Never given a bad review before but this one does deserve it, this was around 4:00pm and me and my wife and 4 year old went out for lunch, waitress had an attitude and never once came to check on us after we got our food the whole time, didnt get the order correct, wouldnt listen if I had to ask for something like napkins and utensils, manager yelling at the 2 waitresses to get to work because they were on their phone constantly and not going to the tables, And food tasted rotten, looked at my sons lettuce on his burger and it was brown and buns were stale, went to pay the bill and stood at the register for 16 min. My wife told me to time it just to see how bad it was, shifts were changing by the time I finally paid the bill and the manager then that just came in was so sweet and kind and the new crew seemed to have a much better vibe then the crew we had, bad experience
The very nice lady up front made me an excellent take out Frisco melt. As usual, the steak and shake fries rule. As in: sit on a throne with a big stick thing in their hand. They simply rule. I actually ended up really liking sitting at the picnic tables outside. And then? I have my milkshake because I was a good boy and I ate my whole lunch. 😂😂
Extremely slow service. 5 workers, but all are sloths. Atleast 4 families have walked out not even having been greeted at the entrance. Food still good, but service is slowest Ive ever experienced at SNS. 2 families just sat themselves. Took us 25 minutes to get our food, and the place is not 1/4 full.
I dont recommend this place to anyone. Went there at 12:20 am after picking a friend up from the airport, was looking forward to going in and sitting down to eat. Went to the door where the sign said the dining area was open till 2 am, and the doors were locked. When i asked the lady about it she kept repeating the dining rooms closed. I asked why does the door say its open till 2am then, she wouldnt answer me. Went through the drive thru, they got my drink order wrong. I asked for a sweet tea light ice and got an unsweet, when i gave it back, she said well the machine must be messed up then cause this came from the sweet tea side. No apology at all. I then asked for a sprite light ice. She was drinking a shake in front of us, and rolling her eyes. They gave me a sprite packed full of ice. This place is not professional at all.
The people especially the manager was NOT friendly at all. He acted as if I forced him to take that job. Also the sandwich was not cut in half and it was sloppy. I just know not to go back. I miss the one on Hamilton they were a joy and had no problem cutting my Frisco melt!
Food was great (as always). I ordered the biggest, chocolatey-est milkshake at the drive-through, and they brought it! Patty melt was hot & delicious and the milkshake was unbelievably delicious! No matter what I do whether its going in picking up a to go order or delivery they always seem to send bad food and even manages to put cheese on my food that doesnt come with it its almost like they know Im allergic to cheese and food is so small and bad anymore positive side I never get any arguments about sending food back that is wrong
Wanted a burger off the grill, pippin hot and this location failed. Burger was old and even though I upgraded bun and was charged .29 additional, they gave me the dry cheap bun that tasted like sand paper. Steak and shake has gone downhill! The female worker was rushing and cutting me off stating she was trying to do 50 things and trying to hurry up orders. I understood her frustration and she did apologize (she gets five stars). The burgers, we bought two were horrible!!
Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I’d I could give zero stars I would. The manager had a terrible attitude and no understanding whatsoever. Would not help at all. My sister (who is 6 months pregnant) got sick while she was driving. I ran in to get a shake to bring her sugar up and he told me I couldn’t be in there (the door was open). I asked if I could just buy it really quickly and that it was an emergency, he didn’t budge. Then trying to compromise I asked if I could walk through the drive through or anything because she was getting seriously ill. He still didn’t care or budge. I am disgusted by the lack of customer service at this establishment.
This is hands down the worst location in Columbus. Still no dine-in service which I can understand, but then they need to get their drive thru act together. It’s been over a year now and they still take forever. I pulled up around 4:30 today. Several cars ahead of me but I wasn’t in a rush. But 4:58 when I finally could place my order…and the ONE THING I CAME TO GET THEY DIDN’T HAVE (no noodles made so no Chili 5-way). So I went ahead and ordered a few other things just to not leave empty handed or hungry. But this isn’t the first time I’ve had slow service or missing menu items or just disappointing food, plus of course they haven’t been 24 hours for a while. Overall this place needs to just close. If they’re that badly understaffed and can’t even open up for diner service, or if the owner can’t/ won’t pay enough to keep workers for it to properly run, then pack it up. I hung in there because I wanted to support nearby businesses especially during the pandemic, but I’m going to another location even if it’s a longer drive. At least then maybe I can get something late night, or trust that I’ll get what I came for, or that I won’t be waiting half an hour in my car to find out it’s not there. Get your SH*T together, Main St Steak N Shake, or JUST. CLOSE.
The service was GREAT!!! Especially since I went inside during an evening Drive Thru rush!!! But Corporate needs to be made aware ALL the staff are working under ridiculous conditions, as the air conditioner is not working and is blocked by plastic covering up the dining area, so all they have are a couple of fans!!! Every one of them deserves to be recognized for their dedication and staying on the job. A financial bonus is definitely in order due to the high heat and humidity we have dealing with the past two weeks. Saturday was a much cooler day in the mid 80s. And as a customer who only sat inside for about 15 minutes or so, I was sweating profusely and couldnt wait to get my order and go!!! This entire staff has gone above and beyond to serve customers like me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And they need to be applauded!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just had our meals, 2 #1combos at the drive thru. The drive thru attendant was very polite, asked about any extra condiments and food and drinks arrived very quickly. It was exactly what ordered, burgers were like the ones you see in the advertisement, but never get served. They were perfect! Fries were hot and Cokes were served spot on! Great job Steak n Shake Reynoldsburg!
Had lunch here today with my two granddaughters. The food was really good. I had chili and fries, my granddaughters had cheeseburgers and fries and milk shakes for dessert. Everything was cooked right and tasted great. No complaints! The Chili is the best of anywhere in my opinion. Service was fast to place our order and our server was super nice and we got our food without to long of a wait. Prices are reasonable. Restaurant was clean as well. We ate at around 12 30 pm and there was no wait for a table. I definitely recommend this Steak and Shake restaurant.Update as of 7/2019: Went here to grab lunch today and they were very short handed. Only saw one server who had to wait on at least 7 tables besides mine. Once seated I had to clean my own table and after waiting 15 minutes and still no server coming to my table, I left. The restaurant was very dirty as well. Seems to have gone down hill in recent months.
Great food, but extremely long wait times. At one point I had to wait nearly 40 minutes in the drive thru to get some fries and chicken strips. Waiting inside yields similar results. However, the staff are very nice and I have not received issues with my order as a whole. overall good food, but the wait times are a little much.
