Awesome and fast service. Drinks and food are great!
Sure, Im not really a big fan of Starbucks to begin with, but, if Im forced by circumstance, I choose to do my Starbucks -ing at the Starbucks inside the Bowling Green State University (BGSU) student union. While heavily trafficked by the BGSU campus community, there never seems to be a time when theyre too busy to deliver quality service.
I loved having this starbucks right on campus! When I went here, you could use some of your dining plan to get starbucks which was awesome! This is also a great place to meet up with friends to hangout or study.
Great staff, but if you order something that is not on their menu, they will not do it right. Maybe a little bit of training is needed!
They make the drinks right and are always super nice, what more does one need at Starbucks?

They have addictin coffee and hot coco. Prices could be better but it can be worth the splurge at times.

2022-09-03Idk how this place had such a high rating. Regardless of when I order or how busy they are they take ages to get drinks out. Absolutely no organization going on back there. They just make drinks as they come with no cares given to when the order was put in. Go off campus for your drinks. The Starbucks at Kroger is 1000x better.

2022-09-13This is so ridiculous. Line is 50+ people long. EVERY TIME I go. They also dont accept stars so dont even try. Tried to redeem my free birthday drink and they said nope. Okay, we are already broke college students and you just want us to empty our pockets. Cool.

2022-02-07I understand that this is ran almost completely by college students, but they’re always so extremely rude and give off the worst freakin attitudes. Doesn’t matter how nice you are to them, they also never listen to what you say and if they mess up it’s always “you need to clarify” even if you did. I’ve experienced and have seen several instances about this.

2021-08-06Strawberry acai refresher was great, make sure to add lemonade. Usually my drinks have a ton of ice in them and todays did not.

2019-10-09I bought a cup with my order and asked to put my drink in it, very Berry hibiscus. They left the paper instructions for the cup inside my drink.

2021-10-26Wait time is ridiculously long. Plan on waiting 45 minutes for a coffee. Nice selection of sandwiches, staff is kind but long lines and low staff make for a very long wait.

2019-11-07So ungodly busy, and they dont retain baristas (college problem) long enough to have a super well trained staff. However, theyre nice and they try super hard to make it right. Theyre moving to a less cramped location soon so that will be cool

2019-06-19Long wait time which is typical for a college location. But the real problem is the fact that they dont follow the instructions because one time I got a strawberries and creme frappuccino and I could of literally put a straw in a jar of strawberry jam and tasted the same thing.

2018-06-27Cute place! Staff member let me trial a sample of the nitro cold brew while in break. Very courteous. Definitely worth paying a visit :)
