There’s a great selection of different businesses in this plaza here. I love it! Americas Best, Famous Footwear, Walmart, Dollar Tree, Rue 21, Home Depot. SOOOOO much 😎❤️
1 of the bottom 3 worse chipotle locations. Steelyard is a bad area to shop regardless. But the popular restaurants thats there are thee absolute worst
Parking lot is always full of shopping carts in parking spots but its not their fault really its the people that are too lazy to put them where they belong but the trash can be picked up more often.
Great definitely convenient its always packed but who do you expect they got everything on place
Plenty of shops and the prices are decent in the Steelyard Commons. There arent crowds of people, youre able to get whats needed and get out in a timely manner.
Use to shop down there more often,but havent been there lately much. Went to the home depot. Everything pretty average about that. Pretty good selection of stores and places to eat. Use to get approached pretty often by people asking for money,but havent seen that lately. But again,dont go down there as much.
Good food but the wait times were long. I wash the only one in line. Not sure what the wait was for

Dont forget the clearance aisle. I find all kinds of good stuff there. If the package has been damaged, it will be in the clearance aisle and theres nothing wrong with it.
Yeah this area has most all your shopping needs covered.. From Target to Home Depot to Aldis as well as Marshalls, Famous Footwear, and Kays Jewelers. And if you really need it, Walmart Supercenter is across the way...
They just rhrew handful of salad for my full side Taco salad where you can to bottom of container.I have gone to this Wendys before and service was so much better.

Its one stop shopping center undeniably the number one shopping center in The whole of Cleveland.
Staff is unknowledagble abd unhelpful. I asked 4 different associates where I could find the coconut oil. None of them knew where it was located and didnt bother to help me find it.
Shoplifters, drug dealers, automobiles on fire in the parking lot... If youre looking for excitement with your grocery shopping, Steelyard Commons delivers! Its like a real life version of GTA!
I love going down there. It has everything you need in one area its just a great place to go

One stop shopping.. Its very convenient, from groceries to furniture.. They have it all.
Went to Applebees to meet a friend. We sat at an almost empty bar and left after waiting 10 minutes for our order to be taken. Disappointing. Saturday at 5pm. Restaurant was not even half full.
Avoid Wal-Mart at all costs!!! Unless you have nothing else to do that day and enjoy standing in lines back to the clothing department and chatting with other angry people. Doesnt matter what day or time, its always that way. Gave it one star only because it wouldnt let me give them zero.
Home Depot has everything you need and the rest of stores and restaurants are great

5 Guys ,which in my opinion has the best old fashioned cheeseburger around. Also,I love the fries. And,the thing thats hilarious is when I take my peanuts in the car and the shells accumulate so that when Im done it looks like 4 elephants were in my car partying. Good stuff.

Security could make a bigger presence. Big parking lot and lots of shady characters late in the evening. Stores are clean and most have decent service.

Our trip to Steelyard Drive was very pleasant. We picked up groceries for the house and we also picked up blankets and pillows for the bedroom. I really like the store. And will visit it again
We stopped by K&G. They now have a Target. This area is up and coming.

This specific place has the most unprofessional atmosphere ever. The Walmart is always dirty, and never any lines open. They argue with you when youre the customer. The store barely ever have anything in stock you need when you go in. People steal from them so the stuff thats in stock be missing from the packaging. Customer services never know any information like how when that is ur job to know🤨🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️ if i have to go here i go otherwise i go elsewhere sorry not sorry.

Dont do it! Theyre remodeling (I guess), so large areas are EMPTY, and the merchandise left (clothing anyway) is picked over and disorganized.
My son and I enjoy going here, because they have all different kinds of stores okay to here. Plus they have restaurants Walmart and a Home Depot...
I used to shop down in the Steelyard much more when I had my own car. Its still a good Walmart and from the parking lot seems to have a variety of stores and a few food choices.
The store management has really improved since the Pandemic, its clean, organized and lines move quickly.
I got what I wanted and the store did have with the item I was looking for and I was pleased with the service
Only go here if I absolutely have to. I bank at woodforest inside, and they are open until 7pm at this location, so that is when I end up going there. My daughters friend worked there in the back stock area, in receiving. She said it is nasty. They have a rat (not mouse) problem and have cockroaches. YUCK! I would never buy anything from there, knowing this.
The store is pretty clean these days. It use to be just plain out dirty. They changed that. It is alot nicer now. I dont go to the steelyard at night, things use to happen at night down there, but I havent heard about anything lately. They have everything other Walmarts have. The staff is pretty good too. No photos, sorry