While things are hectic for the food industry the service here was beyond poor. I ordered my food from the app and only one sandwich was correct. We had to go in to pick it up which was fine but it wasnt ready, 10 min after it was supposed to be and we wanted to order shakes. I had to go back to the app and order them because they wouldnt let us order them even though they told us we could when we went to the drive-thru 1st. Almost every order that went out was incorrect and was sent back.
Drive thru only. When I got window decided I wanted a shake. Was told I would ha e to go back thru drive thru. Said he couldnt ring up order at window. Really made me angry. I almost told them to forget my order but since it was late and I had already sat in drive thru line for 20min I paid and left. I will not give this location my business.
We understood the wait for the table, but failed to understand the long wait for food. We spent 1.5 hours, too long for a small hamburger stop. We were told about new management and new kitchen staff, but very odd we were one of the few tables remaining after the lunch rush. When you fall asleep waiting, its too long. The waitress was very good and tried to make up for the other staff.
This location constantly leaves off additions to burgers. Ive literally gone out of my way to ask for things like lettuce and tomato only to receive my order with it missing. Check your order before leaving. You may have to wait a while as the location is already slowed down due to recent events. Great food and prices but you get what you pay for.
The staff was rude in the beginning and did not come to serve us or anything. I had to go ask for a manager after 20 minutes of waiting. It was not a busy night either. The server was nice and manager gave us free drinks due to this issue. The food was okay. And the shakes were good. I would go back. But maybe just to the drive thru. Dining in leaves you ignored and hungry.
This Steak ‘n Shake is terrible. Everytime i order on DoorDash the dasher has to sit there for 30 minutes to get cold food. I’ve gone through the drive through as well, no one in line. Takes 20 minutes to get again cold food. It’s like they make the food and just have it sitting there taking forever for fun. The staff is extremely rude. I just called and the woman who answered the phone basically yelled at me for calling to check on my order. I’ve given them enough chances, i will not bring my business here again.
Absolutely horrible! We sat down, ordered our drinks from a waiter and sat there forever. Finally, after 15 minutes, a waitress came by to ask if we ordered our drinks yet. We said no and asked for a different server. That waitress was good however it took forever to get our food. Then, we waited forever to get our milkshakes we ordered. We ended up getting up to pay and found out the waitress had to go make them herself. The manager was extremely slow and blamed everyone else for the service. A good manager takes ownership of their team. We will never go back there again.
Wow! We were seated pretty quickly and our waitress was attentive to our table and was really on top of asking to refill drinks. She stated she is new but did an awesome job. My wife and I ordered a prime steak burger each. To me it tasted like the regular burgers they serve, just thinker meat. It was pretty good though. The shoestring fries were really good too. Wish there were more than the small plate of them that came with. Glad to see customer service and food is improving at locations I have been to lately. Will be back again.
The food is ALWAYS good, to me. But the service is ALWAYS lacking. The one we go to seems to be short of servers all the time. Even the best of servers can only serve so many tables, but they always seem under staffed. So many times weve had to wait a long time for our server to check on us and then when she does, it takes even longer to get what we asked for. The servers have always been pleasant and trying their best, they just need more help! But Ive always been happy with what I order, and they have big enough tables for a group to go in together. Just expect to wait a lot.
I would like to say that the food was delicious. I would like that to say that the burgers were amazing and the shakes were delectable. However, I didnt get to taste them because the line was too freaking long. I was literally in line for maybe 20-25 minutes in the line did not move. They need to have more people working at this time of night (12:00am) if theyre going to be 24 hours because this is the worst time of night to get food because the line is always stagnant. I would hate to see steak and shake go out of business like many of them in Columbus are however, I do see why people leave and dont get their food because the line is always so long.
Service non existent,fries cold, cherry limeade week, second one was water clear, wasnt young enough to be served by wait staff he had no problem serving the teenage girls. I had to get my own napkins never got silverware. He did give us a menus before telling us to seat ourselves. When we found a clean table. Besides that got order wrong.
The service was beyond terrible and slow. Walked in and waited over a half hour just to be seated. Waited for over 20 minutes for a server to come over and greet us and take our order. Thankfully our waiter had good work ethic. Not only did she take our order but she also cooked our food and stayed 4 hours over her shift time. The waiter, Kim, was the best thing about this location. Everyone, including the managers, just say around and didn’t do anything and played. The restaurant is completely disgusting and the bathrooms are even worse to try to describe. My recommendation.... DONT EAT HERE.
Received run around with several employees on who the manager was at the time of my visit. General manager, I think, ended up being apologetic, nice and cleared up some miscommunication. However, several employees were posing as the manager and I was hung up on a total of 3 times and placed on hold for over 35 minutes. Some employees would highly benefit on professionalism and customer service skills.
The service was very slow. The waiter was clearly new and should have been training. Instead the waiter was sent off to just wing it. That caused our food order to come out slow, cold coffee, and inability to enjoy breakfast with loved ones. The waiter was really nice, but I will not return.
Love the food and love the price but service is on a down spiral. On a previous visit I received very cold fries which I should have been greatful for because on this visit I received no fries at all with my combo. But youre still my favorite burger joint Steak n Shake. Please dont ever close!!
I get being short-staffed, i really do. i work in fast food management and i’ve experienced the effects of being short-staffed. but that factor is absolutely NO excuse lack of communication. i pulled up to the speaker box around 5:30 tonight and was told it was just a moment until my order would be taken. i waited another 10 minutes and didn’t hear a word. i asked when my order was gonna be taken, and was told that if i wanted any food, it was going to be a 35-40 minute wait... i was told that AFTER waiting 10 minutes at the speaker box for my order to be taken. that is absolutely unacceptable and that information should have been disclaimed at the beginning. i would have understood, but lack of communication is a terrible sign of poor customer service.
It took ten minutes to be seated and forty minutes before we got our food. We were the only customers inside. The two cooks we saw were busy the entire time but other employees were not. Our waitress wasnt very nice and dirty dishes that were on tables when we arrived were still remaining in the same spots when we left. My mother ordered the chili spaghetti but was told that she couldnt have because it couldnt be prepared in the microwave. We finally ordered meals that were supposed to come with our choice of a sandwich or chicken bites and fries, cole slaw and cookie. None of us got our cole slaw or cookie. I ate by myself because my food was still being prepared but my family was already served their food. I ordered a milkshake but not a regular drink. I didnt get my milkshake until I was already almost finished eating. The food we did get was good but thats the only good thing.
