They were the nicest people I’ve ever met. We had gotten a flat tire two hours from home and they immediately changed it without an appointment and only charged me for the tire. They even gave me a discount on the tire and a ride to the tire shop. The service was impeccable and so so fast. Stark auto is such a life saver and the best auto store there is.

My nephew bought his first truck from Ryan. Ryan was well informed of his inventory. He was honest and gave my nephew a fair price for the truck he bought. After a deer helped total my SUV I decided I finally wanted a truck. I called Stark to ask specifically about latch infant seat system and Rebecca checked it and gave me more info about the other features included on it. She was helpful when it came to financing. We decided to make the 4.5 hour trip from PA to Ohio to test drive the truck. I was sold even before I drove it. I made a couple calls and spoke with Ryan before the drive...they were replacing the entire brake system 💜. I felt like they really cared about me, my family, and my needs with the truck. We were in contact on the drive to OH. There was no pressure, they gave us plenty of time to check the vehicle out, strap our 4 year old in for the test drive. With the super long drive and our immediate need for a vehicle I’m thrilled they took the time to make us feel like part of their family 😍 I wish they were closer! I highly recommend Stark. Amazed! Ive had such a hard time with vehicles in the past from different dealers, so I was very skeptical! They blew me away! We felt so welcomed like we were family. Have now had our vehicle for over a month and no surprise problems or anything wrong with it. They have awesome cars on their lot and no junk sitting around. Theyre very honest (rare right?). I purchased my first truck from Stark Auto in 2015. It was a 2011 Chevy Silverado and ran like a dream. It was the best decision I have made in life and I loved every second of it. It was actually such a great purchase and ran so good that I came back to Stark Auto to upgraded it to get a newer version of my old one. I recently purchased a 2015 Chevy Silverado and it is perfect as well. I have had nearly 0 problems with my first truck and absolutely no problems with my new truck !! They both have ran great for me and was everything I expected it to be. I have nothing but great things to say about Stark Auto, Julie and Matt. I highly recommend people taking a look at their inventory and giving one a test drive so they can see for themselves !!!
I Just purchased my second truck from them. I found very clean 2013 Silverado. The truck was in excellent condition with only 58,### miles. I was easily financed and had the truck within a day. they made sure it was cleaned and checked over. They have a great selection of trucks to pick from. It’s been a week with the new truck and I am super satisfied!
Amazing customer service and a nice selection of vehicles!!! Ryan and Eric were courteous from the moment I pulled in the lot. This is the second truck Ive bought from Julie and she is amazing. They are always willing to do what they can (within reason) to help you out. Dont fall for the negative reviews, some people dont understand the meaning of buying a USED vehicle. For instance.... I have had my truck a few days and havent put many miles on it and had to replace a rear brake caliper that stuck... Instead of coming here to bash a dealership or calling and raising Cane about something they wouldnt have known about anyway, I realized I bought a used vehicle that sat (unless test drove) and things like that happen. If you dont want any issues, spend the money and buy it brand new! Thank you guys for another great truck, Matt Quinn.

Looking for a truck with no rust. If you are reading this review, my last line got your attention. Looking for a ‘10 or so GM half ton to keep as a toy. Had to be no rust because it will live in the garage and see the road minimally. Every no rust truck I called about I got the verbal, “yes no rust.” I get to these other dealers and can see the bubbles in the paint as I approach the vehicle. I call here and ask about rust on an 09 GMC, he interrupts me saying “no rust.” I get there to look at it, and the truck needed gas. While it was gone I saw a 10 Chevy, same price range, absolutely no rust. My GMC gets back with gas. I get to crawl all over and under in it, no rust either. I bought the GMC, but I would have bought the Chevy also. Honest and strait forward type of people, I dealt with Ryan. You can trust this dealer.

One of the worst decisions I have made in the past two years is buying a truck from this place. I bought an older truck that looked great. Drove it a few time and put it up for the winter. By spring the new paint was chipping off, all of the bondo was bubbling up, and the rust showed up. My dream truck turned into a nightmare quickly. A friend of mine had the same experience as I did. He bought a dodge ram from them that looked and sounded good, but within two months of owning it, the the tranny went and we was out of the truck. Do not buy from these people. They will sell you on a piece of junk vehicle that is only sitting on new tires and rims.
I recently purchased a truck from them maybe 4 months ago. i maybe only put 350 miles on it and had to sink 2 grand in the front end and then the axle broke and the exhaust fell off. i understand its a used truck but for that price they should of inspected there vehicles. that was my first truck i bought from them and is going to be the last.

These people are nothing but lairs and cheats. Bought an 04 Tacoma and asked about rust issues. They said that it was treated and undercoated. Said that they had to drill holes in the frame to do a lift kit. This was a lie. Few months later the frame rusted through and collapsed. The paper that I signed from the holes being drilled in the frame protected them. Stay away from these scoundrels. When the truck was being worked on had to replace the brake master cylinder because they put in a screw going to the back brakes to stop leaking in the brake lines. These people are dirty.
Purchased a truck from these guys a while ago. Smooth experience and they were very patient as I test drove quite a few trucks before I decided. I have had the truck for a couple years now and anytime I have had a question or needed service, Ive been pointed in the right direction. I will continue recommended this place to my friends and family!