Nice people and a nice place to find what you need. An occasional bonus of entertainment is being in Walmart and witnessing an irate customer, or at Burlington seeing a shoplifter being taken out in handcuffs captures the grit of the city and filling your shopping experience with fun and excitement.
Always busy ...Walmart is terrible and always under stocked...employees rather text then help customers...The rest of the plaza is great

Went in to famous footwear today to grab some shoes and ended up buying boots that the kids wanted ALL the same lol it’s usually hard for me to find them exactly what they like and for a store to have all 3 in each size made their day

Rainbow. Fairly empty in the morning. But lines are long later on in the day. Have to wait outside because they only let about 20 ppl in at a time and thats including workers. Always greeted while entering. Great selection on clothing with fabulous purses and earrings to choose from. Seating is minimum to try on shoes. Could use a lil more space in between racks and to some of the areas are cluttered. Practice social distancing and good customer service.
We stopped here from out of town and the place was pretty messy. There was stuff thrown all over the shelves and on the floor. There were broken beer bottles that werent cleaned up. I dont know if its laziness from the workers or if its just the customers being rude and disgusting. Management needs to take control whats going on in there store.
I avoid this area unless absolutely necessary. Its just plain GHETTO!
The absolute worst Walmart Ive ever been to. Nothing is stocked right and nobody working there seems to know much of anything so thinking theyd be any help was foolish on my part.This place is a serious disaster. I honestly have no idea how or why its even allowed to remain open. If I owned this Walmart Id either immediately clean house and hire people who arent trash and have some sense of taking pride in their work or Id tear it down before anyone knew I was associated with it.Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Its not worth even acknowledging its existence.

This is an outdoor mall with several featured stores. Marshalls, Target, Burlington, Spectrum, Sally s Beauty Supply and many other businesses and restaurants are here.
Not a great place, except for good lunch options. Walmart is crazy slow, crowded and unkept. Jimmy Johns, Five Guys, Penn Station and Chipotle give good dining options for lunch though.
Very disrespectful people down here very sloppy stores and the staff are ignorant especially at Walmart

We were visiting from another state. Oh my,Ghetto-mart for days, drunken panhandlers at the entrance, dirty, no selection, staff with a bad attitude. The best part about this place is the cast of characters that pass by. Oh my! I would not go back there.
Visited Aldis there. Very pleasant visit. Store closed at 8 pm. We got their at 7:30pm. Not knowing they were about to close. If you can shop fast not bad time to shop. Very few people in store.
This place grows more each year! Great selection of stores and restaurants. Genius idea for repurposing unused land near the city. Solved the retail desert problem.
Very beautiful in Walmart in the steelyard its been so long since Ive been down there A lot has changed then you get to realize where are you walking to to find what you looking for clean down there nice people not with attitude I believe Ill be going there often then where I usually go
Cool location, but its all the same stores as all other strip malls, nothing special. I found the steel foundry next door interesting, though.
I do like the stores, but the area is a bit rough. Traffic is crazy there as well, with very few following the traffic signs and such. Would recommend going here during the day if you have a lot of patience.

Some passable fast food, a Home Depot, an Exchange, and a solid Target make this a useful stop. However, the Walmart here makes Mos Eisley look like Rivendell by comparison.

Very convenient! Its great to get out of your car, go directly into the store of your choice, without walking thru a big mall, and back to your car. A real time saver.
This go around the service was trouble. They only had two registers open and the lines were was so long it didnt make since, they have all those register but only few open. They need to do better.
Good food sometimes over crowded
Walmart is one of my favorite places to shop which is why I gave 5 stars. However, on my latest visit to this location it was so crowded and the lines were so long they spread through the store making access to the items I needed impossible. There was no social distancing. I left for fear of covid.
The location is convenient but the stores are in terrible shape and the employees dont care about customer service with few exceptions. Walmart shelves are a mess and its hard to find help. Also, the crime factor is rough.