They have horrible service or, I guess, lack there of. We were seated after waiting about 5 minutes, which was no big deal. However, we sat waiting for 15 minutes and never saw the waitress. It wasnt that busy (about half the tables were taken). I saw 3 waitresses/waiters and one looked at us but no one came by. They continued to take care of the tables right across from us. I couldnt tell you how the food was because ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Ridiculous! Were brand new to this town and it sort of rubbed us the wrong way. Ive never experienced such horrible service! I guess their employees dont care at all. I wish I had read reviews on here before wasting my time. Im definitely NEVER going back!
You usually cant go wrong when visiting this place. Their food is always good. The prices are very reasonable and my whole family loves this place. Cant beat half price milk shakes. A family of 4 can eat their for around 20 bucks. The 4.00 meals is a good deal u get 4 items.
Have been here on several occasions as a door dash driver, and also to get food for myself. Not once have i gotten my food through the window, it always comes out the front door usually 20-30 minutes after Ive ordered. Someone needs to recommend this place to undercover boss so they can get their stuff together.
Worst Steak N Shake ever. Not enough employees. Only one waitress on the floor when we arrived. Had to ask for straws, spoons, orders were wrong, excuses everywhere, from we handmade our shakes thats why it takes us longer, to we are very busy today. Asked to buy a hot tea to go, but person was on the phone and basically ignored out request until we just left. Rather rude treatment the while time we were there
Waited in the drive thru for over 25 min only to get cold old fries and the wrong sandwich..If you opt eat here and wait in line please check and make sure you have the right order. Dont make the mistake that I made and get home to some mess you wouldnt feed your worse enemy. Given this location to many opportunities, will not waste my money at this location ever again.
We go in and some guy tells us to grab a menu and pick out a seat. He never comes back to wait on us. We sat 10-15 minutes and got up and left. This is the 2nd time we gave this location a chance. The last time it took forever to get are drinks and never got our food after 30+ minutes. We couldnt even find someone to get a check for our drinks. We just left. Their is a major problem at this location. I go to the one on Hill Rd in Pickerington and never experience this horrible service. Some members of Management need to do something before they lose this location totally!
Tried to hit up the drive-thru last night for the first time in a while at this place. There were three cars ahead of me waiting to order. 15 minutes later, they only managed to take two orders! Im not expecting an order every minute or anything... but over 7 minutes just to get on the speaker and take an order is ridiculous. Ended up bailing out of frustration.
I only give a one because I have no choice. I grew up going to this steak and shake. And it has gone down hill. 3 servers. No shake maker. Manager no even out to ask how things are. We were told shakes will be late but would out halfway through our meal. We never saw them! Our food was warm at best! Manager didnt even apologize. Took the items off and walked away. If this is how the store runs you guys will lose business fast.
This only recieved two stars because hate is an evil word. I disliked my visit very much so. First off, the parking lot has more potholes than a cratered moon. The drive thru had a sign that it was inoperable so we had to go inside. Well my pregnant wife had to since we just left the doctor because our son was sick and she wasnt sitting inside a contained vehicle with him coughing. Whats more... and probably an omen now that I look back on it... but as I parked I noticed a drink carrier on the ground outside the door with smoke coming from it. It was on fire! Super random. I got out and stomped it out. Anyway, she went in and ordered and we finally got our food approx 25 mins later! Some may say that is reasonable timing being that it is freshly made and theyre usually busy, but they also had the dining area closed and there was only one takeout order in front of us. No dining area and no drive thru means that folks that were forced to come inside should have been taken care of more timely. Meanwhile the manager was cleaning the dining area - which was closed mind you... while customers were waiting. Trust me if my wife didnt have a preggo-craving for a steak burger, we wouldve left. While our burgers were tasty... the fries were cold - ended up giving them to a homeless man. First and last visit to this establishment for sure.
If i could give 0 stars I would.Worst steak n shake I have ever been to.Went through the drive thru to grab some quick dinner. Waited 10 minutes to order and another 20 to get to the window only to find out the girl working apparently did not hear/ignored a portion of my order so I received the two kids meals I asked for but no adult meal. At least the kids are fed.Will not be going back.
I believe in being fair, so just like I rated S&S a one or two stars for my last visit, I have to give the manager Chris a 5 for todays visit. From the moment that I arrived at the drive through Chris was friendly, courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. This was the first and only GREAT experience that Ive had with Steak & Shake over the course of my 15 to 20 experiences! Id vowed to never return, but the grandkids were hungry, and they are the closest FF, so I bit the bullet as the children started to point at the sign. My interaction with Chris made me not regret my decision to stop. Thanks Chris for the rare and exceptional service!
Stood by the please wait to be seated sign for about 10 minutes even though the place was nearly empty. Two employees stared right at us but acted like we werent there. Some of our food came but some never did. Nobody stopped by to check on us. Nobody brought us a check. There was not a napkin to be found in the place. While we were there several people came inside because they had stopped taking orders at the drive thru. The front desk went unmanned for at least 20 minutes. The employees seemed to be hiding in the kitchen but no one seemed to be cooking even though several customers were waiting by the register. I went up to pay but no one came to the register so we left.The whole incident was bizarre. It was like aliens had infiltrated the bodies of the staff but none of them had any idea how a restaurant works.
2 stars overall, perhaps 3 stars for this type of restaurant. It was a very slow time and the food came quickly enough. Fries were cold when they arrived but waitress replaced them upon request. It took a couple of reminders to get our shake delivered. Then we had to listen for 5 min to a bellicose lout proclaiming his dissatisfction at just below a yell. His colorful language was definitely not PG and no one on staff seemed interested in addressing the oaf on the subject even as it went on and on. Not fun at all.
Very poor service and unsanitary food practices. I waited at the drive-thru for 11 minutes before being acknowledged. I was told the milkshake machine was down which I later found out was a lie after coming in and seeing patrons ordering milkshakes. The restaurant was filthy the food I received was incorrect and cold seeing that I watched it sit on the counter for over 10 minutes. I will definitely not be returning to this location.
I have always liked the steak and shake menu. But this location has consistently disappointed with lack of service. I mean that literally. I show up 40 minutes after posted hours, and no one answers intercom, or comes to the window. This has happened several times over the past few months.
Numerous orders not correct. I have ordered 2 different days this week. Both times orders were incorrect. Worker asked me why I ordered no cherry in my milkshake. There was a back & forth conversation between myself and he. I asked for a manager and she really didnt do anything. I believe they dumped extra salt on my burger because it was uneddible. I will be reporting to corporate ASAP!! Staff is always rude. Orders are always wrong. This store needs some help.