I have a 2003 ford ranger and I take it to stark autos when ever I run into a problem. Everyone there is outstanding. Changing out water pumps, fixing my radiator, and helping me with my problems. I will continue to bring my truck there when I need to.
On 7 July 2016, I purchased a 1999 Dodge Dakota 4X4 from this lot. Less than a month later, it is in a shop for repairs. I discovered this vehicle was unsafe and not roadworthy. Stark Auto Sales ripped me off. The steering knuckle was reamed out. The balljoint was gouged and its bolt was gouging the rim. The inner tie rod was bad (all on the passenger side). Do not buy from this lot. They dont even deserve the single star they got from me.
Bought my first car through Stark Auto Sales and they are great people. Easy to get in and out with a set of keys and new wheels.
These guys are crooks, pure and simple. Bought a Rust free ford excursion from them. Looked it over during a snow storm, and towed it back to Georgia. The next day I get underneath the truck and 1 hour later and 2 five gallon buckets of rust flakes later I get out from under it. What these crooks did wasrubber sprayed over the rust, then painted over the spray. Then it blew a power steering line, again, from rust, then blew the brake lines...that was after all four calipers siezed on it. In the last 2 years, I put 500 miles on it. Avoid them. When I got the truck the owner was talking about how he was doing burnouts in a 6.0 powerstroke, then it was leaking coolant and blew the turbo. He cleaned it up and put it out front to be sold. Please, save your money and go somewhere else.As for the excursion, I bought another one to transfer the drivetrain over to.

Would not buy anything again,sent title to California,after my 45 day tag expired,couldnt drive it for two weeks,have rino liner bubbling where they tried to cover rust,two out of five rims leaking air,cracked not the beed,if you buy something here,look it over very good

2022-04-27We are extremely happy with our experience at Stark Auto Sales. Our 24 year old daughter was looking to replace her truck, and we found a great deal at Stark Auto Sales. Finding a good used truck is a challenge right now. Eric was extremely helpful, and we never felt like we were being pushed into something we were not comfortable with. 2019-08-10Couple of weeks ago Im looking for a Suburban, I find this place with great reviews I fill out an application online go there the next day and in fact this is the Suburban that I want I was in and out of there in an hour, got the truck home the check engine light came on because we all know about O2 sensors and everything turns out it needed Cadillac converters and Ryan and Stark Auto did above and beyond to take care of this now the truck runs great no issues and I definitely will be back to get another vehicle from these guys 5 stars. Also the mechanic these guys use Vince at LA Motors on State Route 91 is a top-notch guy and gets things done thanks a lot Vince at la motors and Ryan at Stark Auto see you guys soon

2020-12-22I recently bought a truck from stark auto Ryan being the salesman to help me. I’ve been looking high and low all year for a truck. And thanks to the government listening to every word a targeted ad popped up with a decent looking duramax at stark auto. “Eh what can it hurt to look” I said. And after a few hours of deciding I wanted that truck! Ryan was so helpful I don’t know it this google review will allow me to write all the positive I have on this dealership. I have a TERRIBLE credit history. I knew 100% I wasn’t getting financed. But why not try. 2 hours! If that! Ryan was calling with some options! I couldn’t believe it. Not only did he get me financed he got me where I wanted to be. This may not sound like much but I have been denied a few times this year. They are so easy going, relaxed and no pressure. 2019-07-30Great place. Ryan was very honest about the vehicles I was interested in. No pressure to buy. Very helpful getting me the information I requested and in most cases within hours. He went so far as setting up a video chat so he could crawl under the truck to get me a look. Everything went smooth from the paperwork to the 3.5 hour drive home with the new vehicle. The truck was every bit of what he said it was. Clean inside and out all the way down to the oil. I will definitely spread the word with my friends here in Michigan. Great line up of trucks as well.

2018-01-02Very excited to purchase my second vehicle from Stark Auto Sales. I had a million questions which Julie and Eric were very patient in answering all my questions. I had been to a few other places and Im so happy I ended up there. The whole process of buying a vehicle is so stressful and I felt totally at ease with Julie and the rest of the staff. Everyone was so nice and patient with me. I felt like they took the time with me to make sure I was happy. Ive never had any issues with it, three years later and its still a great and reliable truck for me and my family. I will be purchasing another vehicle later this year and theres no doubt I will be returning to Stark Auto Sales even though I now live almost 3 hours away from the business. 2020-09-25I had a fantastic experience with these guys. Found the truck I was looking for. Had an issue with the vehicle after the first few weeks and when the warranty company refused to provide the service that they were contracted to do they took care of the cost themselves. I will absolutely be back for the next vehicle that we need. They got rid of that warranty company as well.
