I was very pleased with the entire experience. My interactions with the receptionist were excellent. She provided a lot of help and was both professional and friendly. The dental assistant that took the X rays was also very professional an$ friendly while keeping me informed at each step. Dr. Gampa was excellent and offered thorough information and options not provided by a prior dentist. I felt very comfortable with his competence and obvious caring. I will return to this practice and recommend it to others.
I have had two cleanings at Spring Dental thus far and have such an appreciation for the staff. The hygienists each time have made sure I was always comfortable, pain-free, and tended to any need I had. They clearly care about patient care and dental health. Dr. Gampa is informative and kind. The receptionist, Robin, is very friendly and was super accommodating when I needed to take care of scheduling and last minute needed to switch my appointment time. Definitely recommend if you are in search of a dentist!
UPDATE!! I changed my 1 star review to a 5 star review!! Dr. Gampa called me personally to apologize for his rude past employees and their behavior. Our family decided to give his office another chance. I am happy with the service we received today and glad to say he has fabulous, polite new employees who made my son smile! My wife and I were scheduled one hour apart making it convenient not having to make 2 trips. This was our first visit and felt very comfortable throughout our time there. The staff was friendly and accommodating, made us feel right at home. The hygienist (forgive me if the spelling is wrong), Chyla did a fantastic job on our cleaning.If youre looking for a Dentist, they have my vote.
I like this place, But their service is based on what insurance you have. I was willing to pay cash and he discouraged me from getting any treatment Even though I was willing to pay cash. Ive been in pain for a long time and just need some help. I dont understand what happened to compassion.
First time at Spring Dental, super easy friendly check-in , staff was great fixed my problem painlessly and quickly. With Covid around many people are leery of going places, Dr. Gampa staff was extremely professional and put my mind at ease from the get go. I will be back for any dental needs i have.
Not a previous patient. Saturday afternoon the office was closed, Dr.Gampa was walking out. I was in emergency situation as a tooth had broken in half and fell out! He reopened theOffice did xray and extraction! Very compassionate and gentle. Definitely 5 Stars! Thank you Dr Gampa. We will be coming for all our dental needs.
Dr Gampa is very pleasant to deal with. He works quickly, getting you in and out in a timely manner. Dr Gampa is by far the best dentist Ive been to in regards to shots, you hardly ever feel even the slightest pinch, if anything at all.
Very well organized, and yet very understanding of my personal needs. Does not try to upsell me like many of the dentists in this area oh, but focuses on what needs to be done for your dental health. Exactly what you want in health professional. My wholehearted recommendations; you wont go wrong here
If I could give 6 stars I would ask why can’t I give 7 stars. That how much I enjoyed my experience and Spring dental. Making the appointment was pleasant. Robin really set the tone of the environment she works in through the phone. When I arrived, the I was a bit skeptical because it looks like someone’s house. Once I went in, safety first, hand sanitizer at the door and masks on. I was asked to sit down by Shyla and she went straight to work. And was positive the entire time. She really made me feel comfortable and talked to me and listened and prepared me on what she does and how everything was going to happen. I felt safe and informed with their process. She gave great advice, the Dr was friendly as well and if the dentist office was like this all the time, then I would go more often. Great job to all of you, you really made a positive first impression on me
It was indeed a true valued visit to see Dr Gumpa. He was able to give me a full assessment of my teeth and the way he explained me and suggested and made me to be more careful and how to look after my teeth.I recommend highly of this clinic for anyone with teeth problems.
I had back molars that have become extremely sensitive to cold and wanted them pulled. Of course the dentist insisted on not pulling them. He then Called to reschedule my cleaning 3 hours before my appointment. I’ll look a dentist who might actually listen.
Ive been in there several different times and everything went very well the dentist sure knows what hes doing when it comes to giving a shot for Novocaine he can do it and youll never feel it great guy I highly recommend spring dental

Words cannot express how much I love Spring Dental, but I’ll try my best! I have been a patient of Dr. Gampa’s for many years now (over 10!) and I’m ashamed that this is my first time writing a review. Better late than never. Anyhow, let’s start with Dr. Gampa’s bedside manner. He is personable, patient and listens intently to whatever issue is presenting at the time. He is knowledgeable and offers many options or solutions, while educating on each. When he is working on my teeth, Dr. Gampa is experienced, precise and eager to fix the problem. He’s also gentle while filling a tooth, applying a crown or examining a cleaning. Dr. Gampa’s staff are also one of a kind; from the friendly receptionist to the competent dental hygienist. And let’s not forget Mrs. Gampa, who occasionally blesses me with her kind presence in the office. At every appointment, everyone is courteous and professional, and greets me with a bright smile (no pun intended). I recommend Spring Dental to any and everyone, simply because the service and experience are unmatched. So if you’re in search of a great dentist and would prefer an office that treats you like family and not just a patient, look no further. Don’t hesitate to schedule your visit. Dr Gampa does great work. The hygienist that did my cleaning was extremely nice, and did a great job as well. The receptionist is very helpful and always a pleasure to talk to. She deserves a pay raise.