Looks pretty big in comparison to my home store. Garden area was nice. Clothing area was not. Racks were very bare. Return carts everywhere. And bras were a hot mess.

Terrible as usual! I got there at 9am and the Wheat Bread was sold out. The tools is was looking for werent available at the Steelyard location so now Im forced to go to Home Depot thats full of unknowledable 20 yr old Associates who ignore everyone that dont wear earbuds.
I have a conceal and carry permit, all I can say is my husband made sure that I took my gun with me when I went there to Americas Best. Apparently this shopping place has a very bad reputation, what a shame! When first opened, showed alot of potential. My shopping trip was without incident and I only went to Americas Best which was lovely
Yea nope.. Always felt that if you dont have to go. Dont. Every time I have had to go.. Even for lunch breaks it takes longer to get something and get back to work than going somewhere further out. Maybe just my luck but its always like that. Walmart is horrible unfortunately.

It can be busy, but lots of stores to choose from. One of the best hotdog vendors in Cleveland. If youre visiting go get yourself a chili dog w/ grilled onions, & stadium mustard. Thank me later.

I always shop at walmarts most of the things I want is there most of the times some things I was going there to get I havent seen in a while like my wild caught raw scampi shrimp but most of the other stuff I usually find so its pretty good
This store is ridiculous. Every time I go here the lines are outrageous. A lot of times items are not stocked and most of the employees are very very very slow. The money center usually only has one person working with a line halfway down the aisle of the store. If you can visit a different Walmart trust me!
All underwear and socks were locked in a glass cabinet had to ring a bell wait for an associate that took longer than 20 minutes to finally come and unlock the cabinet when they did instead of handing me the item I wanted to purchase they handed it to another employee who then walked it all the way up to the registers while me and my friend followed I felt like a criminal I felt like a child it was a bit ridiculous I understand maybe thats what theyre doing to try to stop theft but for a pack of a little boys underwear I just thought that was a bit ridiculous

A large variety of retailers. Like Target, Walmart and home depot, ect. A few mobile stores. Plus a handful of fast food restaurants including a couple of dine in style. Security monitoring done by independent company along side Cleveland Police who has a substation there.
Avoid this location, I was sadly disappointed on how run down the place looks. Stores that I went into were junkie with item on floors. When this place opened it was wonderful. Dollar Tree, Target, Walmart were all in a disarray. Will not be back.

This could become a more positive shopping destination if only the staff/management provided a greater customer experience. Though the customers would have to first stop being so verbally abusive to staff. Right now it is a lose lose customer service experience from both ends. What ever happened to Uncle Bils?
Love some of the prices I dont like that they only pick certain people to check their bags people just walking out the door but I come up nicely and offer my receipt sometime they take sometimes they dont check everyone treat everyone the same I dont like when you need help you cant find an associate
This is one of my favourite shopping centers by far. Its like everyone here works as a unit, This shopping also has everything you need , it never let me down. I think if they expand a little more even better but as it stands its definitely a place ill take my friends and family to , Steelyard Commons keep up the great work🇺🇸🎉🎊

Whatever you need, they got it! You want to get lunch or dinner? They have Applebees, Guthries, Burger King, Taco Bell, Panda Express, and more! The options are endless.My favorite place to go here is probably the Walmart. many cooking utensils that its insane! Great prices all around!My only issue is the customers. Theyre usually rude or not helpful.
It was terrible! Over 25-30 people in the lines and we all waited to check out for 40minutes. We were all at a stand still! It was no way to practice social distancing! I felt so sorry for the seniors citizens. I even recorded the long lines! I called cooperate! Cleveland, Ohio Steelyard! It was awful!
Now I really do like the Walmart in steelyard its a big place they got a lot of merchandise in there you can move about is this a cool place for me to go to I like the place
One of my husbands favorite shopping centers. I usually come along for the ride and so far no horrible experiences, just not a convenient stop for my routine.
Come shopping and hopefully buy something before your purse is robbed. And find a reliable way home because your chances of having your car stolen from the parking lots increases 1000 percent just by parking here.
5 Stars for the lady working at the Money Services counter, she had a line of like 15 people and screaming children and kept her cool, kept the line moving , and maintained professionalism

