by saying I live in a different state. I saw these guys first on TikTok and they were really helping customers that needed their Macbooks fixed. I didnt need mine fixed I needed a new computer so I can continue writing music and recording music without my computer constantly freezing up.Raymond hooked me up with a great setup! I received my computer Saturday and it did not disappoint. I love my new computer and I love this store and hope to continue doing business in the future with them!
I don’t have insurance on my phone any longer because it’s several years old. I started having trouble with it turning of then looping at start up. Apple store told me my phone would never turn back on and said I needed a new one. Offered me a replacement around $500. I took it to this place and they had it back on in an hour for about $100! They are very knowledgeable about Apple products and knew of the glitch with my specific iPhone. Definitely recommend having them check out before replacing or spending tons at other places.

This place was a lifesaver when it came to fixing my MacBook Air! I previously took it to another repair shop before hearing about Strictly Apple through Tik Tok and had the worst experience. This other company apparently tried multiple different solutions to repair my laptop but would charge me for equipment that was being installed even if it wasnt fixing the problem. They kept claiming that a piece of hardware was going to need to be replaced anyways, so its still worth your money. When I finally came to the conclusion that they werent going to be able to repair it I accepted the fact that I would need to drop over a grand to get a new MacBook after I already spent $700 trying to fix it. When Strictly Apples account appeared on my Tik Tok feed specifically talking about how a customer went through something similar to what I had I knew I had to see if they could help. Literally within 3 hours my laptop was repaired and returned to me in perfect working condition. The guy who fixed it said that all it needed was a new hard drive, which is so funny because apparently that was something the scammer company tried that didnt work. Thank you so much Strictly Apple for not only fixing my MacBook, but working with integrity and having quality communication with your customers!

Sent in my computer the week of the new year and communication was great before, during and after the process. He could not fix my poor dinosaur being a 2010 MacBook Pro, but it has definitely been through a lot. We were able to agree on a newer model for a price that fit my budget. He threw in the charger and case too! I’d buy more equipment from him in the near future as well as the upkeep for my current items. Very kind and honest.

Strictly Apple is well, strictly Apple, and for that reason they are the best bang for your buck! They work with customers from all over the US as a small business and their prices are unbeatable. They can fix things that other stores tell you can’t be fixed, or will up charge you for. Be patient people, it’s only a couple of employees doing all the work and they get 100’s of orders every day. It is worth the wait!
I called after apple and AT&T couldn’t help, in regards to my grandfather’s phone and he told me to bring it in. My grandfather’s phone was zoomed in and we couldn’t do anything with it. we walked in, explained the situation and within 20 seconds he had it fixed. So so thankful for him and helping out so quick! Definitely earned our business!
EDIT: I had to edit after realizing my computer arrived damaged after shipping. It came in a way too large box with barely any padding. The newly installed memory had been knocked out of place so the computer was only detecting half memory. They said I could send it back but I ended up finding a local shop, which is likely what I should’ve done in the first place.I sent my Mac in after seeing their work on Tiktok. He was extremely patient with me despite taking me a few weeks to decide what to do with my old PowerBook. He offered a lot of different options with pricing. We just received it back and it’s working wonderfully. Very reasonable and clear pricing. I would highly recommend them even if you’re not local. They’re the apple whisperers.

Unlike Apple and Best Buy and other big business retailers they don’t only care about how much money the can get out of you they help you find exactly what you need for your specific needs and wants. I sent in an older MacBook Pro from out of state due to the trackpad not working and running horribly. Strictly apple received it quickly and called when they received it. We came up with a game plan on things to fix and upgrade and I got my computer back running better than when I bought it brand new. I would recommend this company for all of your Apple needs!
I had to send off my 2017 MacBook recently although it would not be worth fixing, Strictly Apple provided a replacement computer for me to purchase. I ended up with a MacBook Pro which is much better than what I started with. I have no complaints and Raymond was extremely pleasant to work with and professional! I’d highly recommend.
Raymond is AMAZING!!!! He called me when he got my laptop & he gave me all the information I needed. Turns out i just had a bad charger and he was honest about that. I had sent my laptop to a UBreakIFix after trying everything to get it to turn on, and they informed me that it was a motherboard issue. I found Strictly Apple on TicTok and decided to send them my laptop to see what they could do. Both Landon and Raymond were very helpful working through getting my laptop up and running again. Highly recommend anyone with an Apple issue to check them out. Reasonably priced, great customer service and fast easy shipping. Hopefully i won’t have any further issues with Apple products, but if i do, I’ll be back.

