The day I went in I had ordered online, decided to treat myself to some decaf Pike Roast with some extras added in. The store was drive thru or mobile pick up only in-store so it was nice I ordered ahead. My barista who was working on my drink let me know there wasnt any decaf Pike ready at the moment, that it could take another 5 minutes to brew, but the offered to do decaf espresso for me instead! Drink was super good- made to order other than the drink base replacement. This store always has super hard workers & are always super customer service oriented! I love coming here from time to time.
Horrible basically always sold out every drink constantly forgets to add your add on like cold foam very slow paced bad attitudes just basically the worst star bucks I’ve been too no one even greets you or anything acts as if your a problem to them
I was the only customer inside the store and I had to sit and wait 25 minutes for them to make 10 online orders before they made mine. It took 25 minutes.
This is a super duper Starbucks with great service. Special thanks to Kyle who is the first person I have met in America who can make an great cup of tea. I will definitely be back. Very highly recommended
Ordered inside right when we walked in and then waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks. Not worth it.
Stopped in at 2pm for a cup of coffee... apparently no one was in. The sign was lit up , no explanation as to why it was closed. The least you could do post a notice as to not waste my time
Starbucks is known for expedient and friendly customer service - beyond the prices of their assortment of coffee drinks, its the crux of the business model. I sat in a line of 12 or more cars for a full 5 minutes without moving. That alone makes it 1 star for not living up to the brand. I sped away in disgust.

I want to rate higher but they are inconsistent. Got a venti coffee this morning and it was 2/3 full. I mean really. This isnt the first time it has happened. For a coffee that costs over 5 bucks it should be right every time.
It was very good. Wanted shrimp tacos..the server said he could do that but brought me fish instead. Wasnt too happy but must say the fish was very good! So didnt mind so much!!
This was my first time at this particular Starbucks. The service was slightly slow especially since I was only one of two customers in the building. The covid regulations were being held up which is always great to see. My drink was amazing and the employees seemed to work well together.
I haven’t been able to taste anything for a couple of days and this chai tea latte opened up my senses enough to enjoy it. The drive-thru was long but it’s kind of expected and customer service was okay.
Lovely staff and they are always so helpful. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is there is a bee hive on the side of the building. I am severely allergic and will not be returning till that is taken care of. Such a shame since it’s the closest one to me.

Havent been in a SB in months but they were totally friendly and more than willing to make me a pour over! They did the creamer with a visual color approval and asked how many sugars I wanted. And let me tell ya.. they made my coffee great again! Ive been reminded how much better coffee was in thier hands rather than mine at home!
LOVE this Starbucks location when it’s open, but that’s just the problem. You never know when it’s open anymore. Their hours do not align with gmb and this weeks recent schedule change was not shared on social media like other changes have been in the past to keep me & other customers well informed. I think we all realize during covid times abrupt hour changes are normal, but this has been really inconsistent lately. I did however, really appreciate the heads up when they shared their hour changes and closings so I didn’t waste gas or my time.
My first time ordering was good, I got a stirred white mocha. It wasnt bad but it was pretty bland to be honest. Id go again though!

Happy Thanksgiving! Stopped in this morning to pick-up two coffees and the staff was fantastic. I was greeted with happy smiling face even under the mask you could tell. Thanks for working on a day most have off and doing so with a great attitude.

Wanted to order the tik tok water with strawberries and they rung it up as a tea. So Im like if im paying for a tea lets switch it out to a tea with strawberries and was declined I ended up having to pay almost $4 for some water with strawberries that was supposed to be 50 cent which was told to me when I first placed my order got to the window and it was a different story
Nice little place. They fixed their air conditioning locally it appears to help customers feel better inside. Staff was very friendly.

Amazing service as always. The employees are always so sweet! At odd hours but that could be for staffing issues or training. Regardless great service and going there always makes my day wonderful.

