Slow customer service for 2 drinks I was there 25 minutes waiting in line.
There seems to be a new person at the drive through weekly (yes, Im here every week) but theyre always cheerful, attentive, and they get my order right! Although they make suggestions theyre never pushy and once you tell them thats it they stop and ring up your total. Unlike other places. The drive through usually moves fairly quickly, the people here are friendly and efficient!!!!! 😁
This Starbucks is great. My kids spilled a Frappuccino in the back seat today. They gave me napkins to clean it up (we were still in the drive through). After cleaning the mess I went in to wash my hands and order another drink. They gave us the drink for no charge and even brought it out to the cat for me. Excellent customer service. Really appreciate the kindness and compassion today for an overwhelmed Mom. THANK YOU TWINSBURG Starbucks!!!!

I order from here all the time but was really disappointed this morning because the tall flat white, which is supposed to have 2 shots of espresso, had NONE. It was ALL milk. I called the store because I was already home when I realized and the worker said I had to come back in to get a refund. If I had time to go back in I would have so I could get the what I paid for. They werent even apologetic.
They never have to carry out open I don’t understand how hard it is to take care of customers let them order online and let them pick it up inside it’s not rocket science. Not everyone can go through the car drive-through
Server welcomed the pair in front of me before taking their order. When it was my turn I said, “Good Morning!” and received a blank stare in return. My order was delicious as ordered. The shop was small and the only comfortable seating was near the door on a cold day. The bathroom was surprisingly clean which brings this store an additional star.
Horrible service, The 2 drinks that i ordered (Caffe Mocha) were not done right. My order took 25 minutes inside and it was wrong. They gave me tall quantity in a grande cup without whip cream for a caffe mocha that doesn’t make sense.
The coffee was at the really good starbucks level, but there was a major problem with the staff. While I was in there were six orders made and half came back incorrect. Im rating four stars because the coffee was delicious. If the service is good when I return itll probably turn into a five star review.
Very nice staff. I go through the drive thru. They always have menu items to suggest. Theyre not always speedy but theyre not afastfood place. Everyones always clean. My drinks are always made correctly. So my moneys well spent. Thanks guys.
I really hate complaining and sounding like a Karen, but OMG. This is the worst one in my area. Slow even if you mobile order and there’s no line, always incorrect, you ask for something and you most likely won’t get it! The manager on duty, Skye or Sky (unsure of spelling) is extremely rude and does not solve the problem. I mean, this location charges more for their stuff yet everything SUCKS. I spent 20+ dollars on an order and it’s all incorrect and tastes terrible. Thank you for ruining the morning!
In the time of having a newborn could not be more happy with Starbucks
This is a really busy location, so waits during peak times, especially in the drive thru are expected. I only docked a star because, when I am paying over $7 for a drink, I really expect it to be as advertised. I ordered an Ultimate Caramel with a shot. The whipped cream was just regular whip and the drink itself was so sweet there is no way it had espresso in it. It was fine, but not what I expect from Starbucks.
If you want to wait 30 minutes for a drink and have it taste unlike every other Starbucks (and not in a good way), then this is the location for you. If you want fast and fresh, drive the few extra minutes and go to the one in Target in Macedonia.

The staff at Starbucks Twinsburg is always very friendly and helpful. My review though is more generally about Starbucks as a company.And there reqlly isnt a lot to say about Starbucks. They are just simply an amazing, innovative company. Their quality is unmatched and they should be proud of that they have accomplished.Also their mobile app is just incredible. It is more an experience then anything. I am truly impressed with how user friendly and intuitive it is.
Starbucks will forever be my favorite coffee. It just doesn’t compare! The staff at the Twinsburg location are always so friendly and helpful. It can definitely get busy, but what Starbucks doesn’t? I will definitely continue to go to this Starbucks!