We visited this location on 2/15/2020 at 7:20pm waited in line inside the restaurant for 15 mins before someone waited on us. Then we placed an order for 2 milkshakes and they told us it would take 20 minutes to prepare 2 milkshakes. No customers are sitting in the dining room, and only a few cars are in the drive thru.Awful experience.
I would give zero if I could, we ordered 4 burgers, fries, a salad and 2 shakes. We waited nearly an hour, both shakes were finished before we saw food, when we finally got food, half of it was wrong or missing. So we waited another 15 minutes, finally got correct food, and left, hearing other customers also complaining of missing or wrong items.
I ordered for delivery from their website. Only got part of the order and what I did get was cold and smashed. Called the driver and was told that I need to call DoorDash about it. Called DoorDash and was told the items ordered was already being prepared to be sent out. About an hour later called back to DoorDash and was transferred to a different department, I was told he was looking into it and asked me to hold. I got disconnected. Called back and was transferred to a voicemail. I then received a call from DoorDash, but that call was meant for a different customer. The person that call me transferred me to a different department. They are not able to help me. I need to call someone else to get this resolved tomorrow. Wasted over 2 hours of time trying to get this resolved with everyone trying to pass it off on someone else.
Tried using the app to place an order ahead since every other time I have come here it takes 20 minutes to just place an order or the order is completely wrong. So I used the app just to clear things up and save time. Well app froze and said “network error” so I went back a step to try again. This time it worked, not quite though. They charged me twice! So on the email and confirmation page it says contact local store. So I called and called and called never answering. The app works as well as the employees slow, pathetic and incompetent. Such a shame too because the food is good. If only the service and convenience was the same.
Went there for a meal before I headed to the gym ... Stood up front for 15 minutes or so .. Decided to seat ourselves ..after being ignored for another 10 or 15 minutes ... With only 2 other tables 2 servers. We stopped a young lady .. She was upset at us because we werent still standing saying thats why they say wait to be seated..it turned onto at least am hour or so before we escaped ... it was later so I dont know how the serviceDuring the early hours but Im not sure Ill find out ... Not sure Ill ever go there again
Our waiter was more than bothered by anyone coming in.. His reactions, for example, to my grandmother (who i havent seen in over a year)ordering coffee in the afternoon, to his uncomfortable sarcasm, which i personally did not mind but my grandmother is a different story, were just not completely thought through before he spoke. However, he was very kind in cashing us out and came back periodically to check in on us after the food was brought out, which were all cooked correctly.
Slow service, extremely dirty, loud & rude customers (that werent told to tone it down not even a notch) lol fries were cold as ALWAYS ! I swear I dont think Ive ever had fresh fries from here 😂 but the sandwichs were good & its really cheap & thats ALWAYS a plus, right? So its not a 5 star restaurant but its nice for a cheap short lunch or dinner.
This place used to be very nice. VERY rude employees and Very poor service. It took them 1 hour to make 3 milkshakes. They claimed they were understaffed but they had employees just walking around doing nothing. Trash all over the tables and a spilled milkshake left uncleaned. People could have fallen. We asked for large milkshakes but gave us mediums. I am very unhappy with this location.
Awful service. My group of 4 was seated about 10 minutes after entering. After we were seated we waited another 38 minutes and weren’t even offered to place our drink order. One waiter said “Have you all been helped out yet?” We responded “No.” He then responded “I’ll go see what the other servers are doing.” After an additional 15 minute wait we decided to leave. If Zero stars was a choice—I would have given them 2 zeros.
After calling corporate, Im still not satisfied. Went during a dead time- 9:30 am on a Tuesday. Sat inside, chatted with the cook to ensure I got exactly what I wanted, my way. Was charged extra, but thats okay- as long as its the way I want it. 30 minutes later I return back to my office to find my order was WRONG!!! I even went as far as tipping the cook, to ensure I got the order the way I wanted. Went back, the cook was rude, threw the bag at me and was appalled when I asked for fresh toast. (At this point the toast was over 30 minutes old, ya think its still toast??)I dont review a lot of places- good or bad but this experience left such a bad taste in my mouth I wanted to share.
Update 9/8/19: I just left.i ordered a portabella and swiss burger. I opened it up and why did I literally have 2 mushrooms on my burger🙄..... seriously!I!! I havent been here for months yall can really do better!!Especially for a $5 burger!!for some reason this steak n shake takes FOREVER!!!! How can you make people wait so long in the drive through line. From the moment I ordered my food until I received it was 20 minutes!!! And there was only 1 car in front of me . They received their food in less than 5 minutes and I sat at the window waiting for 15 minutes 🙄at least my 🍟 were hot
The food and service was great. Our waitress was good. The restrooms on the other hand was kinda gross. Only one useable stall due to some moron draping toilet paper all over the toilet and leaving it. The floor was sticky. (Womans restroom.) The other stall you needed a paper towel to flush, because there was something dried and crusty on the handle.
Omg their customer service is horrible. They took about 30 minutes to come, and take our drink order.The tables are dirty. And the floor is disgustingly filthy. I only come here for the low prices on food. Used to be one of my favorite places back in the day. But steak n shake have really gone downhill ...
Every single time we go into this location, there is an issue. The server forgot to take one of our family members order after taking the rest of ours. Then once the doors were locked because they were short staffed. Keep in mind its a 24 hour restaurant. We have gotten another tables receipt more than once. Then today the server seated us then ignored us. She seated others after us and took their complete order and then proceeded to make their drinks without even checking to take our drink order. This was the last straw. We left. Will never go back to this location. I advise others to not bother with this location. Go to Easton. Or just go to 5 guys on Broad. They are awesome!
Been here several times and each time is worse than the last. Waited to be seated over 10 minutes and the place was pretty much empty, then another 40 minutes waiting for the food the shakes came after we finished eating. 7 employees and only 4 table s with customers. Hummmm .
The employees were probably the worst thing about that place. No eye contact, no greeting, no thank you. Do the managers enforce that type of attitude?Went through the drive-thru and took me roughly twenty minutes to go from the order speaker to the pickup window. I had my hopes up because twenty minutes is a pretty good amount of time to be waiting in the drive-thru lane. After being seated waited over 15 minutes for drinks. I looked around the restaurant and noticed over half of the tables were covered in filth. The manager on duty stood at the register on his phone the entire time. At the time of service there were only 6 tables filled and not one was being checked on. The customer service here was just sad and there is definitely not any sort of urgency from the staff. Will not be returning the the main st Columbus location.