This places closes as the wind blows its open for dine in then next day its drive thru only then it doesnt open til one then it doesnt open til 330. Truly aggravating. No one ever knows of they are going to be able to get coffee or not. They seriously need to get it together.
The drive through NEVER moves typically taking near 20 minutes to get through. Mobil Ordering is pretty reliable and the coffee is made correctly 4/5 times.
Do they really want to sell short cups? Or blonde roast. Never have short cups or lids. Why cant a big company have cream to go
I swear this is the best Starbucks in the area!! I work in the area and I have NEVER had a bad drink. My mobile orders are always correct and quick! Especially when I have to get to work in under ten minutes. When Doordash messed up my order, they gave me free cake pops to make up for the dashers mistake. The drive thru is never too long and the service is always spot on and kind. I hope it never changes bc I will always come to this one! Clean as well :)
Nice interior, clean and spacious. Staff was nice and coffee was the usual Starbucks quality. Would have preferred more seats over a huge open space, but luckily there was enough chairs for our meeting after we moved around a bit.
High rates of inconsistency. The quality of the coffee really depends on who’s working there. Some days it’s good and other days it’s just not. Usually, the coffee is good, but today the coffee tasted watered down. And I’ve gotten their coffee during a power outage and it tasted better than today. For the most part the staff is friendly, but the food and coffee tastes different depending on who’s working that day. Today, the person working the drive thru had no idea what reload meant. I asked to reload $10 onto the Starbucks app and handed the person working drive thru a $20. Instead, she handed me 50 cents back & put $10 onto the app. I wanted my $10 change back. Not to mention that my order was messed up and the person working the drive thru didn’t even know the items on the food menu. It’s just these little things that can be a bit annoying. If the service was more consistent every time, instead of it being a gamble, then this Starbucks could easily be one of my favorite locations.

Good coffee drinks but expensive. Food not the greatest. Crew members always provide exceptional customer service. They often forget to add sweetener to my iced coffee when I specifically asked for and on receipt.
Awful experience at the twinsburg location. Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. No idea what was happening inside but this is not the first time. Use Macedonia instead if you are able.
Used to love this starbucks pre-pandemic. However since Pandemic it has gone down hill.I get stores are hiring whoever they can but TRAIN YOUR STAFF. Have a manager thats not 16 or 18.Usually were always told to wait a minute please at drive through after sitting there for 10-15 minutes.Then I order a simple refresher with extra berries and no ice.Usually the label gets typed correctly but the people making the drink fail to or cannot read the labels.They either put in ice or dont do the extra berries, sometimes giving me NO berries.Then seem p*ssed when I tell them theyve read it wrong.Today I went through the drive through with my Mom and she said EXTRA berries and we got none typed on the label.I very annoyed said she said extra. You miss heard and the girl looked p*ssed.Still barely got any after the hassle.Please train your staff to listen AND read!!Customer service is important and PAYING ATTENTION to what the customer wants is important. Not just assuming every refresher or Coffee is Made the same
Probably the worst location I have been to. They have weird random hours, closed a lot. There are many times I go and they dont take drive through orders or someone is asleep in the back, not sure. All I know is that I gave many chances to like this location, but they have failed multiple times.
I have visited this location now twice. Yesterday I was given an attitude when I pointed out politely that they were making my drink the wrong way. Today with one person in line inside in front of me, I waited 16 minutes before I finally had enough and asked for my money back the barista‘s were enjoying Talking between each other not a care in the world for customers waiting so Wen Star is giving them too much credit

Tried to use my card I recieved over phone. They acted like they saw such a thing. Feeling disappointed they were unable to work with or help my disabled daughter. We have $18.00 in gift cards on phone yet my daughter still paid almost $7.00 for a cup of coffee this was unacceptable to me. Very disappointed in the Starbucks in Macedonia. She had barcode pin number yet they were oblivious on how to use the card. Made my daughter feel less than when it was the clerks mistake VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED not very inclusive to the disabled who had what she needed.
I use this Starbucks about 2 to 5 days a week. I usually online ordering they havent gotten any of my orders wrong and my orders always ready for me. The few times that I have ordered when I get there, they have been quick at get my orders done.
I waited an hour, passing several other restaurants, just to get the roasted tomato basil sandwich here...and they gave me the wrong sandwich. I didn’t realize it until I was already back on the freeway. I don’t like the sandwich they gave me and had to throw it away. I’ll be starving for the next 2 hours until we arrive at our destination. Thanks for being so conscientious.
They make a great Carmel macchiato. Also I had a fantastic nitro cold brew.

