Had a horrible experience at spritzer Amherst. Brought my car to this location and it was like a night and day difference In the experience, kindness, and helpfulness! Worked with Pat who is so awesome. I felt like he treated me as if I was family. They even hand washed my car before I got it back!
I happened by the Spitzer Chevrolet by mistake one day, I was looking for information about a lease, but I did not know about the location of this Chevrolet dealer. I went inside and contact was made with Frank Mineo, now if you go up there you need to meet this fella, once he talks to you and knows what you want he won’t stop till he gets it for ya!!! He is a persistent fella!!! The rest of the staff is very helpful, and informative as well. I will definitely refer my friends and family to this dealership and when this lease is up they can expect to see me again!!Dale L.
Service Advisor Charles Pat Ballard is seriously competent, friendly, always smiling and always trying to help. Chevrolet service via Pat is always a pleasure and is the reason I choose Spitzer for needed GM certified service for our vehicles. Working with Pat is like having a friend at the dealership.
When I finally decided on the vehicle I was looking for, I reviewed the Chevy Equinox. I started getting messages from different dealers close to me. Mark, from Spitzer Chevy was the only one that kept pursuing me to come in and talk. I finally broke down and made an appointment. I arrived at the Spitzer, where upon I was introduced to Carmin Citraro. Carmin is a very friendly and informative salesperson. I felt very comfortable talking to her. I told her yhst I wasnt sure if I wanted to buy or lease. Carmin went over everything with me. I never had to haggle about anything. Whatever I stated I wanted, she obliged me.Carmin contacted me twice, theye knowy Equinox has arrived. When I picked it up, Carmin went over everything I needed to know. I was amazed on how much she knewI would recommend Spitzer Chevy, and especially, Carmin Citraro to family and friends when looking for a new vehicle.
I was told my oil cooler and feed and return lines were bad and the price to fix them would have been 1400.00. so i took the vehicle to a different place to have those items rechecked. turns out there was nothing wrong with them. the oil they saw was from over spillage from when i got my oil changed and it dripped down the trans. and collected dirt while i was driving. I am very disappointed!!!!!
The staff at this location was wonderful to me. I have been to other places (not GM) and they were just so-so. You are a wonderful group of people working there!I did not have a lot of questions to ask because they told me everything I needed to know and then some. Good job!!!
Purchased a new Chevy Cruze, now that it is just out of warranty its having issues and they want nothing to do with me. Might as well buy beaters if a car cant even make it to 120,000 miles. If you dont know what youre getting into, they will quickly and shamelessly take advantage of you.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
So I absolutely hate going to dealerships, nor do I ever right good reviews. I have always sold vehicles outright and never wanted to deal with trade-ins or getting screwed on the prices. This is the first experience with dealerships that was an absolute success. Brandon and Carmin did an exceptional job making me feel comfortable and giving me an offer I couldnt refuse on my trade-in. My appointment was at 0930, and I arrived at 0900. Brandon got the ball rolling and didnt have me wait till 0930. Very intelligent and no bs dealer that was going to waste my time. Brandon good luck in the future! Carmin went out of her way answering my questions, not only on a weekend, but a holiday weekend. I cannot thank you enough for that. She had everything setup in the background and was lightning fast with everything!I had everything finalized and the keys in my hand by 1100 before I had to go into work with my 4 runner. Tom had my financing setup quick and answered a dumb question the next day without hesitation. Overall, exceptional team and thank you, thank you, thank you for everything!! If I could give you guys 6 stars I would!
Wednesday evening got an OnStar Notification about a problem with my battery. Called first thing Thursday Morning and John said to bring it in. I was there 45 minutes later and Alec Dadas waited on me. He was exceptional! Explained things to me; kept me informed of repair status; advised me of what may need service in the near future. Kudos! This is why I keep returning.
My wife and I had a great experience with this dealership. Carmin and was very responsive, helpful and was able to get us into a new car without much of a wait. Everything went fast and smoothly. We couldnt recommend Carmin more. You will be glad you choose to do business with her.