Steelyard Walmart is usually an interesting experience with longer than expected wait times to check out, but all other stores Ive been to are great. Ive heard Walmart down there has changed with new management, but I have not been back to find out for myself.
Walmart, This place is disorganized and the checkouts mare super slow. They need organization and direction. Their stuff is all over. Theyre not using their full potential with cash registers closed when they are getting plenty of business that they cant handle or keep up with. So, money is coming in but theyre losing out on profit by making people wait too long.
They have a veriety of great and virtuous stores including workers, services and products.
Every time I come down here the shopping experience just gets worse its like they believe everyone that comes in here is a thief. I understand assets protection but they are taking this to a new level.So now if you want to buy hot food you have to wait in line to tell the person what you want then you have to get a ticket wait in another line to check out all of your items then you have to get your receipt and wait back in line to get your food. Well guess how long that took? 12-15 minutes for each wait in line. Its not worth it anymore sorry Walmart but Im starting to come to the conclusion that this location is not for me or anyone with a little self respect.

I went to Burlington store to buy baby products. Great deals. But very very less stock of new born items. I think everything was gone by the time I went. I hope they restock things. It was nice shopping at the location.

Undignified customers, no mask requirement. Some staff only point when you ask about a product. Dirty parking lot..only visited because Target was out of my items. Walmart has good discounted products but the atmosphere is bad. So sad

They were wonderful, even though they were understaffed and what I needed or went to do and get get was closed they still assisted me. The manager had everything up and running and everything in order. I wish I would have gotten her name because she did her thing.

The new lay out in Walmart is trash who green lit that confused mess of a lay out?They need to make people be more polite some how too many kids screaming and running around,im not about to fight no ones mom because a kid runs out the aisle and I hit him with my cart already dodging other people.

The store is so unorganized that theres no telling what actual prices are for most of the merchandise. This includes items that are in locked cases. they have such a problem with theft apparently from this store that they actually have to lock up the socks and underwear. Clothing is always a jumbled mess. Changing rooms are usually a mess and dont appear to be well maintained or sanitary. Bathrooms are usually disgusting.Cashiers are friendly and efficient though finding help elsewhere in the store is usually a nightmare where you have to wait easily 20 minutes plus to get any assistance. Then when you do often times they are not helpful.
I had already rated this walmart a 1 star wish i could go lower can not ever get all the things i need from here. I wanted to get some turkey meat but it was all expired
Worst Wal-Mart nationwide (ranked, look it up), cars are frequently stolen, stores have some of the worse customer service, and Ive seen (and posted fights) this place on worldstar. You dont wanna be featured on worldstar. I shouldnt need a pat down to enter IHOP. I dont understand the security in every store, the fights over material items, etc etc. As tupac once said; hide ya kids, hide ya wife. STEALyard. Why two stars? Aldis and Gutheries chicken slaps hard (places are very good and worth the risk)

Where should I start well compare to the Walmart me and my wife shopped at today you guys cant compare. Well for starters your store isnt as clean as the one we visited. Second the employees at that store are very helpful courteous and kind and they seem to know where all of the products are when you ask and third the cashiers get you out very quickly even if there is a long line.Thank youand God Bless

I am quickly reminded why I dont shop this Wal-Marts on a reqular basis I have 5 gallons refill water bottles and ever time I go down there their refill machine is always turned off Ive complained before nothing is done so I dont even say anything I just leave in disgust and travel to the Westside to Brookparks Wal-Marts. Crazy aint it. Um hum.
I enjoyed my experience there. No issues really just I went at peak shopping time and getting a cart was an bit problem trying to find a good one. And for some reason this store did not have the hand carry baskets which I wish they did.
Steelyard is a nice shopping area. I wish there was a nice little coffee shop rather than just a starbucks in Target. Ive been going there a few times and no matter how busy theres always parking The stores are well stocked and fairly clean. I havent gone into all of them but I appreciate the selection.
Went for baby milk. Could not get it cause it was locked up. Rang for customer service several times. And waited. Shed about 5 employees for assistant no one had the key and they was not willing to go get anyone. Left without milk. B
The Walmart in the Steelyard is one of the busiest and this particular Walmarts makes a lot of money. However it is the most unorganised, rudest & unkept , unclean store in the area. Target is clean , organized. Target just do not have a variety to choose from like Walmart sadly. Also Target does not have good customer service as well.

