I needed a set of blueprints copied & laminated. I took them in on a Sunday afternoon, there was 1 girl working in the print center. She said it would take a few hours because they were busy. I told her I would pick them up the next day. I called there Monday afternoon as I still had not received a call saying they were done. I was told they just finished them. This had been a full 24 hours. I picked up the job and drove an hour home. I was quite disgusted with the job that was done. 1 of the prints was not fully laminated it was ran through the machine obviously crooked. There is a good 2 feet of laminate hanging off the other side. It was 1 continuous sheet, not even cut apart. Oh and for this horrible job I paid $78. I called and spoke to a manager, he offered to re-do the job and give a $20 discount. I guess to him an hour drive each way is nothing. I told him in the future I wouldnt have them do this type of service. His response? Ok then.Never again!

First lady greeted me. Very kind and offered any help. However as I proceed to checkout they are talking about $/hr they make as well as the cashier was unprofessional. She had her phone in her hand texting the ENTIRE time she was checking me out. The walks away after handing me my receipt and said in an unpleasant tone under her breath have a good day as she was still texting.

I went to this staples because I was looking for a new charger for my MacBook Pro at Walmart and they didn’t have any in store. So I called Staples, specifically asked for the charger for a 2015 13’ MacBook Pro, they said they had it available. I go there, the staff greeted me after I walked through a few aisles, but seem disinterested and picked up talking again immediately after I was greeted as if I wasn’t there. I went to the cashier because whoever I spoke to said they would hold it for me there. The cashier (Alexis) was sweet and helpful. Her daughter was behind the counter and interrupted a few times. It was a little unprofessional, but I didn’t mind her being there. I checked out, left and went home. Mind you, I live over 45 minutes away. I did not bother to check the product as I specifically asked for it and I figured it was the correct item. I got home, it was the wrong charger. Made for a 2012 MacBook Air. So basically I wasted my time and spent $90 on a product I can’t even use. I checked to see if the charger I need is in stores online and it said no, so I can’t even exchange the item. Now I have to put my workload on hold, return this item at staples and then travel over an hour to another city to a Best Buy when I could have just went to Best Buy to begin with if they had told me they didn’t carry the charger. I will not be returning.

Today was my last time I ever attemt to just shop at staples vs going mainly because they have a item I need. I go in to find a computer microphone for my husband. Looked online before heading to the store. Online states 4 are in stock I walk in, and I get a hi from a empolyee... I walk around the store looking for awhile by the time I have made about 3 trips around, threw each rows several times, I decided I am not going to get any help, I will go find some one. When I see the gentleman that said hi. I walk up wait until eye contact is made, and I ask I could have some help (should him the picture with name of the product needed). He comments back oh, so now you want my help.... Umm what? Seriously....he comes around takes me back to the area that the item should be located, there is not item slot or item in the shelf. He states i am going to look in there are any in the back after a few minutes he comes back and says well congratulations you have found one of the products that have walked off and out of the store...umm you can order one on online or place the order at home but it will take a few days to come in... Then just stands there and awkwardly stares off into space. I just say thanks for the help as i take the items i picked up while i was waiting for him to return from the back. The cashier was a younge man with a very bad attitude. He processed to basically bad mouth his manager (come to find out was the guy who was working with me!). He states to me how i guess becoming manager, you can get a big head and cant help any of your empolyees, it doesnt shock me we dont have any of thouse mics our security system is basically non existent. Go to walmart they will have it....ect.ect by this point i am just wanting to get my items and leave i was uncomfortable and over all shocked in the entire visit. Like i stated befor i will go if they have a item i need, but customer service needs to be reconsidered...(oh and walmart did have the mic i need😊 )

I like Staples. Its not convenient for me to stop in there often otherwise I would probably do so more often. But they have a very nice selection of items and as far as I know the only place in town can make copies. Ive generally found the staff to be very helpful.FYI they take old computers for recycling.

My experience with this store was terrible.I just needed three copies of an emblem, and they could not get that done. It took 20 minutes for the too tell me that there system was freezing up and the wasnt going to be able to do the print job

Went in to buy a new computer. After talking to Christopher about the problem I was having he suggested I try a few things first. Sad to say I still need a new computer. But he didnt use high pressure sales tacktics to sell me a new one right away

You must be a real idiot if you cannot work a fax machine. The person who sent this hit redial or just didnt care. It came to me not Clearwater Florida. I bet your customer appreciates that you share her $ info with the public.
