Owner (Jared) requires his staff and services to be consistently delivered with the level of detail and quality not seen in this market very often ... and backs up his work long term as rarely seen in any market these days. Its a refreshing change from your normal customer/vendor relationships and substandard service level that have become the norm these days.
Great service, very knowledgeable staff and lowest price for the work I had completed. I WILL be using them again if I have a problem.
Very good work. But be prepared that communications are not very good. I was promised update calls & never happened hardly ever. Be prepared for a long wait. They are friendly.

2021-06-11Had such a great experience!! The whole staff was friendly and polite. They squeezed me in last minute and got it fixed right away! I was so impressed with the honesty and affordability. They even put gas in my tank and topped off my oil. I originally went in for a small oil leak and I left beyond satisfied. Pretty sure they even oiled my brakes up for me because they arent squeaking anymore. I told them I was taking a long drive in two days and wanted the car ready to go. Well she is ready to go and driving like a dream! Iwill definitely be using them in the future for all my auto needs.

2019-07-26Very pleased with the repair work and service I’ve received from Straight Line. I didn’t know any good car mechanics, so when I got into an accident and needed my car towed I just took a chance on this company. I’m glad I did - couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. The office staff communicated progress with me regularly, and handled everything with my insurance directly. And the repair job was excellent. Highly recommend.

2019-07-03So friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Having never filed a claim with insurance for damage before, I had no idea how the process worked, nor knew of a reputable body shop to take my vehicle to. Im so glad I took a chance on these guys. I will never go to anyone else!

2019-04-03Very pleased with them! They have went above and beyond from keeping me updated while my car was In their care to checking in on me once my car was finished!! The lady at the desk made it tolerable by dealing with all the insurance stuff to setting up my rental, and the mechanics managed to dumb it donen for me to let me know what was going on with my car so I could understand it and They definitely know their stuff!!! My new go to for my car problems!!

2016-07-28I backed into my wifes car and damaged both pretty good. I called Jared about helping me out and he was able to get me in fairly quickly. I didnt want to turn it into my insurance so cost was a concern to me. When I got both of the repairs completed and returned I was very happy and can honestly say I didnt pay him enough for the quality of work he did. I appreciate what he did for me and I will never go anywhere else! Thanks man!