Ive been trying to find a good dentist for 3 years. I finally found them! The whole staff is excellent! Dr gampa was attentive and fantastic. The hygienist was just as excellent and the office staff was so easy to work with and very nice.
I have been going to Spring Dental for a few years and I have never been so satisfied! Dr. Gampa is the most friendly and caring doctor Ive ever seen. I went to the office today to have an extraction and it was the best experience Ive ever had....he and his staff were so attentive to me, making sure I was comfortable before, during and after the extraction. After going home, Dr. Gampa called me later in the evening to see how I was doing and I have never experienced before. Im 74 yrs. old and at my age, I dont always get people to treat me like that so I am very grateful. I thank him and his staff again for the wonderful care I received today.
Ive always been scared of going to the dentist office to the point it has placed my dental health in a bad place. However Dr. Gampa is the most caring Dr. I e ever met a d he truly cares aboit his patients and wants them to be comfortable and he does great work as well. I just love him and id recommend him to anyone looking for a great Dentist.
Been here for teeth cleaning. Receptionist helped me through the check in process and it was super quick. Dr. Gampa and his staff were courteous and explained clearly about my teeth health. After the cleaning they suggested few measures to be followed. They had enough parking space too. Overall it was a great experience. Would recommend.

I have to say Spring Dental was very easy to locate, very clean inside and out, the staff was very friendly and helpful, procedures for covid were being practiced with masks and hand sanitizer. I would definately recommend this place for all your dental needs👍
Very clean,fast,knowledgeable and professional. After my cleaning I felt throughly informed all of my concerns were addressed. They also provided me with a complimentary whitening pen as a new patient with my first cleaning and it worked AMAZING! Glad I chose Spring Dental❤️
Dr. Gampa and his staff are absolute sweethearts with just really sweet personalities. They are professional and do what they can to meet my needs. I have had tons of dental work over the years. Dr. Gampa has mastered the technique of numbing without the severe pain while injecting it. Ive been going to Spring Dental in West Carrollton for over 3 years and I cannot recall ever waiting more than 5 minutes to be taken back. Thank you.

I went for teeth cleaning and I was pleased with the quality of service. She did a excellent job in cleaning my teeth and Dr. Gampa thoroughly checked my teeth and suggested few things.
Rarely have I ever NEEDED to visit a dentist. However, I recently had a serious dental issue that needed attention and I was recommended to Dr. Gampas office. I took the suggestion and was completely taken in by the professional, and accommodating staff that worked with me. I broke my front tooth in a freak accident on the way back from school and Dr. Gampa was able to immediately supply me with a temporary replacement tooth. Within two weeks I was fitted with a permanent tooth that was a perfect match with my other teeth! No one in my class even knew of my ordeal. Dr. Gampa had great bedside manner, he was smart and competent and his prices were reasonable and i would go there again.

The staff are very friendly not only to patients but with eachother. Their service is very quick, very good, and very professional. The atmosphere is very warming with music and calming photos to look at. Also, free COFFEE in the lobby! I will be bringing my toddler here for his first appointment as well :)
I am blown away (in a good way) by how great Spring Dental is. I went in for a toothache and let them know I didnt have insurance. They assured me that they would do what they could knowing that. The Dr. listened carefully, took X-rays, answered all of my questions and gave me the number of a endodonics specialist.... all for FREE. I just... I couldnt believe it. I cant remember the last time I got something like that for free. I even got Xrays! I wasnt EXPECTING not to pay anything, but it was definitely a good surprise. And he was so super nice, too.If youre reading this thinking oh maybe theyll do that for me! dont count on it. I have been a patient for years but couldnt afford insurance this year. Im getting it next year, however, and will DEFINITELY be coming back to Spring Dental to see Dr. Gampa for all my cleanings and checkups. :) Thank you, Dr. Gampa.

Dr. Gampa and his staff are wonderful! I called in at 945 am on a Saturday, was seen by 1015 and was walking out by 11. Not to mention I was a new patient to the practice!!! Very curteous and professional. A gem of an office!
I had a gap between my two front teeth and wanted to get rid of it, so they put in some temporary teeth and I was so disappointed cause they looked like some Billy-Bob teeth and I had to wait two weeks (it seem like forever) before the permanent came in. I was really please with the permanent teeth. GREAT JOB SPRING DENTAL!!!! But I wish the price was a little cheaper

Good experience with doc and staff overall. X-ray machine could be upgraded, many clinics provide X-ray machines that doesnt irritate the pain.went for a wisdom teeth gum infection.

Almost lost my tooth, they said that I must pull out my tooth and i talked alot with the Dr if there is any way to fix it and he said no other option, but I decided it to go to another dentist and they said we can fix it and they did safe it.
It was the firs time I had been to a dentist in a while, they were warm, inviting and effective! I would go again.
Great staff, they got me in last minute on a Saturday and were very friendly. Even without insurance the prices are reasonable and the service was great.

2022-07-30I was extremely happy with my experience. Dr Gampa is very kind, as is his staff. I am one who absolutely hates going to dentists, but they made it much less stressful than it could have been. I will definitely go here for future dental work.

2022-03-25Dr. Gampa is very caring, very honest and very compassionate. I spoke to him prior to coming into the office. After my x-rays were taken he examined my teeth and told me he couldn’t continue. I would need to see a specialist. I was very disappointed that he couldn’t treat me because I felt VERY comfortable in his office. He referred me to a specialist, however they don’t take my dental insurance. I would VERY MUCH recommend Dr. Gampa !!

2022-07-25When I called to see if they were accepting new patients(they said yes), I also asked them if they accepted our insurance. They said yes. They called to confirm our appts. His wife even scanned our knew ID cards into their system when we arrived. Turns out they stopped accepting our insurance in 2017. They had so much time to tell me they didn’t accept our insurance. My husband is in the military. We’ve been blessed to have never really had a dental bill. Now we owe $513. I’m not sure if Dr.Gampa is falling on hard times too.. but this is not the answer. Hopefully he isn’t doing this to anyone else.

2022-01-07This was my first visit to the dentist Gampa office but I am sure it wont be my last. They were able to get me in today which was a surprise. They were very friendly and unfortunately my problem was not a simple fix they cleaned my teeth and gave me information on a oral surgeon. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.
