2021-12-07I lived in Rics apartment last year during my senior year at OU. I have nothing but great things to say about my time living in this apartment. It is conveniently located, well maintained, and surprisingly affordable. Ric always did his best to accommodate us with what we needed and would do so in a timely manner. Not to mention The Pigskin which is right downstairs that always had great food and drinks!! Although the timing of me living there was unfortunate with the pandemic, classes being virtual, and bars/restaurants closed for some of the time, I still am happy I chose to live there for my senior year.
