This place is falling apart. The hallway stinks and theres always trash on the floor. The drain by the door clogs up and floods people on the bottom floor. The bathroom smells like mold, the wood on the sink is rotting (also in the kitchen), but they just continue to paint over the mold, and the sticky tiles peel up. Instead of fixing them the landlord will hand you new tiles and expect you to repair the floor yourself. If your toilet stops working he will threaten to make you pay for anything that falls apart so you wont ask in the future for him to make repairs. Wind always blows through the windows all along the seams ALL the time so your heat/air bill will be out of control. They spray for bugs here but the stuff doesnt work because every time you go to change a lightbulb, expect to find at LEAST one dead roach in your fixtures. on the The pest control people are actually there looking for stuff in your apartment like a dripping faucet to save the landlord money, but if its anything else thats falling apart they dont care. Its always loud because the walls are paper thin and people yell all the time and play loud music until 5am on a weekday, AND before you move in make sure to check the appliances because theyre falling apart too. Go ahead and pull out the drawer on the stove, where you are supposed to keep pots and pans, and have fun scrubbing away at all that gunk build up. Also the floor isnt clean and the paint is a high gloss finish so you can see every detail from the people who were there before you. This place has been a nightmare since the day Ive moved in and I encourage you to take pictures BEFORE you move in, if you absolutely have to move here.

Full of roaches and management don’t take care of the environment. I lived in this facility for more than 5years and l couldn’t wait to leave. Everything is old and tenant have to pay for repairs. Mr Robert at times is very mean to the tenants. He threatens to add your rents if you complained.

Unbelievably rude couldnt even get price or availability of apartments