After being told by 2 other computer repair places that it couldn’t be fixed, I mailed my Mac Book Pro to Strictly Apple. They fixed my computer for less than I paid the 2 other computer repair places to just assess the computer to tell me what was wrong with it. Strictly Apple had my computer mailed back to me within a week and it runs like new. Recommend them to everyone who needs an Apple product repaired.

I was a little apprehensive to get a computer built by some guys I found on TikTok, but these guys built me a decked out 27in iMac in one day. They put so much space on it too! It handles all my photography, music, and videos. I also sent my sister there to get her MacBook Air fixed for hundreds less than Apple or anywhere else. Amazing place for Apple users sick of dealing with Apple prices on computers and repairs. 10/10 will use them in the future.
I bought my first macbook a few weeks ago from Strictly Apple, they were really easy to work with, really knowledgeable about the products and when I was able to explain what I was looking for, they were able to point me into a product that was going to be exactly what I was looking for, not too much, not too little, if you know, you know.The shipping was incredibly fast, ordered on I think a thursday, and received my computer on the following monday.I cant recommend them enough. I found strictly apple on Instagram and TikTok. I was in need of a MacBook but because I’m a disabled veteran I didn’t have a lot of money for a new one. I called and had a wonderful conversation with Raymond who was awesome. He was able to guide me to a older MacBook Pro that was in my price range which more than met my needs. I’m okay with my computer. Sometimes the computer goes completely black, gets hot. It has some minor scratches too. The charger is not authentic and my hubby gifted to me back in December 2020. He paid around $500 dollars. It was a surprise and I didn’t want to make him feel bad and I kept it but I don’t think it was worth it. He did it to support Landon since we know him from another place but thanks.
Recently got a 2013 MacBook Pro. It has a small screen damage nothing crazy but noticeable, the top of the laptop is pretty scratched up on the right side and small dent on it as well. For $700 its pretty crazy how its not in the best shape. I guess they just gave me the one in the bottom of the pile. Also got it with a core i5 which I was told different. Pretty crazy putting my trust on you guys for not the best quality, thanks though..
Had a really great experience with Strictly Apple! My Mac was not able to be fixed so they transferred all my contents to a newer, nicer, gently used, Mac for a very reasonable price.
I’ve bought several products in the past year. Recently I was looking for a 27 inch IMac for college. I spoke with Landon and told him what specs I needed. He customized my iMac to the specs I needed at an incredible price. I would have spent close to $3,000 if I would have went to Apple. I contacted Landon to see what if he had anything in stock that would meet my needs and still stay within my budget. Landon quickly responded with a few options that he had. I ended up purchasing a MacBook Pro. I received it shortly after in a professional packed box. Today I reached out to Landon again to see if he had a used iPhone. There are thousands of business similar to Strictly Apple locally, however Landons honesty and customer service encourages me to conduct business with him across the country.
I sent in my sons MacBook Pro because the battery wouldn’t charge and they diagnosed a bad charge port, fixed that and replaced the battery and sent it back to me in a matter of days and all for around $300 plus shipping! Super helpful and great customer service!
I sent in a couple of classic iPods that have been sitting in a drawer unused for YEARS. I had tried sending them to Apple & iBreakUFix and they said it would cost more than the iPod for the diagnostic and fix. So I threw them in a drawer & forgot about them. Unfortunately due to its age, it was too degraded to be fixed, but Landon didn’t charge me a whole lot ($25 each) and was honest about the condition. I have a new iMac 2020 now and I would send it if I have an issue.

