My neighbor and good friend has made multiple appointments to have sprinkler system turned on. They no showed with no explanation and no phone call. I have left multiple messages with no return phone calls, leaving me stranded to find another company to turn on my system during the busiest summer month. Very poor customer service, and will not be recommending this company to anyone.

First appointment schedule 5/28/2021 between 12:30 and 2:30....no show no call...to top this off I took off of work that day to make sure I was home....spoke with them 6/1/2021...they told me that it was raining, so he couldn’t make it....FINE! WHAT ABOUT A PHONE CALL to let me know that...they rescheduled me for 6/7/2021 at 4pm... they also said they will try to get to me 6/4/2021 at 4 pm....if the service guy had extra time..called them 6/4/2021 at 10am asked if they are going to be able to squeeze me at 4....they had know idea what I was talking about and said that my appointment is set for 6/7/2021 at 4pm.....REALLY!....so today 6/7/2021 at 10am I called to confirm...now they told me I’m not scheduled till Friday....I said no it was today....the lady said she remembered me scheduled for Monday...I said that’s right...she said she would have to call me right back....OK! I’m still waiting for that phone call.... I have called them for 7hrs straight now.....and no answer......3 messages no reply...not a respectable company...maybe the went out of business since they stop picking their phone up, replying to messages and not showing up to appointments....here’s another kicker I had too leave work early today to making it in time for the appointment that never happened AGAIN!I will keep this review updated day by day....I’m sure tomorrow will be another interesting day..

Set an appointment to have my sprinkler system looked at on my home I just bought. That appointment was rescheduled due to cold weather conditions. The day it was rescheduled to I received no phone call stating they were running late or wouldn’t make it. I call the next day and explained the situation and was told I could be rescheduled again a week later. You have poor customer service and that’s without me meeting anyone from the company.

BEWARE! This company is no good . They came and did a v poor job installing our sprinkler system . My plants and trees that I had planted started dying because they were not getting watered properly . When I tried contacting them , no one is answering the call . I left plenty of messages and they are not calling back . I will not recommend this company to anyone

Sprinkler man did a great job. They fixed a problem that has been ongoing for a while that could not be fixed by others .. super nice and polite team.
