Outstanding guest services by Josh and his crew. We ordered business cards at our local Staples in Cleveland. Unfortunately they were out of the paper that we wanted. The Clevelandlocation refused to meet our needs in every way possible they wanted us to down grade what we had originally selected.( We would have gladly waited the extra day) but I am glad it worked out this way. I called Josh 10 minutes to the Strongsville location closing and Josh turned our negative experience into a very positive one. I cant say it enough how Josh helped us. He was able to see our order and he saved the day. I will now and forever use this location and travel the miles to get the upmost best experience from a great team. They truly care about the guest needs and have so much respect for the job they do.