The line was short and they got me through it under 10 mins. And I asked for extra lettuce and they put it on there👏👏👏👏. The cashier was nice e and courteous... Usually when I go the cashier is usually a little flustered or not as polite but she was... My food was hot and it was perfectly made, I mean like the picture perfect so thank you.👏👏👏👏👏To know my last 8 visits there, I was not satisfied, but this time I would like to give the service that I received on Monday May 6th around 1:00p.m. was 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 EXCELLENT....🤗
Walked in before 7:45 pm waited 10 minutes to be seated waiter looked over several times and finally a staff member on dinner break seated us only 3 or 4 tables filled in the restaurant, waited another 20 minutes no one came to take our order so we left. Usually the service is much better.
Where do I start? The place wasnt very busy, maybe 6 or 7 tables with patrons. We stood at the front door for 10 minutes waiting on someone to seat us, the sign said please wait to be seated. Once seated we waited for another 20 minutes for someone to bring silverware and to take our drink orders. The wait staff was huddled at the wait station goofing off, playing and not working. Finally Kim comes from somewhere and takes our order. She apologized for the other staff not being attentive that she was off the clock and felt bad that we had waited so long. Kim took our order, made our shakes, made our food and brought it out to is. Super Kim Ill call her because in our conversation she was pregnant, had been there 3 hours past her assigned shift because her co-workers were 2 hours late. I never saw the manager on duty. We made sure that Kim was compensated for her good character. Checkout time as we had been there for about 90 minutes. Oh no checks. We went to the register and the fresh on shift manager had to get it. Through conversation with another person at the register they thought our order still needed made. Nope thanks to Super Kim, we were taken care of. Its obvious from the reviews of this store that there is a major problem with management. Its time for an overhaul here Steak-n-Shake are you listening? Oh yes the bathrooms, disgusting. Both toilets in the womens bathroom were out of commission, one clogged and the other I dunno.
How long does it take to get two milkshakes from a fast food place? According to this place it take about 40+ minutes. Thats obnoxious. I would suggest you plan a little better for your drive thru. Just while we sat here there were 4 cars that drove off because of how long it took. I would have left if it wouldnt have been for the fact there was a car right behind me and I couldnt back up to leave. Never again...
I love the food that comes from Steak & Shake, always yummy. However first you must make it trough the god-awful drive-thru or seating times (if they even acknowledge you.), they wait another half hour in the drive through or and hour+ in the lobby. Then after all the waiting, I usually get something I didnt order. The staff seem either very oblivious or understaffed and undertrained. Would be a great location if it got straightened up!
Fries cold waited 45 mins for our food. Were the only only dining in. Another guest came in shouting and cursing about a manger he had last night not helping him find his keys. The staff agreed with the statement that the guest said calling him profound names. Very unprofessional
I went through the drive thru and was asked to hold one moment before taking my order. I waited almost 10 minutes and the girl finally spoke to me to let me know the drive thru was closed. So rude and unprofessional. I wish this location would get it together. It used to be a really great place to go but it definitely has fallen by the wayside.
As a person who has been to several Steak and Shakes, I would have to admit this is the absolute worst establishment Ive ever been too. For several consecutive nights the milkshake machine has been unavailable due to multiple different reasons. This only adds to absolutely atrocious service through the window. I would recommend finding literally any other restaurant possible.
Not a good loaction. Firstly we drove 30 minutes to get here and they didnt even have shake batter.... They forgot some of my food. As well as 2 of my drinks. Went back in to get drinks and then realized after i got back to car they forgot some food also. The staff lady inside was very rude by not ssying anything when spoken to, nor did she ask if i needed help. She was leaning around the entire time and looked as if she rather be anyehere else. Very unprofessional. And they dumped my parmesean seasoning in a single pile in the middle of my fry carton. Worst experience ive ever had at a steak and shake.
Takes 15-45 minutes for a taco salad every. single. time. Never going back. Also, dressing in the side doesnt mean extra dressing smothered on top. This is why I cook at home more.Update: went a week ago. Not sure why I tortured myself and went back. Saw a man who waited 40 min for a burger, I waited 30 for taco salad. When he saw me get my food first, he had enough and asked for a refund. The manager..a big white guy didnt even apologize. Just said give me your receipt. I went to ask for a refund as well and when the young black girl with long braids came back with her manager they brought my food, she flicked me off while prentending to scratch her nose. Close this place down. Ive never seen worse service in my life!
My family and I went through the drive thru just for some shakes. The line was alittle long but we wasnt dying about it, by the time we got around to the window the order was already messed up. Then we paid for the shakes and had to pull forward by the front door with other vehicles to actually get our order. After 10 more minutes and wrong orders we got our shakes, one of them wasnt what we ordered but we didnt return. I wasnt happy about our visit here, in the future I think I will pass this store by when I want to go get a shake.
The worst service I’ve ever gotten at a restaurant. We were there two hours and did not get our shakes till we left. Our food took more than an hour to come out and when it did, most of it was cold and several items were wrong. Some of the shakes were clearly melted but the manager tried to say that’s how they served them. If that’s how they typically serve shakes, i don’t ever want to eat there again.
Food is great...but...the service was unacceptably slow for Saturday at 7PM. (I know the graph says As busy as it gets but the dining area was only 1/3 full during our visit. There did seem to be a line at drive-through but if they dont have enough staff for both they need to reevaluate that. There appeared to be a total of five employees at time we were there, possibly six as I did not see the person who checked us out until time to pay but it could have been shift changeover. ) It is now past 8:15PM, we have only received the burgers and fries (still waiting on shakes and cole slaw which presumably is premade and just gets scooped into a container). We had to ask about where it was. Honestly, service had been on the slow side the last couple times weve been here but this is the tipping point. When we want Steak n Shake now, we will get it at the Pickerington location (next to Marcus Theatre).EDIT TO ADD: They were posting sign as we left indicating that they were completely CLOSING eat-in switching to carryout only. This was before 9PM.
This place better be thankful its so DELICIOUS because every time I go to the one on E. Main st the customer service SUCKS BADLY!! This the second time I placed an order and waited almost an hour because they either lost my order or cancelled It. Why do I go back you ask?? OMG! The food is addicting. Lol. If the customer service matched the food id always go there. But once a month is all I have patience for!!!! GEEEEEEESH!!!! They need to get more people In there at night thats capable of dealing with heavy traffic because the manager there sucks just as bad as the workers under him. All you get is IM SORRY!!!
My experience was awful. My fries were cold, I ordered a coke and they gave me a root beer, I didnt get my cookie that was suppose to come with my meal and I asked for my sandwich to be cut in half and it wasnt. And I didnt get any pickles with my sandwich. I was very dissatisfied with this experience. And they dont deserve the 1 star that I gave them.
