Best storage facility I have used. My truck was stored there for years and the owner was very personable and really helped me out. Forest always made sure he was available to open the garage if I needed to come. Great spot. Will continue to do business with them.

I have used this place fore 2 yrs storing a vehicle, no issues and friendly, even helped load my vehicle, would recommend to any one looking for a good cheap place for storage

I was not treated with respect by anyone. From the owner Joe, down to their staff Forest. They were eager to get my business. But, it was all downhill from there. We moved our stuff into storage on one of the coldest days. Forest was not happy that we had so much stuff. He used foul language because he had to work in such undesirable conditions. He should have advised that I needed a larger unit, but instead I had to lease a second unit. I leased from January 2, to February 3. I didnt receive a copy of my lease so I didnt have it to review before needing to move my belongings out. So I didnt know the rules. I was disrespected today by the owner by the owner. He said that I could move out if I brought the cash to pay for the month. I agreed. When I arrived, they left and locked the building. Joe would not answer my calls. Forest was instructed not to help me. I returned to the storage facility to pay because there would be a late fee after today. Forest wasnt going to take my payment, but really had no choice after I talked to Ted. Forest, finally agreed to free me of them. I moved all my stuff. Im glad to be free from this company.
