I understand store closes at 8 pm.. I asked Joey if I get In to print 3 emails.. Store closes at 8.. Less then 3 minutes is what I needed.. disappointment for sure. Loss of business over 3 emails doesn’t seem worth it, but to Joey and this location it is.

Terrible service in this branch. And on another occasion I arrived at the store, and they decided to close early. Staff were in the store but would not open the doors when all I wanted to do was drop a parcel off. Would not have been an issue if I had not arrived well before closing, but I did.

Staples on Ring Road in Harrison OH is one of Staples shining stars. Chock-full of quality merchandise/office supplies, creative and professionally displayed items and pleasant, cheerful staff. Exceptionally nice store. All items are easily displayed and easy to access. Each section has been carefully organized. Neat and clean. All shelving had no dust or clutter. The floors were clean. Stock was well maintained. They have a variety of phones, shredders, laptops, printers and various other office needs. Parking is easy and available. Enjoyable experience, value purchases and fun to shop. Staples on Ring Rd in Harrison Ohio will be my next office supply shopping experience.

Prices are reasonable and very good when things are on sale. Staff helped us pick out an office chair that was on sale. They also helped us determine that no additional tools were required to assemble. Very helpful staff. Easy to access and is a great office supply resource for the Harrison area.

Overall, Staples is a really fine store. The employees at the copying, printing, etc. area have always been very helpful & offer creative suggestions. I love their ARC notebook personal organising system!!

Called this location and asked them if I would be able to come in to get 3 documents printed. They told me to come in and I can send them to their email and it would only take a few minutes. When I came in I was rudely greeted and told i would need a thumb drive when I told her that I was told over the phone I could email them she finally showed me where the email address was. She then proceeded to tell me that it would take over a hour for her to literally print my 3 papers because she was to busy. I will take my business elsewhere for now on. The fedex store will gladly print my papers and not tell me they are too busy. I will never visit this location again.

I was looking for a FedEx Kinkos to make copies and send a 32 page fax. It didnt cross my mind that Staples had a very similar set up, but they do. The girls in the copy center were very helpful show no me how to use the machines and even printed an emailed document for me as well. What a lifesaver! The cost to print seemed less expensive as well. I may just seek out a Staples center next time I have printing needs.

I chose Staples over the usual printing vendor I use for work because when I came in I got a good price quoted and I was assured that the job would be finished quickly (I was asking for five posters to be done in five days, and was told they would be ready in four). When I came in to pick them up, everything seemed fine but I should have looked at them before leaving - two posters had printed perfectly but the other three were completely wrong colors. My files had a blue and green color scheme and the three that were wrong were grey, brownish, and orange. The other two were exactly correct. I was annoyed but figured it was an issue with toner so I brought them back and asked for them to be reprinted. I was treated like it was my fault the colors came out that way (we printed from the files you sent so if we reprint it will come out the same way) - luckily I had brought all five back to show how two posters were right but the others werent. This seems like a quality control issue. If you look at the files on the computer you can see that they are not meant to be grey and orange. This should have been fixed when they first printed and were obviously incorrect, I shouldnt have had to come in and point out the problem.I was then told that it would take an hour to reprint the files and I would get a call when they were ready. An hour and a half later I called asking about when they would be ready and was told the second two of three still need to print. Well call when theyre done. I never got a call and I live an hour away from work so I decided to pick them up on Monday.I came in on Monday and the files werent printed. The associates had to call someone else who wasnt even in the store to find them, and she said that she had emailed me that the files were still printing incorrectly - but I have no evidence of an email in either my inbox or spam and I left two phone numbers in case I needed to be contacted and never got a call. I came back later in the day and finally two more posters were the correct colors, but one was still incorrect and had to be reprinted. I was promised that it would be printed that night and ready for pick up Tuesday morning. I came in Tuesday morning and the poster wasnt printed. The associate looked in all areas behind the desk and could not find it and finally decided to reprint the poster, assuring me I wont even charge you for it as if he was doing me a favor.This has been a nightmare and I would expect that when a store makes a mistake printing that I wouldnt have to pay for said mistake - especially when it happens again and again. Additionally, one associate told me that it was the file format that caused the issue, which doesnt make sense because the first two posters printed perfectly and all the files were the same - pdfs created from one InDesign document.Needless to say, I dont think I will ever use this Staples again.

It would be nice if someone had the courtesy to update the hours on maps so people wouldnt make a trip to Staples when they are closed. 😡
