I think you should get some EMPLOYEES THAT DO LESS RUNNING THEY MOUTH AND TALKING AND SO THEIR JOBS !!!
Takes a long time, the one in avon is faster. Needs more and better trained employees on the busier days

2019-04-15Heres my problem with Starbucks, they move further and further away from being a coffe shop and closer and closer to a fast food restaurant each year. They took what made them successful in the first place and abandoned it for more profits and less customer service. Starbucks is typically fast and efficient so it does have its advantages but if you want to stay and enjoy your day then please continue to support your local coffee shops, they rock and the atmosphere is always relaxed and comfortable!

2017-09-17I love this Giant Eagle but the starbucks inside really sucks. The workers have a terrible attitude and they dont follow the instructions I told them (heavy cream is not the same as half and half). Im going to either brew my own coffee before coming for groceries, or drive all the way to the Starbucks by commons. Avoid this place.

2020-10-03Problem is between loud music and masks no one can hear anyone thus wrong drinks being made....great staff. Manager should monitor loudness of music.

2018-06-24The coffee is hot and fresh. I prefer the light roast. We like to stop in after church and get coffee and donuts and sit at the tables for lively conversation
