2021-12-21I just wanted to take the time and thank your staff for taking care of our customer last night. He stopped in due to a low voltage issue. Your technician diagnosed it as a failed alternator, your shop was closing soon so your technician charged his batteries so he was able to make it back into Canada so we could change his alternator under warranty.Thank you for your excellent service,Ryan.

2021-03-11About a year ago in 2010 my truck broke down, they towed me there sold me a used engine for around $8,000.00 bucks.. it only lasted two months. That engine never ran good since day one. The mechanics are not reliable. The manager is the main one that acted like he didnt care. At first they are real friendly but once u find little details that the truck needs they start giving u the run around. I could hear a leak on my truck and they couldnt find it, I had to get under there and show their mechanic were it was because he couldnt hear it. If u fall around the Ohio area. In mile 111 dont do business there, watch out.

2017-08-11Took new truck in for a broken fog light and to have two 12v plug ins installed. Truck came out with the fog light still not working and the stereo broken when they installed the plug ins next to it. 10 days later the truck went back to them to get the fog light and stereo fixed and a pm. They told me at 8am that the truck would be done lunch time. At noon they went to lunch for an hour and my truck still wasnt done. When the truck did get done and back to the yard, my $90 dollar sunglasses were missing from the truck and the drivers seat was broken. Save yourself time and money and go to a real shop.

2017-06-05Great group of guys! They could of easily just said I needed a new clutch instead they adjusted it and where able to get me back on the road! INTEGRITY is hard to find these days...