I come here far, far too often. The staff knows my name and they get my drink ready when they see my car in the parking lot. Everyone is extremely nice and is kept very clean and accommodating.
Im not a huge fan of coffee, but I love pumpkin and I tried the cha tea with the pumpkin cream it was out of this world! I would order all year round

Its a Starbucks. Nothing different here. The new design is dark and hard and loud. Its like getting coffee in a school cafeteria. Its the same Starbucks coffee youll find everywhere else, not particularly good, but not particularly bad. Independent coffee shops continue to spring up, so hopefully people are finally getting tired of mass produced culture.
Good job in general, tried the nitro cold brew with sweet cream. They were having issues with the nitro system but eventually got it sorted. Once I sat down got this cool video of the drink (settling?).
Service is getting bad here. Last two visits for me 10-15 wait for just a regular coffee, nothing special. Just clunky service and watching the staff poor communication. Don’t go here if your in a rush.

Starbucks coffee is one of the best coffee places Ive been to. Its a great way to start off a morning or keep you going through a long night. The only downside is that the prices are somewhat high.

I use this Starbucks drive thru a minimum of 3 days a week. There is usually never a line and even if there is, it moves very fast!I would also like to make a shout out to a most pleasant drivethru host Alexandria.Not only does this young woman have one of the most positive attitudes but also makes mOST morning complete with a random compliment!We dont know each other besides for our passings here. She goes out of her way to bring a bit more happiness to a strangers day.Compliments and coffee! What more can we ask for.Thank you to the Macedonia store for starting my mornings off right!😁

2022-06-22Overall, I have had great experiences at this location. Friendly and helpful staff, good food, and a nice overall ordering experience.The only negative thing Ive experienced is being given a sausage sandwich instead of the impossible one more than once. Im not a vegetarian or anything (I just like the impossible better) but if I was I wouldnt be too happy.Overall, though, great. Just double check your food if youre a vegetarian :)

2022-04-23Absolute worst Starbucks experience in 20 years of being a customer.Waited over 20 minutes for an Americano. I counted 28 cars go through the drive through and I didnt start counting until I had already waited 10 minutes. The woman in front of me walked out without her order and didnt even ask for a refund.There were a total of 7 people working behind the counter. Thats not good management. I understand that drive through takes priority in any fast food establishment, but it definitely shouldnt happen at the expense of paying customers time

2022-06-18Absolutely horrific service today! Waiting over 25 minutes for an in store order they keep taking orders and are not working as a team to get orders out. Absolutely deplorable work product from this staff. Will not be coming back to this location and will go to Twinsburg that atleast has half the wait.

2022-06-07Update: now there is a regular schedule that seems to be honored. Service is good and drinks are good.This starbucks is EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE. For the past MANY months, it has been closed at unexpected, random hours. There is no rhyme or reason to when it is open or closed. It should close for good until it is able to operate in a reliable fashion.

2022-03-06Was unseasonably warm day, tried their custard. Line was long, but moved quickly. I had chocolate, my daughter had small concrete. Custard was dense but flavorful.Chocolate was rich and natural tasting

2022-01-05Sadly, this Starbucks is always closed when I try to stop there. They put a cone in front of the menu board and tape a sheet of paper with their hours on it, which are extremely limited and constantly changing. One time I went after work around 5pm and the sign said open from 7am to 3pm. So, I go back a week or two later at 730am and they are closed with a sign saying 9am to 9pm. So I stop in the evening next time, around 6pm and it says open from 10am to 5pm. Just returned from another attempt because Google search said open until 9pm. At 8pm it was closed. I didnt bother to pull around to the menu board to see what the hours will be for the next few days. I give up!EDIT: Decided to give them one more try yesterday (01-04-2022) at 12:15 pm. There was a sign in front of the door saying Drive-thru only which was fine as that was my plan anyway. I noticed the guy in front of me sat at the menu board for a long time before pulling around and I never heard him place an order. When it was my turn, I waited and waited but nobody came on the speaker. I pulled around and there didnt appear to be anyone inside? By this time there were literally 8 to 10 cars behind me. I saw one light on inside the place but no movement. Maybe someone was hiding in the bathroom? I eventually drove away empty-handed as I assume everyone else did as well. Good times.

2022-03-31Ordered iced grande decaf soy latte. Received hot milk latte. They corrected it re-using the same cup after I said I have an allergy. So swollen throat after a few sips. $5 down the sink. Just wanted a little treat on my 15th wedding anniversary. I quit ordering online. Now I wont go through drive thru either so I can watch the barista. Rarely go anyway so they wont miss my business. Used to love Starbucks.
