I think they have forgotten how to service for customers who are in the store. I came in cause my power was off due to maintenance and from the start it really didn’t seem like anyone cared about the ppl in the store but more the drive thru. I had to go up twice to remind them of my drink that I was waiting on and then when I ordered lunch my food was placed in mobile and my name not called out and so it was sitting for around 20 mins before the worker brings it to me with a mumbled, nonchalant sorry. To show how long the food sat there, the cheese is one combined blob and not melted and the bread is just slightly warm. I really just don’t get it. Especially when the inside is not crowded (4 people) so keeping tabs on your guests and what they ordered and placing it in the correct spot so your guest knows their food is ready should be easy. Also, making drip coffee without needing to be reminded should also be easy.
Always super sweet staff! I love the iced chai it’s my favorite drink, I 100% recommend and it’s also a drink baristas like because it’s easy to make. I love the atmosphere, it always feels like a safe space. (Plus the seats are super comfy). Please be kind to the baristas :)
Been here 4 times and twice had issues with my order.Be aware ordering by mobile, they may be out of the flavor syrups. They will offer other flavors but be aware if you pay by mobile. I paid almost a $1 extra by app for a customized drink and ended up with a regular coffee.
If you choose to visit this Starbucks, this is most likely what you will see. There is no rhyme or reason to when they decide to close. These are just two examples of the many times I have pulled up, only to see this. Today, they accepted my mobile order, I was charged for it, only to arrive and see that they’re closed and I had no way of obtaining what I paid for. How is a location supposed to maintain a loyal customer base if they are this inconsistent and unreliable?
Update:Since my initial review, the service and experience has improved. The staff seems to be much more interactive and efficient. Updated to 5 star from 2 star.------This location has been opened for around a month now. The products and menu is your typical Starbucks menu. You can order in person, through the drive thru, or thru the mobile pick-up.If you order via mobile pick-up, and you pick-up inside, be ready to wait forever for your drink. Theres a sign on the counter for mobile pick-up but they dont use this as a COVID-19 precaution. Rather than removing the sign and rather than calling your name when your mobile order is ready, they place your order on the back counter. If you stand up near the counter for assistance, no one will acknowledge you unless you call someone out. I witnessed this this morning when a woman was tired of waiting for her mobile order and had to go up and ask for her drink.When I mentioned its confusing, she said its because of COVID-19. Well then remove your sign that says Mobile Order Pick-up. Its not like its permanently affixed to the countertop.
Please train the baristas on how to make a doubleshot on ice correctly. Ive been here 4 times and ITS NEVER correct. Im trying to give this location a benefit of doubt because its in my local neighborhood however, im not happy constantly getting an incorrect drink. Please do better.
Very pleasant surprise, this is not just another extraneous starbucks. Over the years i’ve frequented the store on 3rd st with no complaint other than the lack of basic accessibility due to parking restrictions. At this store, however, not only are parking spots available on either side of the building, but there is also a drive-thru option. Now, on my way to work, it is much more convenient to swing through this location, saving time and frustration.
Seriously? How do you decide what days you’re opened or closed.... if the sun is out? if it’s rainy? I was so excited to see this store open with a drive thru, however not only is this quite literally the slowest starbucks in the city but they are NEVER open!! It such a waste driving here specially just to turn around and have to drive elsewhere. Get it together!!!
Anytime I come here there are closed ive came here and they was closed at 1pm then they have a note stating they will start closing at 8 so I pull up today and again they are closed it is 7:44pm and they have a note the cafe is open welll it’s not I’m just curious as to why they are continually closed
Gotta love when you order at 120, sip when you are waiting on your wife’s coffee, burn your tongue and ask “was this at 120 like we asked?” And get argued with—drive all the way home and test it STILL at 144 degrees after the drive in 42 degree weather. Thanks @Starbucks:-/

2022-04-27Absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too! I’ve been here a few times the past years and have never had a good experience. 6 months ago I ordered on the app..get there and it’s not open. I’m line for over twenty minutes and can clearly see workers inside but no one says a thing. Eventually after honking at the window for 5 minutes, the rudest woman says they are short staffed and can’t make my coffee but if I went to the other store they can. Waited 6 months to try again to see if it changed..nope..even more terrible. Waited over 20 minutes for a mobile order with no apologies. My drink was sitting for a bit while I waited when no one announced my name. It’s sad that they can’t get themselves together at this store especially when there is one 5 minutes away that is flawless. Will not come back again!!

2022-06-10Okay, these baristas know what they are doing. I come here 3 times a week at least and my drink is always perfectly made. They are always super nice no matter how hard their day has been (I work in the service industry, Ik it be bad sometimes) but this is a shout out to the beautiful babe with the purple eyeshadow, thanks for being a shining light!!! Remember people, it’s JUST COFFEE!

2022-05-12How does one location run out of venti cups? There are plenty locations around the city you could burrow from. I feel the leadership at this location needs some additional training. It’s not abnormal to come in and have to wait to place an order while they stock cups, ice, etc. The district manager should understand they are loosing money with not having venti cups.

2022-06-18One of the slowest Starbucks Ive ever been too. Usually Starbucks baristas are hustling and trying to go quick, but not the ones at this store. Will be trying to not return to this one.Edit: it was 15+ minutes for an americano. Shots and water. Over 15 minutes.Edit 2: now 20+ minutes.

2022-05-09All I can say is.....If a customer orders a 🍓STRAWBERRY ACAI drink, please tell them during the order, that youre OUT of strawberries. So the customer can decide, other options and or reply accordingly. Please dont tell us that youre out after sitting in a 10+ line of cars, at the window.Also if you dont have 100% of the items for a customers drink(example...strawberries)Then use that same energy to deduct from the cost, of the customers drink. Why pay FULL PRICE for a drink, that lacks the ingredients to make that particular drink? Versus paying for pink, ice water. 🤔

2022-06-19I order a simple latte every time I go to any Starbucks. This location manages to make it differently every single time. Some times I just order a refresher because I am not equipped for the disappointment a latte will bring.

2022-04-21The most ridiculous drive thru potholes!!! At least 6 inches deep each bottomed out my car! I told the guy at the window there’s 3 large potholes and the potential damage my vehicle could have and Starbucks needing to repair their drive thru.. His response was “The landlord won’t fix it” ok well then Starbucks needs to. OUTRAGEOUS

2021-12-15Drinks are to Starbucks standard and the staff is really nice. But this location is always under staffed, closing early. Their supervisors don’t order syrups or food to par which results in a lot of shortages.

2021-03-16Quick and friendly service. Im annoyed because a drink where I ask for light ice still has half the cup filled with ice. For a drink that is over $5, I want more than a half cup of what I ordered instead of half ice. Frustrating.

2021-11-06I can’t stand coming here. Have tried so many times to give them another chance to make it better and every time I am disappointed. They always seem to have enough staff but they seem to always be goofing off leading to me waiting longer than I get at any other location. I’m all for people having a great time at work but it seems like every time I go they make a mistake. For example, ordered a drink, saw people behind us get their drink, asked if mine was being made, it was sitting on the counter half done, they threw it out started over and just kept joking and laughing, not every apologizing for any inconvenience. Just kind of a disappointment which is unfortunate since I’m so close by!
