St. Vincent was clean, friendly, efficient and professional. Ive been treated at a number of hospitals and St. Vincent is among the best. Dr. Mazumder and staff are excellent.

The emergency room staff was excellent!! It wasnt until I hot on the floor that my care deteriorated. The physicians were horrible. Even tho I was throwing up lots of blood and having very bloody stools to were my hemoglobin went from 11 to 7, they refused to treat my pain. I was told that I needed to force myself to keep the water and pills down and that no matter what I could only have 1 dose of iv pain medicine fir the whole time I had to be in ICU or the hospital and that I couldnt ask for anything again and that I should go AMA.I tried to ask the dr a question and she began to yell at me and tell me that her decision was not up for debate. I have never done drugs of any kind but the way that I was being treated was so very unfair and disrespectful. I will nit be returning.

Dr. Hasan Ebahwsha,. M. D. Very unethical. I only saw him for two months. Left numerous of messages to return call...never did. Some of his staff are liars and rude. N.please find a good reputable doctor ten months here in this state and I havent found a good doctor yet. Awful experience wanting me to take medication I am allergic to. How awful is that.

The staff at St Vincent couldnt be more sweet and caring. Dr Levy rocks and makes sure you know step by step whats going on. Overall a great experience for a surgery.

A joke of a hospital. Theyre one of the few thats as bad, if not worse than Metro Hospital in Cleveland. 1st I saw a spine surgeon in Solon Ohio, I waited 5 weeks to hear something and if I didnt call I wouldnt have known that the surgeon I saw didnt renew his contract. Getting ahold of anyone there is next to impossible. I saw a different surgeon there, 12/8/2021, and he wanted to do shots in my back again. Which they know that one they dont work on me and two they make me physically ill. And I think most importantly, one hand doesnt talk to the other. The Solon office has one of my test results (nerve induction study) and they never scanned it into their system. And the Independence office wants it. They should have access to it, unfortunately as stated they dont communicate, so now I have to call the original clinic I had the test done to get those results. Which they no longer have. I was told I need surgery as a result of a car accident, but all they want to do is run me in circles. When my back does go out again, Im going back to lake west hospital in lake county Ohio. At least with them theyre competent. Im forced to have the soon office to send in their final reports to my attorney for my accident. If they still have them, which I doubt. Oh, I almost forgot. My mother told me that their systems and their communication is so poor that my paternal grandparents went there for routine procedures and instead of helping, they died not even 2 months after they were seen there for those procedures.

Went to pick up a new pair of eyeglasses. My eye doctor, Marc Abrams is the best one that I ever knew. I told him that I want to see me when I die and he has granted my wish.

These workers are mad rude. I was scheduled for an appointment at 12. wasn’t called until 1:45 after already waiting 2 hours one day just for them to ask me to come back because there’s on to pick up the specimen was there.

I walked into St. Vincents in july 2020 - the height of the covid pandemic, I was experiencing a week long panic attack. Something like this had never happened to me before, I was hoping to be met with someone who would talk with me, provide care and ultimately provide some kind of relief. I was in no way a danger to myself or others, simply could not stop crying due to the extended derealization/anxiety.They did not admit me to the hospital but instead had a police officer escort me to a wing of the hospital that is a glorified holding cell, you are locked into this area and unable to leave until the doctor sees you. They confiscated every single item I had arrived to the hospital with, was interrogated by the security guard then told to change into a hospital gown. The bathrooms were covered in urine, months of grime and feces built up, truly disgusting conditions for anyone.I am college educated, employed, self aware, with no criminal record - which should not matter!! but this facility seems to assume that anyone who walks in is looking for hard drugs. This unit was clearly meant for people who were a danger to themselves/others. The police kept bringing in new patients who were said to be without housing and dealing with severe mental disturbances. The screaming and crying from the other patients escalated my panic by ten fold. I saw a nurse screaming at one of the detainees and raise her fist as to warn she was going to punch him if he did not stop asking for a blanket. This is a unit of overworked nurses and doctors who mistreat neurodivergent patients.I cannot speak for the main portion of the hospital. I walked into the emergency room looking for help and was immediately treated like a criminal. They held me against my will for 6 hours, would not let me call my family. Locked me in a room and told me to wait (3 hours) for the psychiatrist to see me. I was given a two week prescription of propranolol (used for people post heart attack/hbp) and basically told there was nothing else they could do to help me.There needs to be a better set up to help people dealing with severe anxiety. I left St. Vincent with more trauma than I arrived with. Please consider going elsewhere for mental health issues!!! Real help is out there.