I go here because it’s convenient but never again. You sit in the drive thru for 45 minutes just for your food to be cold and the order to be wrong. The staff is always incredibly rude. They’re as bad as McDonald’s with their ice cream machine always being broken or not having supplies. They need new staff and management. HORRIBLE!!!!
This is the literal worst steak n shake in the world. U will never drive thru and wait under 20 minutes. And youd do yourself a favor checking ur food before pulling off or theyll gladly make u wait again. Its usually a bunch of kids in the back who spend more time flirting and playing the n getting food out.
Poor, poor drive thru service. Cant really speak for the inside as I have never been inside this particular location. The drive-thru service, however, leaves something to be desired. 2 separate times I have been thru the drive-thru on my way to work. One time I had to leave, w/nothing to eat because they had their truck there and because it was blocking the reader board where to order your food, I drove up to the window. The girl came out finally after a few minutes of waiting and said they werent taking orders at the drive-thru at that time. Mind you, there was nobody in the restaurant, not a single car there except for employee cars which I think was maybe one car. Then another time I waited and waited and waited. It was the worst service and the sausage gravy and biscuits that I had ordered was not up to par like it used to be. There is a Wendys on Broad St. close to downtown Columbus and their sausage gravy and biscuits is by far better than yours, so what is that saying to you?
My husband, 5 year old daughter and i went in the hostess told us we could sit anywhere. The place was a mess and we sat there for 10 min with out anyone taking our drink orders or coming over. They were not busy and two gemail employees stood in the door way to the kitchen watching us. We finally left. This was the worst experience we have ever had. Would deffinatly not recomend it.
Super slow today not sure why because the lot was virtually empty outside of those 5 cars in the drive thru. I had to repeat my order 3 times and then again when I got to the window, the 2 shakes I ordered were pretty much melted by the time we got them amd had to use the 1 napkin I was given to wipe down the cups because they had ice-cream all on them
4/18/17 2:18 pm I just had to leave steak and shake due to the fact my 2 children and I waited 5 mins with no service. Not even a hello. There were only 3 other occupied tables and 2 servers. Each table had their food and one server even had the audacity to be cleaning a table behind us...still no hello. I mean the place was practically empty. Poor service and we will never be back. I did speak to manager and she was very apologetic but I felt discriminated and judged. We just left and not even a free meal will satisfy me!!! Never again and corporate your services are really slow at these shops on Columbus Ohio. Please take note...
Every single time I come I wait 10+ Minutes on my food. They’re so slow at EVERYTHING! Girl rudely interrupted me while I was ordering. It’s the only location close to my job so I have no choice but to come here if I’m craving their food. I only get a 30 minute lunch break and I spend 20 minutes in their line and waiting.
Excellent service from beginning to end from our server Troy. We were dropping off our college students and decided to try their food and we were not disappointed. The only good thing I can say about this location is that its close to my house. We were regulars but its been going down hill. If the food isnt cool then our order is wrong. God forbid you ask them to fix it. I could understand if they were busy, but Ive caught an attitude from their staff in the middle of the night when we were the only customer in sight. If youre looking for disappointment look no further.
Service was outstanding, waitress was engaging and down to earth and staff was upbeat. I had the chili on top of spaghetti...it was terrible, they dont even use the chili they put on top of the chili fries...all they did was make a weird chili with ground beef and some watered down ketchup...it was the most unfilling meal Ive ever had anywhere. I believe this may be a steak n shake issue not a store issue. Fortunately for Steak n Shake they do no make the claim Spaghetti n Sauce Its a Meal...its not...its a travesty.
Expect to wait for food whether they are busy or not. Waiters are friendly but disappear ALOT for long periods of time. And everyone blames everyone else. 30 minutes for a small milkshake that ended up being another 15 minutes wait at check out (made by NOT our original waiter) is not acceptable customer service for anywhere.
I just called at 10:50 to place a to-go order of pancakes. I was put on hold so he could find someone to take the order. At 10:56 he comes back and says I couldnt find anyone, I have to take tour order. I let him know ai wanted pancakes. He said its 11 and breakfast has ended we break down at 10:50 so were serving lunch. I said its not 11 its 10:56 and Ive been on hold since 10:50. I told him thank you and hung up. (For mgmt or general manager) This happened 9/9/18 @ 10:50ish am.I placed an order at the same time yesterday, for pancakes and I wasnt told breakfast ends at 10:50. I have out of town guests and picking up breakfast is a big help, but not today I suppose. The pancakes yesterday were good.Im rating low because of inconsistency in service. Its been 7 months since Ive had breakfast here, I use to come often either dine in or drive through. I ate inside last time and as previously reviewed the staff is not always prompt with service. When they hit the mark the food and service is decent, when they miss the mark its a complete miss.
Horrible. Found a maggot in our drink, ketchup smelled like straight alcohol. They forgot to give us our shakes and when we received them they were the wrong flavor and halfway melted. When asked to be remade correctly the manager said “we aren’t allowed to do that”. This was after waiting an hour to be sat. An absolute joke
This was by far my worst experience Ive ever had at any Steak and Shake. Staff was extremely rude. Messed up my order the first time. Took it back to have it replaced. They then messed it up a second time. The manager stood in front of me and ridiculed the employee about her mistake in front of me. Worst experience ever.
Ive never seen a place make cars pull forward so it doesnt look like customers are sitting at the window. You can go to this location anytime and they will tell you to pull forward and they will bring your food out. Thats terrible, pay in one window and get your food out the front door! Sad!!!
I live very close to the steak ‘n Shake but I don’t go there very often because EVERY single time I go to steak ‘n Shake I have a bad experience. Either I go through the drive-through, order my food, and when I receive my food it’s wrong or if I want a milkshake and for some reason they cannot make my milkshake for various reasons. Like tonight May 9, 2019 I just went there I waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes (literally I watched my Clock) just To pull up to the box and a woman asked me to wait again, when she FINALLY got to me again and I think “FINALLY I get to order my milkshakes That I came for” and she says oh I’m sorry we don’t have milkshakes right now......... I couldn’t help but to think YOUR KNOWN for milkshakes I mean it’s even on your freaking sign!!! I have lived right down the street for 8 years and I have only been able to get a milkshake maybe 20 times in that 8 YEARS. She said this time they were out of milk 🤣.... how do you run out of milk at a place known for MILKshakes? I don’t recommend this particular Steak n’ shake if you want a milkshake, however the reason I gave 2 stars is only because the food is good when they do make my order correct.
