Went here to get some invitations printed. Employee told me that ALL of their printers couldnt print anything other than basic paper. Thats literally the only reason I had left to go to Staples.

I was in Staples located at 3601 Blvd Franklin, OH 45005. I was looking for printout some pictures. That happen today 08/22/2022 around 10:45am. The print & marketing supervisor treated me in the opposite way she want to be treated like a person and customer. She make me feel her great bad attitude. I think Staples need to follow-up the person they gave that position because a the end of the story business cant survive without customers.
