2022-03-12I’ve only been coming here since office max closed . I went to pick up business cards and get other things done that have been getting done all week after work at 5pm and today , the girl told me that I would have to be there by 2:00pm to get things printed , that she had other things that needed to be done and they were about to close and it was only 7pm. Being inconsistent as a business can really mess with customers and what they have going on… fyi, they were fully staffed. Fairlawn-Medina location

2021-11-19Bought a new Chair here and when I opened the box someone had already used it! And the chair smelled like ****! Wouldn’t do business with Staples again after that experience, selling used items as if they were new.I will say the staff were very helpful getting me a new chair.

2021-07-29Google says their open until 8pm & sign on the door says 6pm. Drove out to come to this store specifically & they closed early without updating their hours. Disappointing

2015-10-30Went in STaples today and the kid behind the counter actually had the NERVE to tell me that he REFUSES to help people find things in the store, because he doesnt make enough to help people ALSO on top of his cash register duties!! REALLY?! WAKE UP MANAGEMENT!! and hire some COMPETENT people FFS!!
