Lived here before in a 2 bedroom garden but sadly had to move because of the tornado. Was super excited when I was able to move back into a renovated 2 bedroom townhouse. The place is beautiful, they always keep the outside property clean. The maintenance is always nice and timely with anything needed. Compares to other properties that renovated and boosted there prices over $1000+, this place is reasonably priced and better! Love it here! Unless I hit the lotto I’m most likely NOT moving again!

Stillwater Park is the best apt complex Ive lived at since Ive been in Dayton. I have been here for over 3 years and Ive never seen a roach or bedbug. The complex is well maintained, the rent is affordable, not to mention DP&L here is so cheap. I love this place and would like to stay until I get a house. The neighbors are cool everyone just working hard and wanting a quiet safe place to live. We recently moved and one of our neighbors smokes in their apt so we can smell that in ours, but other then that this place has been a blessing. This place is a diamond in the rough and there is a waitlist now. Thank you Stillwater Park apartments for a great home. Also I feel very safe here no matter the time.

Been living at Stillwater Park Apartments for 10yrs. Coming from the hustle and bustle of New York I love my apartment and the area. Rent is decent and whenever I have a issue in my apartment which is rarely its taken care of within 24hrs. Office staff and maintenance staff are awesome. Mr. John and Bill are awesome. Their is another maintenance man which I havent had the pleasure of meeting yet. Im quite sure hes awesome also. The owners really take pride in their community. Mrs. Bonnie calls to make sure all your maintenance needs are too your satisfaction. Also this is my first apartment here in Ohio since leaving New York. Keep up the good work Stillwater. John and Steve the owners thank you for a comfortable home. Definitely would refer this complex.

I have lived at Stillwater Park Apartments for the past 3 years. The staff is exceptional, the apartments are probably the best bang for your buck in the greater Dayton area, the maintenance team responded quickly and professionally to all requests, and the drive into downtown Dayton was quick and easy. Every morning, you would see the maintenance team walking the property, picking up trash and keeping the property clean. The apartments were super clean, and are pretty big for how much you are paying. All communication between tenants and office staff/property managers were transparent, professional, and timely.The only note that I have is about the area of Dayton. When I first moved into my apartment, I felt completely safe. Towards the end of my stay, it seems like the area may have dipped down a bit. This has nothing to do with the rental property or the management. I would recommend living on the 2nd floor. My tip, watch enough Law and Order SVU to stay paranoid, cautious, and aware of your surroundings.

Ive lived here at Stillwater Park for over 4 years. Im very happy with the new management and maintenance team. Unfortunately we are unable to live in our original apartment because of the recent tornado damage. They have arranged a new apartment for us and have done a great job handling this very difficult situation. Im looking forward to moving into our new apartment in August.

We lived there while I was in nursing school to save money. Well maintained community, and the manager, Andrea, was truly the best apartment manager I have had. The only problems we had where when she left for a year, and then when she came back, things started coming back together. The apartment and the area of town no longer fit our needs, but I often wish that they would take over our new community. Better neighborhood, better apartment, but crappy service.

I been living in Stillwater Park Apartments since 2011. The grounds are well kept residents around me are nice and respectful. The office staff are very nice and friendly and the maintenance request are filled in a timely manner. I have recommended family and friends to move here.

Been here a little over six years so far the experience has been mostly good.The pros:*Its right on the bus 16 line that goes to places like meijers and Walmart in englewood making it convenient to run a quick errand when your car is down or if u wanna save gas.*The maintenance man is always friendly.*Theres a marathon gas station right across the street* The office has little parties during Christmas and summertime. Free food , give away and you get to meet your neibors*Never had issues with pests or bed bugs. The only insects here are camel crickets that are harmless but annoying.*The living room space is big. I fit a computer desk, sectional, love seat and exercise bike in it.* Area is quiet. Id seen a person post about hearing gun shots and thats a lie. Ive lived here over 6 years and the only gun shots Ive heard is on New Years when the ball drops in New York.* Most food places deliver here so if your lazy, sick or injured you can order pizza ,Chinese or whatever you want. Not to mention were close to Main Street so you can pick up anything in a 5 minute errand.*Whenever I needed something fixed they come within 24hrs. Others here complained about it but Ive never had an issue. Then again Im not too picky.The cons:*No assigned parking. Guests can park right in front and you will be forced to walk which sucks in the winter time* Office is no longer slacking on rent so you better pay on time or start packing. They used to be willing to work with you but I guess too many people were falling behind so corporate is cracking the whip.*You can hear your neighbor through the walls.* Can get cold in the winter. The heating vents are controlled by the landlords and sometimes not enough heat is coming in. You better get a space heater.*Kitchen is really small. If you dont cook much its not an issue but if you do having cabinet space is an issue. Youll have to get a storage cabinet .* They do have a unusually high turnover rate when it comes to office staff. Seems like people come and go every year. Ive walked in the office and seen a totally new face.If you need an affordable place to live thats close to downtown Dayton this is it. People complain about the rent that has risen a little bit but its still better than most places around this area. If you factor in that everything is included except for dp&l and water youll realize its a deal. Expecially since the water fee is a flat $25 fee. My dp&l bill is like $30 in the winter and $50 in the summer due to the air conditioner. Id definitively refer people to give Stillwater a try

I lived in Stillwater park apartments for 2 years from 2014-2016. The maintenance men were always on time and very down to earth and friendly...I loved living here so much that Ive already inquired about getting an apartment there again...Im just not pleased with the new office lady shes a bit rude...

Been living here for 4 years and I love it! Property is kept clean and tidy, neighbors are wonderful, management and maintenance makes sure that any concerns and issues are handled and taken care of fast and efficient!
