I really enjoyed browsing through the collection at the store in Short North. The sale associate was very nice and showed me around different pieces within my budget. I was also able to tell her what I was looking for and she showed me the items in store that matched my requirements. I tried a necklace that I really liked and she walked me through about the stone and metal. I really enjoyed my experience at Store5a. I would definitely recommend folks looking for pre-loved designer or luxury pieces to go visit the store in-person or online.

We stopped in looking for a wedding band that would go with my engagement rings (one was my moms, another is my primary that my fiance gave to me). We have never shopped at Store 5a before. So happy with our choice!Kimi K was amazing. She helped me figure out the style of band that would go with both of my engagement rings, and stayed incredibly helpful and patient through the process.When it came down to trying to pick between the 2 rings I liked, Kimi got both my engagement rings cleaned and gave me advice to help me pick my perfect band. Incredibly happy with the purchase and entire experience, well definitely be back in the future!

I worked primarily with Lindsay at Store 5a. It was a great experience. I was in Columbus for a weekend visiting a friend and we happened to stop in the store while perusing the Short North. Little did I know that I would find my wedding band. Lindsay worked with me in the store to understand what I liked an to show me what they had available. When I decided that I was ready to purchase the band I had already left town. It turns out that didnt matter at all. Lindsay was a pleasure to work with via email and on the phone. She promptly answered all of my questions, and expressed how much she cared about making sure I was able to have the best possible product. Unfortunately, that meant not being able to get the band that I had liked in the store because it could not be re-sized without potentially causing an issue with the ring in the future (talk about product integrity, right?!). As disappointed as I was, Lindsay worked with me- through email, phone, and FedEx, to identify and try out another ring that I might like (because she really did understand the style I was looking for, after that one stop in the store). Well, she blew it out of the water. That ring is now my wedding band. I could not have been happier to be able to purchase this incredibly meaningful piece of jewelry from Lindsay. Truly excellent customer service.

Jesse and Store 5a are the definition of immaculate customer service. From the first time that I stepped in the store, each employee was nothing but sincere and accomodating. I went to Jesse with hopes of finding the engagement ring of my dreams and I got so much more! Jesse set aside hours to help me hand select a stone and setting that was absolutely perfect. I never felt pressured and the extremely knowledgeable employees were happy to answer any question that I had. I will certainly contact Store 5a the next time that I am looking to purchase any sort of jewelry.

I chose to buy my watch from Store5a because of their affiliation with the Diamond Cellar. The pre-owned market for timepieces can be uncertain and knowing that the Diamond Cellar is an authorized dealer/service center for many of the brands that end up at Store5a, was comforting.In-store, Kimi was helpful and attentive, without being pushy. That was appreciated, as was the sincere and timely follow-up. My inquires after purchase were also promptly tended to... and if it weren’t for their frequently updated (and cleanly designed) website, I would not have known they had what I wanted. Keep up the good work.

Kimi K is awesome!! She took her time to show me a few different rings for my fiances Christmas gift. Due to my travels, Kimi also was kind enough to hold a ring I found on their very well laid out website. One excellent store with very nice jewelry.

I didnt want my fiancee to get just any mass-produced ring design, like at Tiffanys. I wanted her to have something unique to her style and taste, something special just for her. So there was only one person I contacted: Jesse Johnson of Store 5a. I noticed that most engagement ring diamonds are held in place by many tiny hooks, which tend to block/distract the beauty of the stone. I also noticed that in most cases the center stone sat up way too high above the ring. As such, I wanted something more discreet and subtle and yet with a stone of respectable quality and size that doesnt have to fight for attention with the ring. Jesse worked with me in coming up with the perfect design. First he sent me a 3D diagram of what the ring and stone would look like when merged, together with a complete report of the chosen stone that went well beyond the 4Cs. The whole process took about 6 weeks, and when the finished product arrived at my doorsteps, I was pleasantly surprised that it matched the 3D diagram in every respect. Needless to say my fiancee was elated. I would recommend Jesse to anyone looking for a bespoke engagement ring, regardless of your budget or station in life.

I went in looking for a nice piece as a Valentine’s Day present and was pleasantly surprised by the selection. I was helped by Lisa. She was very knowledgeable on everything and gave me great customer service. I would highly recommend 5a to anyone looking for a great piece of jewelry.
