The crew at Stem Fleur are not only some of the most creative humans I’ve ever met, but they must be magic because they made my dreams come true for my wedding day. From my bouquet & my bridesmaids bouquets, to the decor at my reception. To this day tear up looking at pictures from the day because of how beautiful everything was. I would rate them 100 out of 10 if possible!!! If you’re looking for unique, special, and not your run of the mill floral decorations for your wedding please run (don’t walk) to Stem Fleur for your big day.
I always remember to write a review, then get pulled away and here we are over a year later! I had my wedding flowers arranged on 11/01/2020 with Stems Fleur at Gervasi Vineyard and WOULD RECOMMEND them for any event! They provided me with a packet to fill out and include photos, color schemes, etc. to help them gage what I wanted for my wedding day. Awesome to work with, very honest and will get you what you want! And did they deliver, they went beyond my expectations and on the day of my wedding I was completely blown away. I showed up and did not have to worry about tinkering with anything. The arrangements are UNIQUE, ARTISTIC, DETAILED, and ELEGANT! Our guests would not stop complimenting the florals, it honestly made our wedding day magical! I am a huge small detail person, many people don’t understand that floral decor and arrangements ultimately set the vibes for any event. Could have not went with a better team ♡
Really happy with the unique and exotic display they put together. I ordered the designers choice to be delivered to a home near the store. I was ordering from California. I was hoping for something fresh, seasonal and unusual and I couldnt be happier. Totally worth it and would use again.
My husband recently opened a business nearby and purchased flowers for me from Stems Fleur for Valentines day. The arrangement was gorgeous and lasted nearly two weeks. It was a very unique arrangement of flowers in a beautiful vase. We were extremely pleased with the creativity/thought put into the bouquet and the quality of the flowers. They made a stunning sympathy arrangement and Chet was finishing my sentences and had the funeral home address up on his screen before I could fumble to find it myself. The designs are artistic and exhibit the quality that many high profile people enjoy in places such as New York.With Stems you receive custom unique pieces you will not find on the main stream, mass produced, flower arrangement companies.Their customer service goes above and beyond when I needed a special arrangement for a funeral. They delivered out of their normal delivery area and delivered it on time. They really did such a beautiful job!! I ordered a designers choice bouquet (the $75 size) for my moms birthday. I called in the order and spoke to Chet, who was wonderful. I gave some general guidelines (favorite flowers, color palette, rounded or garden-style, etc) and the bouquet they delivered was truly gorgeous. She absolutely loves it, says it gets more beautiful by the day. This is definitely the florist Ill be using from now on :-)

An absolutely beautiful arrangement. The white roses were stunning and aromatic (which is unusual these days). My sister was so happy to share this with her dinner guests. We misted the boxwood and kept the arrangement watered and it stayed fresh for a very long time. The only drawback was that the aluminum vessel leaked. We had to find something long enough and minimalistic enough not to take away from the beauty of the arrangement. Stems Fleur service and quality is far superior to any other floral arranging establishment Ive ever worked with. Stems Fleur arrangements always be a part of our celebrations! Thank you!
Last month I received an arrangement sent by my cousin from Chicago from a shop called Stems on Lee Rd. Up until now I was not familiar with the business. What I received looked like something you would see at the Art Museum. It was stunning, and lasted nearly a month. So, I’ve told all my friends and family to keep this beautiful business in the Rockefeller Building at the top of their list. An arrangement of greens and succulents was designed and delivered to my daughter for her 40th birthday. They were hand delivered to her in a very timely manner, calling her first to be sure she was there to receive them. Beautiful arrangements and friendly service....I had placed a unique order for a 90th birthday celebration (which 5 other florists I called prior told me they could not even do)...Stems not only made it happen but accomplished it beautifully, and were able to accommodate a last minute change to the date on which we needed the arrangement. I am super happy to share that the arrangement came and looked even BETTER than it did online! The vessel was exactly as pictured, the flowers looked lush and fresh and my client was over the moon. The owner/operators of Stems Fleur are so talented, nice and caring - I will ALWAYS use them for flowers in the future. One last thing? While they currently have a limited delivery area, it was nice to place my order and NOT hear a total with tax followed by a delivery charge that was one third the cost of my arrangement. I had ordered my wifes Valentine flowers a week in advance, but my wife decided to take Valentines day off, so I needed to pick them up the day before since they were slated to be delivered to her work and she wouldnt be there. I went to their storefront and they were incredibly busy preparing for the next days deliveries. I told them my situation and even though they were incredibly taxed with work, they took the time and made my order while I waited. Unfortunately we had an unexpected funeral to quickly arrange. I was asked to order flowers for the services. I called and spoke with Scott, the owner at Stems Fleur. My only request was that the arrangements included Gerbera daisies - and he took it from there. My goodness - what a job he did. There were so many compliments at the services and even the funeral home director (and several of the staff) specifically requested the information of where we ordered the flowers from - they were highly impressed as well. In addition to the lovely work Scott did, he was so kind and empathetic during the process and it really touched me. I received two arrangements from Stems and they were among the prettiest Ive ever seen and one arrangement lasted two weeks. Leaves are folded and bent in the in the most spectacular way giving the flowers the perfect finishing touches. Yesterday, I sent an arrangement to a friend for her birthday and she oohed and ahhed. Stems Fleur provided beautiful flowers and a quick and easy delivery service (next day delivery, no issues). Delivery was even free. Their website was easy to navigate. Id definitely recommend Stems Fleur.

Following the loss of my son I worked with Scott and Chet to create arrangements for the church service. They took my input and created masterful flower displays that personified his spirit and added a touch of joy to the day. 2022-03-08I live in CT and searched for a florist near Shaker Heights to send flowers to a friend. Stems Fleur has a great website with beautiful arrangements. I called and left a message around 11:30 am on a Friday to see if they could still do day-of delivery. It was past the cut off however, they left me a message back saying if I could get the order in within 1/2 hour they would make it happen! They were so attentive and accommodating! I didn’t in fact get back to them in time, that was my bad, and instead ordered online for Monday delivery. The arrangement created is gorgeous and my friend LOVED it!! I would 100% recommend and use Stem Fleur again. Amazing customer service and arrangements.

2021-12-25We had a friend with a big birthday on Christmas Day, so we wanted to make a statement with the flowers we sent, and Stems Fleur certainly helped us to do that. The arrangement that arrived was simply gorgeous. Further, the timing of the delivery coincided with our well wishing, which I am sure was more happenstance than deliberate, but fun none the less. My only complaint was that they didn’t quite get the message right, 8th decade not 80th decade, but I failed to notice it on the primary receipt, so that was as much on me as it was on them. I would highly recommend this florist for your floral needs.