First off, I am here almost everyday, so my review might be a little bias. Staff is always courteous, and prompt. Service is always as quick as it can be. Interior has been recently updated as of July 2017, to a very nice, clean and modern look. Drive thru can get backed up in the mornings, depending on what time it is.
This is probably my favorite local Starbucks. Everything is always fresh, they have fixed multiple drink mistakes from another location, and the staff is always friendly.Erika is always there, very personable, and a great barista.
I told them I needed to be out in 10 minutes when I ordered my pour over. At that time I was the only one in line. The person waited on three other people that came in after me. I asked her when mine would be done and THEN she started mine. I ended up leaving with half decaf and have regular since it was way over 10 minutes. Ill go to the Macedonia one next time. Oh and then the manager shouted out that they are doing no more pour overs at this time. They werent busy!
No dark roast coffee at 1:30pm on a Monday. Workers were polite

First of all, every single time I go I receive amazing service. Bar none. Chik-fil-a type of service. I work in twinsburg and pass two other starbucks on my way to work and always way till I get here. Marissa the barista is the best.
Extremely slow service through the drive-thru. Had a mobile order for triple espresso/heavy cream which was flipping cold and a mdark roast coffee that tasted like water.
Basic Starbucks, generally the staff is pretty good. Ive had my drink made incorrectly a couple times but it was taken care of with minor fuss. Medium sized seating area and tiny parking lot out front.
Love their coffee. Its so strong, its like they pour espresso into a coffee pot, fill it to the top, brew it and serve it as coffee. Super strong. Love their fruit and cheese box. So delicious!
This is the slowest Starbucks EVER! Regardless of the time of day, they are SLOW. And my breakfast sandwiches are never heated all the way through, I always have to check it before I leave so they can reheat it.
Sure its corporate but yummy, consistent coffee drinks are our jam and the Twinsburg baristas rock!

I love starbucks and spend a lot of time at them but this location has messed up my order many times. Today I dis a mobile order of peppermint white mocha frap and they mislabeled it and gave me a pumpkin spice frap. I hate pumpkin...if I wanted it I wouldve ordered it. It looked like and smelled like pumpkin. The baristas should know the difference. Not happy
SLOWWWW! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 I had to pull over this time and finally leave this review. Im not a Starbucks bashed as I go here often but time and time again lately I visit at 6am when there is only 3-4 people in the drive thru to still find myself waiting 10-15 mins. Frustrating when you go 10 mins out of your way for coffee and spend another 15 in the drive thru, not even a Im sorry about the wait Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! 10 thumbs down! Will start making coffee at work.
Today got bad cheese danish. My husband saw a few insects inside the bakery case flying around but like a dummy, still bought a cheese danish. When he went to eat it, saw black specks on it so he threw it out. We were on a road trip so we couldnt return it.However, usually this is a good place.

Starbucks Coffee is the best, in my opinion! Its rich & smooth. I especially love their specialty frappucinos, lattes, & mochas! The service is good, I appreciate the Drive-Thru (esp with kids in the car), & theyre always professional & friendly.
The service today was terrible. It was 7:45 am on Sunday . The place was empty. The guy in front of me and I waited 5 minutes and we were not even acknowledged. Finally he said something to them and they finally took his order. They were too busy doing other things to take our order . Been in many Starbucks across the country. Never seen this before .
This location is always slower than others I have been to. Today it took 15 minutes in the drive thru with only 4 cars in front of me. Drinks and food do always come out perfect... just slowly.
The parking lot and drive-thru are terrible. Other than that it is just as awful as any other Starbucks in the world I guess.
My favorite Starbucks. Atmosphere is more relaxing, warm and cozy than the others that have a more industrial, cold feel. Acoustics are also better. Or maybe its that the customers at this location arent as loud and obnoxious as some of the others nearby :-)
The food and drinks are the same as any Starbucks, but it honestly has to be the slowest store I’ve visited. Mobile, drive-thru, or inside, expect to wait about 15 minutes.

