I been coming here for years. What i love about this place is...if he doesnt have what youre looking for...he will add it to his inventory. The prices are great. My go to products i know i cant find no where else...is always here.

I love this hair store. No matter how far I can move, theyve always had the best prices and selection. Its packed with everything you need to start a new hair journey, or continue a current one. They have giveaways and huge discounts spontaneously.

I have been shopping here for the last 3 years for all my hair products. The environment is welcoming. Im always helped immediately upon arrival, they always have what I need, the prices are always affordable, and most importantly their customer service is SPECTACULAR!! I love Stop One Hair Supplies!!

Spent $300 on a wig and the gentleman who helped me choose it told me that their girls also install, which was perfect. So I gave her time to dye my wig and came back with my hair washed and ready.When I came back one of the girls was preparing to leave but I asked if she was going to install it. She was hesitant but the initial gentleman who helped me (Im assuming maybe he was one of the owners) said she would. So I was sent to the wig room to wait where one would braid my hair and the other would install the actual wig.Both girls complained the ENTIRE time I was back there. The one who was braiding my hair was screaming in my ear to multiple people in the front of the store about prices of different hairstyles and other nonsense. The one who was supposed to install the wig left and that made the one who was braiding my hair complain even more.She complained for about 20 minutes about her having another client coming in and that I had too much hair and her hands were hurting and so on. Eventually I just got up and left. She wasn’t even half way done with my hair and I just couldn’t take her constant complaining and foul language any longer.The gentleman who helped me pick out my wig was very knowledgeable and patient with me so the 2 stars are for his helpfulness, but this has been the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in this store. I live down the street so it has always been convient and the owners have always been very personable but I have zero tolerance for terrible customer service from employees.The unfortunate part is I loved this store but terrible service and obnoxious employees leave a serious mark on my wallet and determine where I spend my money, so that was the absolute last time I step foot in that store. I hope they get a better quality of employees for the customers to come in the future.

I was a frequent customer but in the last month or so it just hasn’t been what it used to be. The girls are just there to be there. I used to be able to get helped from beginning to end. Now it’s just like whatever. Bring the old girls back or get some new ones!

Super awesome deals on quality brands for bundlessss. Not a lot of choices for crochet hair unless you just want faux locs or basic stuff.

I really dont know, my niece wanted to go there she said it,s a place to get your fake hair,I never even knew it was there, she was shocked that I didnt know it was there because I dont stay too far from it, I used to wear that dead fake hair but I never went there to purchase the hair, I went to another hair beauty store not too far from where I live at.