Apple concluded that the only option with warranty would be to get the phone replaced for $719 CAD plus taxes. Strictly apple fixed it for an extremely reduced price!Only thing to note though is that duty charges may apply crossing borders.

My daughter’s iPad had very sentimental value. It was the last thing her mom bought her before we lost her to cancer. When her iPad froze, she was so upset. We sent the iPad to strictly Apple who managed to fix and save her iPad. Would definitely recommend their service to anyone with Apple device issues. I didn’t have a limit on a computer at the time and I was under the impression I was getting a good deal, but for the price point I should have spent the extra 300$ For a new computer. Instead, I got a computer with ports that don’t connect well and keys that require quite a bit of force to work. The computer itself is dented and it gets hot way to fast. You guys let me down.

2022-09-16I sent in my device because it had unexpectedly turned off and wouldn’t turn on. Landon and his team worked effortlessly to try and get my device up and running, and they had very clear communication explaining everything to someone who isn’t an expert when it comes to tech stuff. My device ended up having a logic board issue and it would have not have been cost effective to fix the device. The service I received is outstanding and I will definitely have Strictly Apple in mind for any future inquiries regarding my apple devices. I am truly satisfied with the overall experience and I’m happy that I was able to recycle my product to such an amazing team. If you were hesitant before I promise it’s worth it.

2022-06-05Came here on the recommendation of a friend,and was not disappointed! Staff was very friendly but more importantly very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions swapped phones repaired another and bought a new phone. The owner Landon had everything switched from my old phone over to the new one before the cashier finished ringing me up! They did everything but change the oil in my truck, and its been running better ever since I visited so I wouldnt put that past them! Would highly recommend!

2022-08-24First off. I have an old 2012 17 macbook pro, they dont make them anymore this big. And the operating system I have is old and I like it that way, It has been 10 years, and yes Ive replaced the battery, and screen once or twice, but I was overdue for a big overhaul. I looked at the newer Laptops to replace and they all were comprable to my laptop and didnt seem the need to replace Id much rather fix up my laptop Im use to in this throw away economy. I had many things done with it; Upgraded memory, replace screen, battery, bluetooth. Just a whole bunch of stuff. And the price was to be expected and within my budget. I was very pleased with the ease of conversation, friendliness, professionalism, attention to detail, and especially attention to my neurosis! Im very happy they catered to all my little details. And I now have a brand new computer!O and if your worried about sending it in the mail dont be, Thats what insurance is for, Just pay the extra $50 USPS insurance and your golden. It was returned well packed in high quality, specifically made, laptop bubble case. I will definitely be returning for all my mac needs.

2022-08-18Excellent place. I took my wifes older iPhone here to get the charging port replaced. The technician who helped me was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I dont know how much this sort of repair would have cost at an apple store (assuming they would do it), but Im certain it would have been more. Only took a few hours. Would recommend to anyone who uses apple products.

2022-05-06Hello everyone, I advise everyone to think twice about strictly apple. Around January 2021 I sent my Macbook Pro to Strictly Apply by mail to replace a screen I previously broken. Upon receiving it, I realized that the camera doesnt work, true tone or the keyboard light doesnt work. I didnt have time to call or to send it back because I need this computer for work and I just continued to use it. Today I went to apple store because I was tired of this Macbook and the problems that came with it and they made me aware that this company put the 2016 version of the screen and this is why nothing is working meanwhile I have the 2019 version. Please if you trying to send it through mail try to go somewhere that is local so you dont have to go through this frustration or go to the Apple Store. They just put cheap screens and dont even try to make sure they put the right one.

These guys are attentive to your needs, they are careful in the recommendation of what technology you need AND they don’t treat you poorly after you’ve made your purchase! When they say 1 year warranty, they TRULY honor it!! I’ve had battery related issues and previous microphone issues and they made sure both times that my laptop was working and functioning correctly for business! They come HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