Had a phone stolen there and problems at the money center and the management is whack, half the employees are friendly and the other half totally take away any pleasantness you might be lucky enough to experience. Its messy, many products are broken, packaging damaged, misquoted prices and awful customer service when youre experiencing a problem, unless you get lucky and deal with the one friendly manager out of twenty who can communicate effectively and properly and find resolution. Never go there, just go to Target.
Worst store in cleveland stay away the 1st 3rd and foodstamp days you got a better chance of getting in a fight than what your going there for very sad .
I love shopping there however the lines are just too long these organization know these taxes and stimulus checks hit they need more help restaurants as well as the retailers
The service is always been well at this Walmart unfortunately the Shoppers dont make the atmosphere a great place to shop I feel sorry for the Walmart staff at this location due to the way the Shoppers in the area treat them I give him three thumbs up and hopefully things to get better for them...

They dont have enough employees and I understand that theres a plandemic, however you can tell when a business is superior? When the business runs smoothly even during difficult times. Home Depot like other businesses have no reason to change until the people force these businesses to change for the better.

2022-06-13For this place being terrible for the last several years they have definitely made it come up in the last several weeks. They could definitely use a little improvement or their scheduling of the bakery employees are concerned they apparently sent to on vacation at the same time and the donuts suffered. Garbage cans out front were overflowing on my last visit but one of the main problems which was the long wait in lines that is long gone ever since they installed these new self checkouts they are faster and more efficient than ever. I credit the security department for moving the cosmetics where they did its about time someone there wised up should have done that years ago would it saved Walmart millions but oh well better late than never on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give this place of six considering that they were a one theyre doing much better and they have a lot of room for improvement

2022-05-04Basically everything you need to shop for or are looking for is in Steelyard Commons... Including Starbucks... Its a great place to run in and out of... Just no high end stores .. Just basic shopping stores.. But thats ok...

2022-06-08I like steelyard Commons in that they have a lot of stores and theyre close to meIts not the prettiest little shopping area like youd find in Brooklyn or Palma just basic all the stores are lined up on one side they dont have any trees or planters or anything but it serves its purpose Dollar tree I understand is open till 10 now I like that I wish Walmart was open at least till midnight I loved when they were open 24 hours but now they close at 11:00 Walmarts new self checkout is abominable they were good with just the self-checkouts they had now they added like they made a triple the amount theres nowhere to put your grocery bags I dont know what theyre trying to do not have any people as cashiers or what but I dont like the new system they just put in Gates that you arent supposed to walk out of you have to leave the store going through either the cashier check out or the self checkout where as you used to be able to just walk out the same way you came in but that didnt stop a bunch of teenagers from running out the door with a few bicycles last week LOL

2021-12-17Its a shopping complex thats situated next to a steelyard. from the highly elevated freeway overpass the view is dramatic because the familiar brand names are situated with the massive steelyard that looms behind the complex. its one of the signature views of cleveland you cant see this in many other cities in the usa.

2022-02-15Its just like any other Walmart only thing this one is really busy a lot of people I dont like that and the item that I was coming to get they are sold out of and dont plan on getting a new shipment of so that was disappointing but its still a good Walmart I guess

2022-04-04While getting an upgrade at Verizon, my girlfriend and I were told she would be given $543.00 if she turned in her iPhone 11 Pro.When the bill came, we received no refund so we went to the store and were told the person who took her phone, DOMINIC, had been fired for taking peoples phones and not giving them reimbursement for them. The new salesman, NICHOLAS told us the phone was not in the stores possession, nor had it been mailed to Verizon, so there was nothing he could do.I called the store and DOMINIC, who was supposedly fired, answered the phone. When we brought up Nicholas, Dominic told us that Nicholas had just been fired for the same thing.Basically, the employees stole a $1,000.00 phone from my girlfriend. It seems to be a practice, as whenever you bring up another employee the automatic response is that they were fired even though they still work there. We will be filing a police report.

2022-05-05Some good shops down there but when I go there alot of idiotic people acting unruly sometimes and not considerate . I been down there few times I think so far the stores I been in Walmart was bad . Employees dont seem to care store cluttered specially holidays . Prob worse 1 I been to never been back .
