Straightline Auto Body was my first ever experience in needing auto body work so I was very nervous going in and leaving my car in someone else’s hands after a older gentleman had hit me (he was at fault). It was a new experience dealing with their insurance, finding someplace to take my vehicle and also making sure I was doing everything I needed to so that my vehicle was being taken care of and repaired properly. Skyler was an absolute pleasure in the office and I appreciate her walking me through the process of getting everything taken care of. Initially I was dissatisfied with the work that was done on my car due to some visible issues— so I called and spoke with Mike about what happened. He apologized and appeared genuinely concerned about my issue and wanted to make it right. Mike, if you’re reading this review I truly appreciate your honesty and empathy with my situation and taking ownership of the issue. My car came back the second time beautiful, clean and and perfect. My car’s headed to the detailer here soon to make her inside match her beautiful outside. Thank you, Mike and Skyler for making my experience a good one!

They were quick to get my vehicle in the shop & get my estimate done. Quick to call & let me know my cost and everything that they had to do, as well as what day it would be complete. They were done on the day that they said they would be. Very friendly both times I entered the shop. & My vehicle looks as good as new! Thank you Straight Line!

My name is Dawn Steele. I recently retrieved my car from Straightline Auto Body after they had my car for repair. My 2014 Chevy Cruze was hit by a 2015 Doge Ram pick up while I was in Chicago. Mike and his staff took very good care of me and my car looks AMAZING. They even went as far to detail my car. Let me just say, my car had been hit by another guy in a parking lot and I had my car at another shop that actually put the wrong bumper back on my car and even went as far as to drill holes in the bumper to connect it to the car with bolts instead of buying the clips/fastener/snaps (whatever you want to call it) to repair it correctly. Mike brought this to my attention and even went the extra mile to get the CORRECT GM bumper for my car. He dealt directly with my insurance company and honestly, the only job I had was to wait. Wish I could show you the picture here. FANTASTIC SERVICE and FANTASTIC WORK!!! I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN TO THEM FOR WORK IN THE FUTURE !! My suggestion... ABSOLUTELY NO BETTER PLACE TO DO HONEST WORK FOR YOU!!! THANKS MIKE!!!!

I am thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the service I received from StraightLine Auto Body. My 2014 Dodge Dart was extremely damaged when a woman ran a red Light at Hamilton and Refugee and smashed the whole left side of my car. I was referred to StraightLine by my cousin and Im lucky I took his advice. When I had my car towed to their shop I met with Mike Kraft, the owner, and he explained exactly what the repairs would consist of, how long he expected them to take, and he ensured me that he would use original parts from Dodge, instead of after market crap, regardless of whether or not my insurance company would pay for them. I stopped in every couple days to see the progress, and Mike and his staff treated me like one of their own. My car was severely damaged, but Mike and his A-team had it done in a week. When I came to pick it up, it looked better than it did the day I bought it. Every thing they fixed was flawless. The tires were shiny, they waxed the whole car, and even detailed my interior. I was completely blown away by the quality of the repair and the professionalism of the people. Do yourself a favor. Take your car to StraightLine.

I had some damage to my Honda which had rusted. I went to several body shops for quotes for the repairs. My friends husband recommended Straight Line. I stopped in that same day. The quote was the best rate Id received and I agreed to get the work done. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new! No rust, dent, NOTHING! I highly recommend Straight Line and will tell people I know to check them out.

Where do I start.....getting into an accident sucks and this was my first (hopefully only one ever) and these guys made the bad experience bearable. On December 11th, another driver ran a red light and hit my car. I had my car towed to this shop. When I called to check on my vehicle, I was kept up to date on the progress. It did take longer than I was hoping, but that is no fault to them. My accident was during the holidays, so parts were delivered late. Mike and Shawn really went above and beyond for me. After installing all my parts and testing everything to make sure it was running in perfect condition, the after market part that my insurance approved was flawed. Mike went ahead and rush delivered an oem part for me. When that was complete and fixed, he noticed that my after market bumper was also flawed and this needed to be fixed too. Mike knew that my insurance was no longer going to pay for my rental and offered multiple times that he would pay for my rental cost, because he wanted the car to be perfect and understood that I needed transportation. Thankfully the car was ready on the last day of my rental and he stayed open well after business hours so I could pick up my car. When I drove it home, the engine started to overheat and I was worried that it would have to go back to the shop. Since it was late, my husband just followed me home and advised that i call in the morning. When morning came and i was heading the 3 miles to work, i called the shop to advise of the issue. I thought i would just bring it back on my day off. However, to my happy surprise, Mike rushed out to my work, fixed the issue and even tested it out to verify it was working properly. There was an air bubble in my coolant line and when i hit the freeway, it released and was acting like i had no coolant. My car runs perfectly and i am so happy that i came to this shop. If i ever need to get work done on my car, this is where i will go and recommend them to friends and family. Mike and shawn were amazing and i am thankful my claims adjuster recommended them to me.

Progressive sent my car here after one of their customers ran into the back of my car. After 2 days with this shop my car ceased to run. They of course wanted me to send it next door to their buddies to look at to which I said absolutely not. I had it towed to firestone to find out there is $1400 worth of repairs suddenly needed for my engine sensors and fuel lines. My car had no issues before leaving it with Straightline. I will be getting an attorney involved. This place is a total scam!

I am Mike Kraft owner of Straightline Autobody. I am writing in response to Mark Thomass review. I deeply care about my customers and my business. This is why I feel compelled to respond. In response to the review, sadly he is free to write what he would like, however his complaint and aggravation was due to his not getting a lot of cash in is pocket. It had nothing to do with the repairs. He had the car towed to my shop (of which I paid the bill upfront) he wanted the car repaired, I inspected the car wrote an estimate, reviewed the claim with the insurance adjuster and was prepared to make the repairs per his request. He then began inquiring on how much money he could get back & keep for himself out of the insurance check( that was to cover the cost of repairs). The insurance company wrote the car for aftermarket non OEM factory parts. I discussed with Mark that I could put the factory parts on his car even though insurance had not allowed/paid for them in repair amount. I was doing it at my cost. Mark contacted another repair shop who promised a large amount of money back to him along with repair. He needed to pay the cost of the tow plus admin and storage fee. The insurance company advised him that the shop he was planning on taking the car to was not reputable and had many complaints in regards to actual repairs. After all aspects of the repair and payment was discussed he decided to go ahead with repairs at my shop. I replaced all parts with OEM factory parts, saved him $700 dollars (money back to him) and fixed his car to satisfaction of him and insurance company. It was a great job. As far as the old parts removed, they are still here available for him as well as the rubber stop for under the hood, which was discussed at time of pick up of his car. He took the car, paid for repairs was satisfied only wanted more money from insurance check. Mark had his car repaired in March 2015 and is just now posting this review. I have not spoke with him since he took the car. We do between 8 to 10 cars weekly and always have customer satisfaction, return customers and customer referrals. I use OEM factory parts when possible, even if it cuts my profit, it is a better repair, and what I would want on my own car. I guarantee my work for a lifetime and work with my customers to assist them in anyway I can. If in doubt, just stop in or call.

Hap a car accident two months after getting my new car. It looked like an accordion. After Mike Kraft and his staff got through with me it looked like it did right off the showroom floor. They are great and was treated very well. Very nice organization and would highly recommend them.

I have had my car at Straightline Autobody two separate occasions lately and I have to say they are a stand up operation. Mike does an exceptional job. He is very professional. My car looks grreat and he even detailed it for me. I recommend him highly.