If. Zero stars was an option, I would award that. My wife and I went through the drive thru at about 2:30 pm. There were two cars ahead of us before reaching ordering speaker. It took about 12 minutes for us to be up. When we got there, the young man invited us to take a look at the menu and hed be right back. 7 min later he was. I tried to order 2 classic steakburgers (one without ketchup and mustard), 1 chocolate shake, one dark chocolate shake and a large fry. After several attempts to get it right, he asked me to pull forward to window, where he still had trouble understanding what I wanted. Finally, he handed us one shake and asked us to pull around front for the rest. Waited there for almost 10 minutes when he brought the rest out. My wife discovered they had left the fries out. Went inside for that. After 32 minutes, we were on our way, only to discover that the special burger had mustard. Needless to say, we didnt go back to have that corrected. Whats puzzling is that a different one, weve had prompt service with no hassles. Wont be going back to this one..
I could go into details about all the issues but I’ll leave it at this. 2 out of 4 milkshakes were wrong, the food was salty and the dining area was a disaster. Won’t be going to this place every again, I’ll drive back out to Newark and get good service and the correct food next time we decide to have steak and shake.
Food is always good, the service was how ever awful. ive been to this restruant previously however, this particular one we sat for 45 minutes after ordering. their were other 6 customers total it in the restruant. So i got up WITHOUT MY FOOD and walked out. Very very VERY poor service. I never even got a drink either may i add.
I have never seen such a dysfunctional setting in a restaurant! Upon stepping into the restaurant the first thing I noticed was three quarters of the restaurants tables were dirty. The second thing was a huddle of employees in the corner laughing and talking very loudly. A young lady came to us and asked how many while still laughing about whatever they were talking about in the corner. She began to lead us around the restaurant looking for a clean table. There were none. Went back to the booth we started at and she went and got a rag to wipe it off. She gave us menus and said she would be right back. She went back to the huddle and came back to our table 5 minutes later. All this time the employees are loud and laughing while people are coming in the door. No one greeting them, some turning around and walking out after seeing the circus in front of them. We gave our order and asked for water. Recieved the shake within 5 minutes. A half hour later after watching the employees sitting at the bar eating, no one cleaning tables, no one running hot food because it didnt go to their table, people coming in for take out not begin waited on one of our meals came out, there were 2 of us. I asked when the meal was coming. She said they were working on it. That was it. The straw that broke the camels back. My husband said we are leaving. He asked to see the manager. He had his back to us, to his restaurant the whole time cooking. Very sad. Seak n shake is a good concept.
Awful.. 40 min in the drive thru.. got there at midnight and finally moved to the window at 12:40!! And when I got home, just 5 min. Down the road, my fries were hard and cold my spicy chx sandwich was soggy and my ice tea tasted like it was made at 6am... The old woman at the window wasnt nice at all either.. even though I didnt complain at all.. horrible experience!!
After waiting at the drive through window for 30 mins for 3 shakes, we finally got them. The shakes were melted and runny. All three were wrong. Two had nuts that shouldnt have had them. Now Im sitting in the emergency room getting antihistamines via IV so I can breathe. Thanks for damn near killing me. Worst spent $12 of my life...
It’s really annoying to drive an hour and a half home from work to then wait in the drive thru for an hour at 2AM for food that is put in the computer correctly (considering I have a ticket for my correct order) but yet is incorrect in a way that I cannot consume said food. And I’m extra peeved that a MANAGER handed me my incorrect food that I watched him slather mayo on (btw I HATE HATE HATE mayo). No one was inside the dining room to serve. There was more than one person that I could see in the back. I don’t understand why I waited an hour for incorrect food, especially when the dude unloading the truck order (that doesn’t work for stake n shake) finished loading and unloading well over 100 boxes of stuff, before I got to order with two cars ahead of me.This is the second time I have picked up my phone to call corporate on this location and let’s just say NONE of the people including the previous manager from before that occurred are employed there anymore.On a side note the reason for one star, there is somebody that was working thirds recently that built and wrapped bomb sandwiches. 3rd shift was doing really great until tonight when two people I’ve never seen before served me.
We arrived and waited so long that we were seated by another customer...Our waitress was careless and didnt check on us once. We sat in the restaurant for 43 minutes after ordering our food. When we went up to see what was wrong we were told that our food was given out through the drive-thru. Not impressed
Terrible service. Waited over 8 mins at drive thru and no one ever bothered to wait on me. Line 5 cars deep behind me. Called to let manager know and she replied what do you want me to do? SARCASTICALLY! I told her nothing, just a courtesy to let her know customers arent getting waited on. She could care less. I WONT BE BACK! THEIR FOOD SUCKS ANYHOW AND IS NORMALLY COLD!
We arrived a party of 8. We had to seat ourselves. It took 24 mins. Before server came to our table. My daughter got the spray bottle and towel cleaned our tables 4 of them. My grandson got our menus. Waitress came over ordered another 30 mins for food to arrive at table. The Frankfurters were bought out cold... Wow she gave us 3 orders of complimentary french fries. Our bill came to $68.90. I could have paid my 8 yr old grandson to prepare the meal better. Oh yes the milkskakes were great. We were served in styrofoam cups.. LMAO. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO. EASTONS. STEAK - N- SERVE YOURSELF- STEAK!
I have only been here once. I was happy the roads werent busy because it was a sharp turn to get into the lot. The food was good but it took so long to get through drive through. I think it was just under 15 minutes which isnt the end of the world but the place wasnt busy
A typical, well run Steak and Shake that serves Reynoldsburg and Far East side of Columbus well!Also features a great breakfast menu, and if you have not tried their biscuits you do not know what youre missing!The next time you want a great hamburger that will be satisfied by nothing else, give them a try!
I wish you had a NO star option. Horrible service, the manager clearly had NO control over the rude cashier with a smart mouth. We sat for 6min before she decided to ask if we jas a carry out. I tell her we were waiting to eat, she says we aint got no server. I literally had to drive to Easton just eat. Thank God for Rose!
Sat in the line for over an hour. Dont understand why the service is so horrible when so many people come. Unacceptable to sit in a drive thru that long. Either open the doors longer for those to come in or have a better night crew. Itll definitely be a while before I come back here.
