2022-06-28Hired Star and Stripes Movers, LLC to move my mother across town. They showed up on time and ready to get started. All workers were professional and courteous. They even helped my mother finish packing the few items she wasnt able to lift. Highly recommend and will definitely be using this company again.

2022-07-24The following is my experience with Stars and Stripes moving company. I booked them on a Saturday morning to move me into my apartment from a PODS shipping container. The appointment was from 8-10am. They did not show up at 8am so I started calling and left a message, hoping to get in touch with a representative, as the PODS container was being picked up that morning as well. Finally at 8:45 I get a call from someone named Nathan saying that they were running late, but he had 4 guys with him and he would be there in 15-20 minutes. He calls back 5 minutes later to ask how far the walk was between my POD and the apartment (it was around the corner of the block, not super far but not 10 feet). I never heard from him again. I had already begun moving items in by myself (I was new to the city and didnt know anyone I could call for help) in hopes they would be there soon to help with the furniture. Around 9:20 no one had arrived, so I started calling again, left a couple messages, and never got an answer or a call back. Around 10:30 am I was halfway through with the move by myself, but desperate for help with my furniture before the PODS truck showed up. By that point I was pretty sure Nathan and his crew were NOT on their way, so I found a friendly neighbor walking his dog and paid him to help me move in the rest. Not ideal but we got it done. No one from Stars and Stripes ever showed up or called back. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service I received and will not use them or recommend their services.
