I highly recommend Attorney Heimberger! Steve was very friendly and very helpful. He made the whole bankruptcy experience very easy and was very informative. He answered all my questions clearly and precisely. First off.... he answered the phone himself!! So in speaking with him and offering my dilemma, we agreed that what i needed, i could do for myself. With so many variable in place if I did it myself, I was concerned that it would make the situation worse. But when I explained to him my fears in trying to accomplish my goal, he guided me through the steps. He talked me through things and offered his assistance in a helpful manner. 2022-05-31I cannot Say enough about Steve and his capabilities as a bankruptcy attorney. To say that he was helpful isnt isnt even scratching the surface. Not only was you very clear about everything but before I even handed him a dime he let me know the position I was in and what avenues I had even if I didnt want to go through with bankruptcy with him, not too many people do that nowadays. Not only did he help me but his entire staff was ready and willing to help me with any questions I had whether they were bigger small or even gathering paperwork. No question was dumb and they explained everything thoroughly even if they had to repeat themselves. I recommend them highly and I have recommended them to many family and friends. So if you took the time to read my post I pray that you take into consideration my words, Although bankruptcy is not the greatest place to be financially lay with Steves help help youll feel a million times better at the end of it all.

2022-04-20What stood out the most for me was that Steve is by far the best communicating attorney I have ever dealt with. Replies are typically within minutes provided he’s available. He knows law well, and it will show in the first meeting you have with him. Another thing I appreciate about Steve is he tells things how they are. No promises, no sugarcoating, and I also think that is why his reputation is so good. I highly recommend Steve, you will not get better representation and he makes a difficult process much more manageable.
