The lady I talked to was very rude gave me no new answers couldn’t give me for sure answers had to keep asking someone else and also made me try to feel bad about the situation I was calling her about. If I would need to hire someone it wouldn’t be her. Paid for a consolation for nothing.

They do nothing to help those who are disabled and being financially taken advantage of especially when you live out of state but the case is in Ohio
