The apartments are okay looks good with a great outside view and a little pawn. However, the apartments are expensive for someone starting up. The neighborhood is fair can’t really complain. But when it rains it kinda flood in front of my door only. The inside house is fine.

If I could give negative 99 stars I would. The leasing manager Anita is the worst leasing agent I’ve ever had to deal with. She is unprofessional and has the attitude of a pre teen girl who needs a HARD reality check. Justin the supervisor is also of no help. He does not make sure the people under him are doing their jobs. Anita suggested I terminate my lease after one month ( moved in April 2022 ) because my air is out and has been for almost two weeks now. Mind you we have a laundry list of small fixes that were needed to be taken care of when we moved in that no one came to fix ( paint on carpet , missing wood pieces , cabinets not closing completely etc ). The closet bedroom door fell off four days after moving in. I now have it standing in the dining closet cause it’s impossible to put back on. The emergency line does not actually tend to the calls. Even if it fits the guidelines on the emergency sheet handed to you on move in day they still won’t come fix the issue. After several calls and threatening to withhold rent we were told they ordered ONE window unit to cool off a TWO bedroom apartment. I was told we had nine people ahead of us on 6.1.2022 even though the 5.29.2022 I was told that only 4 other people were ahead of me. My boyfriend called on 6.1.2022 as well and was told five people were ahead of us even though I called at 4:57am to have my air fixed. Anita has no plans to fix the issue and we will not be renewing our lease. Honestly we are looking into lawyers to sue the property for tenants violations. RUN. DO NOT MOVE HERE. IT IS THE WORST PROPERTY IN CANAL WINCHESTER. And yes that is water damage in a few pictures

Save your money and go elsewhere, these apartments are outdated, extremely obnoxious neighbors living here that office staff refuses to do anything about.Youd think that the 1,300 a month they are charging for these places youd think they would better care for the complex.So glad to have moved out when I did DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE you will regret your entire leasing time.

When I used to live there I was fine the leasing lady was really nice and she treat me with respect I dont know why I moved out I wish I stay there, if they accept me again I will be happy please take me back🥰

This place is a joke! My furnace won’t even heat my house I had to buy extra heaters to keep my kids warm. The property manager is RUDE and VERY unprofessional! She doesn’t answer calls or emails until it suits her. Doesn’t matter if you are on a deadline or not. They charge u for future months stuff before it is even that month!!! RUN!!! Do NOT rent from Here!!!! My worst decision EVER!!!

I went to pre-scoop out this apartment complex before contacting them about moving into here and the amount that they are asking for seems unrealistic for the condition this place is in.There was an insane amount of really bad potholes within the parking lots and main roads like its so crazy if someone had a small car some of these holes would probably damage the underside of them.There were trash bags flung onto the roofs of a few buildings, multiple cars double parked over the lines, people blasting bass from one side of the complex that you could hear and feel from the opposite side of the complex.Not to mention just trash from looks like roof repairs or something just sitting in front of a bunch of the units as well.This was a MAJOR turn off from even wanting to reach out to move into this place, whose ever in charge of these units should be ashamed of themselves.Only plus side it seems about this place is there is a Kroger across the street so easy access to groceries, they did have a pool but looked closed probably due to covid still but thats about it.

Dawn and her team are absolutely amazing. The feel of the complex and rating would be better if some money were put into repairs. For example, replace carpet where stains won’t come out or put in solid flooring. Also, parking lot needs a lot of repairs. Our neighbors are friendly.

DAWN!!! She is the best land lord a guy could ask for she is extremely efficient and actually care about us the residents. The maintenance staff is attentive as well and thats rare these days

Completely unacceptable how no one answered my phone call! I had a virtual tour scheduled with you people and you didnt send me a link in my email like you said you were going to do. And when I tried calling this place I dont get an answer. This is complete trash and I just spoke to one of you last week. Lost out on a potential resident but not like you people care. On to the next one.

I have lived at Stratford Lakes for a year now and I am completely satisfied with the apartment, the improvements made in the neighborhood and the professional service of the property management. Darla has been very responsive and helpful and make this a great experience.