This is THE ultimate white girl experience in Twinsburg OH. Typical good SB service, and typical bleh SB burnt bean coffee....of course, not this locations fault. Better than average cozy seating options. Probably best meeting spot on Twinsburg.
Typical Starbucks. Great coffee. There seems to always be a long wait. Pass on this location if youre in a hurry. Also, its a smaller location. I wouldnt recommend stopping here to study.
One of the baristas (Nick) makes my drink perfect everytime with pinpoint accuracy Ive been coming here for a long time great service everytime. It was June 10 2002 when I had my first sip of starbucks deliciously roasted coffee. I enjoyed every bit of the sweet yet dark savory roast as the warmth soothes my throat. Ive since then drink coffee on every 1st 9th and 15th of every month to award myself for not cheating on my beloved starbucks no other coffee establishment can compare to this fine place I will continue to drink starbucks coffee until I die.
I’m lactose intolerant and I asked for soy milk and was given regular milk. Also was handed a messy cup that had caramel all over it and rather than replacing it with a fresh one, they just stacked it in a clean one and iced coffee was leaking out of it.
Service and coffee was great. People in the drivethru line were inconsiderate but Starbucks was what youd expect!
I used to go here when they were in their previous location.. I have only been there twice since they moved.I’m giving 4 stars for everything else that deserves 5 stars , the cleanliness, the staff, the coffee and food ..This location is horrible .. I don’t even know how they managed to squeeze a drive through in.. but they did.. at the expense of parking .. there are so few parking places.. even the employees can’t park where they work.So it’s all good.. except you can’t park to go inside .. because chances are.. there are no parking spaces ..

2nd day in a row I order my drink and people that order 10 mins after me get there drink its a bunch of people working but no organization I order a salted Carmel mocha at 11:42 and didnt get it 12p. Thats ridiculous
This use to be my favorite Starbucks. Sadly the only thing consistent is the Baristas that consistently make drinks wrong. When you bring that to their attention that you asked for BLACK COFFEE with no sweetener youre looked at like youre crazy.
Everything is perfect as always.Dont forget to install their app to collect stars and redeem them for free drinks and more. Also you will jump the line by ordering in advance through the app.

What makes one Starbucks better than any other? The baristas. And while you wont find a authentic barista anywhere in a Starbucks anymore, I did find really nice and helpful staff at this Starbucks.
The weakest Flat White Ive ever had. Also, I would not recommend there Panini. It was a dumb idea thinking food would be good at a Starbucks...stick with the coffee.
This has to be one the best locations in OH- On numerous occasions they have made the best Caramel Macchiato I have ever had! Plus they are cool enough to respond to Tweets.

Not a lot of parking. Staff is kind of rude. The food and drinks are as expected. Nothing out of the park here. The staff holds many meetings at the tables, taking up space for customers, sometimes during peak times.

2022-07-01I really like this location, the drinks are always made very well. Although I did go in to the store and after ordering a mobile order, I ordered a pink drink with a splash of peach juice and when I received it the beverage was not filled all the way. I was very confused because it also happened to the person I was with as well, we both ordered venti drinks.

2022-05-18UPDATED 5/17I pre-ordered on the app and went through the drive-thru to pick up. Literally 3 cars in front of me and it took almost 15 minutes to get to the window. My drink was a quad white mocha iced venti and it looked like a very very light tan color. The Lime Coconut bars are extremely small, $3.25 each and boy oh boy if Im being generous push the icing down over the side and you might have been a 2 x 2 square. $15.00 for drink and 2 bars, lol thought I was getting one for later.....‐‐------- Previous Review ---------We all know Starbucks and their services offered, what makes each location stand out is the baristas and quality of the products made. This is one of the best that Ive ever been to. Friendly staff, products made the same as advertised and they go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied.

2021-12-03A smaller location without much space inside for folks to sit and do something while enjoying their drinks. Seems to be geared more towards drive thru service, for which there always seems to be a long wait. Service was solid, but not amazing.

2021-08-24Went there twice in an hour in the evening and was served promptly and respectful like. Drinks were fire and I would send any friends that this is the closest Starbucks to. Also girl with the pink hair was cute. Lol

2020-09-05Great Starbucks location. Have only order by way of their drive thru, pre and during COVID. But they have never gotten an order wrong. They are quick / efficient, can move cars along, while maintaining quality and great personal experience. Always polite/courteous. We live in between two locations, this is definitely the better one!