Starting with what was good: I love that the condiments (that are handled in a less than sanitary manner) were not placed on top of my open fries as so manny do.What was wrong: fries were room tempt when I tasted them before leaving the parking lot, but I had no time to go back. Sandwich barely resembled their picture and less than a whole slice of cheese on a double w/ Cheese see 3 pictures I postedOn my prior drive thru order, the total quoted was $2+ over what it should have been. When I got to the window and the guy quoted it again I asked how he arrived at that total and told him it was $2+ more than my calculation. He said he felt attacked and never answered my question but told me to just look at the receipt.First: I never raised my voice or was in any way aggressive. I asked about the total in an earnestly curious way. Much later I concluded that perhaps he was like the young grocery store cashiers who draw a complete blank as to how to calculate change when the register doesnt tell them; to wit: not fully prepared/trained for the position and insecurityHe already had my payment in hand, thus he charged me the original quote with out telling me. I took my receipt and pulled up so as not to delay the people behind me. When I looked at the receipt, it told me Nothing. It was not itemized and it wasnt even clear how much I was charged. I had to wait till I was home to look at my receipt; the S&S app and my bank account to figure out how much I was charged and that yes I was overcharged. The real kicker, he got my order Wrong.
We went to go try steak n shake and went in we were seated. Started checking out the menu, 15 mins went by and no one came over to ask us what we wanted to drink. Waitress was to busy talking to someone who was not a customer. We walked out. Never coming back and we will let friends amd family know not to go there.
Been sitting in the drive thru for way too long for a fast food restaurant. The line hasnt moved for near 20 mins. This is an embarrassment. Either the staff is undermanned or undertrained. I would be gone if we werent bumper to bumper out here. Somebody needs fired!!
Every time I visit here the wait is always 15 to 30 minute wait before I get to order thenthen when I finally get my food I get a horribly made burger and cold fries every time! if I could post a picture of the garbage I got tonight I would. thanks wait and shake I appreciate time wasted.
Very bad service. I have ordered milk shake twice. Paid for the orders . Each time waited for half an hour but orders werent ready. I dont recommend any one to go there .it is funny most people gave 1 start to this place and then one will see some one will say oh service is so Good and give them 4 stars. Most 4 start rating Is fake, made up by the management.
Got breakfast close to the cutoff time of 11 a.m. service was prompt, but I was disappointed to see that the cashier and what looked to be her boss were holding me up while they looked at and chatted about something on his cell phone. Very unprofessional and I take it as a slight that they would even do it in front of me with no attempt to hide it. It was obvious I was at the drive-thru window.The only other comment I have is that it appeared to me that the cashier took my card and did a transaction and then went directly to get the food out of the fryer I question the hygiene ethics of this.
Worst service ever went thru drive thru waited 25 mins in line for food. Decided to go in the next time. Quick to be seated but waitress was awful and rude. Barley let us place the order was in such a hurry. Had a to go order too Burger had everything on it wanted it plain was told it was already made that we couldn’t change it. Floors were sticky, it smelled like a combination of urine and body odor. Bathrooms were worse than some gas station bathrooms. They werent busy and it still took forever to get our food. We had to ask for our milkshakes, ketchup, napkins and we had no silverware. We will not be going back.
Place was dirty, very dirty. Waitress started off by spilling a whole glass of water down my husbands side into his shoe. Accident yes her response well I got wet also,so its not like I did it on purpose We get our meals and my husbands meal is wrong, double instead of a triple and toppings not as ordered. She offers to remake it for him he accepts and then she disappears. Drinks run out everyone else finishing their meals he flags down the manager we ask for drinks and his meal. Then she pops back in and says you need something? He does get his meal and....it is wrong again. Unbelievable.
Do not go here. I live nearby and have gone here out of convenience for a while now. No more. I went last Sunday and it took almost a hour to get a shake and a double cheeseburger! The restaurant is a mess and the staff incompetent. If they were busy I would cut them some slack, they werent.

2022-02-10If there was an option for 0 stars, thats the rating Id give. Iordered I waited in line for at least 15. With that being said, youd think all of the food was being me made fresh. Well first out of the bag was my fries...they were HOT! A good thing!! Then when I went to get my sandwhich,, its was ICE COLD. The cold butter was slathered on the buns, greasy feeling in my mouth, the slice of cheese wasnt even melted and it was having.

2022-02-26Its been awhile since I have eaten here. I had a gift card so I ordered double cheeseburger and fries online got takeout. I was surprised when as soon as I placed the order, it said my order was ready. That has never happened to me before. When I got there I could not receive my order through the drive through window, was told instead to come inside. I was not prepared to go inside. Being that they are located in Columbus, I had to wear a face mask to go inside due to the pandemic. Fortunately, I had a face mask available. Once inside, I was immediately greeted. My food was ready, and had been placed in a sealed plastic bag to keep it warm. The food was good. I would had given the extra star if I had not been made to go inside.

2022-04-25The food order was fine. I just wish someone was keeping a better eye on the lobby. Kids were running all thru the dining area. One even had a dog with them. I love dogs but not where I eat.

2022-07-14I love their burgers, just the right portion size for me, the only thing I didnt care for were the fries, they were somewhat cold. I wish they would cook them to where they werent cold, theyre thin so it wouldnt take long to cook them, maybe they shouldnt cook so many at once that way they wouldnt get cold.

2022-04-12Kinda slow service and I asked for an extra pattie on my sandwich (which they charged me for) but they must have forgot... Nice staff, but Ive had better experiences at other locations. Food was still hot and good though.

2022-06-12Always takes an hour to get through the drive thru, they either need new staff or new management because the wait time for a simple burger and fries is ridiculous, much better choices along 256 to get food quick and efficient

2022-06-19Third time driving by and all lights were on at 10p.m. and it looked open with people inside buuuuut no reply at drive thru, again, all lit up. Disappointing but with all the closing its understandable

2022-02-27Made it here at about 9:42PM. Store hours says open till 10:00pm. Drive-Thru was open. Got behind a car and a few cars got behind me. Got to the drive-thru speaker at about 9:55pm and here is how it went.Employee- “i took my last order for tonight unless you have a pick up order”.Me- I’ve been waiting since 9:40ish and its 9:55 now and all i need is a milkshakeEmployee- “we have a large order”Me- thank you and left.I totally get it. They got busy in the last hour or so. But, as a customer I expect them to honor their business hours. Now if I got there and i estimated i wasn’t going to make it to the speaker before 10pm. believe me i would not have made the line. Because, refusing to serve me at or after 10pm would have been within their policy and one must understand that. Now, i was at the speaker and ready to order at 9:55pm and was refuse service. Note after waiting over 10minutes. from now on i will consider other options for my milkshake and food.

2022-03-03The gentleman that took my order in the drive thru today was such a breath of fresh air. He made my day!! Its rare these days to find people with such a positive attitude.