I came in for an oil change initially, Pat shared there was some recommended work for my fuel injectors, so we had that taken care of as well. I had a small ding on my door handle during the process. It led to a series of conversations and trips to discuss the matter. I can tell you, Andrew took care of it and went above and beyond for us. There was a lot of patience and grace along the way, on Andrew and Pats part. Weve had our Suburban and other vehicles serviced there since we purchased from there, January 2017. The staff is always so pleasant, including Tom the porter, which in one of my visits waiting for my oil change and transmission flush, he drove me across the street (winter time) to grab some lunch to bring back. Always smiles waiting for me there. What a fantastic service center! They have really earned our trust!
So I need to start by saying this has been the best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had and the reason for that is working with Frank Mineo (Sales Associate). We began working together on finding my perfect vehicle in early September. Frank did exceptionally well with managing my expectations with the delay we experienced (computer chip shortage) over the last couple of months which I greatly appreciated. What I’m most impressed with and thankful for was his level of communication throughout this process. I guess he could just contacted me when it arrived today but nope, Frank stayed in touch with me weekly or biweekly for the last couple of months.As a person in customer service myself, I know how important building rapport and maintaining it really is. Frank is absolutely a great Sales Associate but more importantly, he’s just really a cool and down-to-earth person. I could not have worked with a more considerate and pro-active person. So basically, Frank is stuck with me; as long as he’s selling, I’m leasing or buying my next vehicle from him and each one after that.Ok, I guess I should talk about the Blazer right? Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Frank described it to me in great detail but seeing it……. 🤯. Just beautiful and handles extremely well. I knew this would be my next car the day I got my Chevy Equinox and here I am, smiling from ear to ear😃 My goal is to break the sound barrier in it at some point but we can save that for a later discussion.All in all, this has been the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I’ve ever had and that’s because of Frank Mineo and the team at Spitzer Northfield. If you’re in the market for an awesome vehicle, you may as well work with AWESOME people to make it happen! Frank, mission accomplished on being that person for me.
I went in for brakes and an oil change and left my car for the day. I was called many hours later and told the oil change was complete but they ordered parts for the brakes and would call when they were in. I called back 5 days later as I hadnt heard and got passed around to different parties on the phone and then sent to voicemail. I called back later that afternoon and was told nothing was ever ordered and nobody knew anything else. I sent a note to the manager and still have not heard back.
Was not told until 3 days after I rented a vehicle that I could get reimbursed if i went through a different rental place. I also only got two calls in the 5.5 weeks regarding progress. This is nitpicking a bit but the alignment was also not completed as well as the outside was not cleaned when i had it returned. My other vehicles have always at least gotten cleaned.
The staff were great, Frank and Tom helped me get out of a lease that no other dealer could help with, while also keeping me within the payment terms I wanted for the truck I bought. They helped me get a brand new truck for my husbands birthday and were careful to help me make it a surprise! It was the best car/dealership experience I’ve had!
Had a very bad experience with the service department today especially two of the service advisors they do not know how to treat people professionally ask I asked one of them to get a manager for me he told me to go get him myself. Very unprofessional my 2021 has Grease prints all over it they couldnt even bring it through the car wash. But I see theres a lot of service one stars and two star feedbacks but all the positives are from the sales department in this dealership.
Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Had to take my vehicle home and spend an hour and a half of my time cleaning up greasy handprints all over the paint ,oil splattered underneath the hood ,oil dripping down the fender. Tires of rims are full of grease. Definitely not what I expect from a dealership. Extremely unprofessional. Showed it to my service advisor and mentioned to him he should tell the people in the back. He seemed very uninterested just didnt care. I would definitely go somewhere else.
I went and bought my first big girl car here. Carmin helped me and was absolutely amazing. I had so many questions and she never once made me feel bad for asking so many. She treated me and my grandparents like she had always known us. Truly one of the best sales persons Ive ever talked to. She is fantastic! Go see her and I promise you will leave smiling!
Best experience I have had at a car dealer. This was also my first time going alone as a girl in her 20s, it kinda scared me! Frank Mineo was able to talk with me about different vehicles, let me test drive, was super patient with me. He even gave me a tour of the dealership. He made me feel very comfortable and wasn’t being pushy. He helped me get the best of the best, as well as when I went into the finance office! I was worried about what they’d try to sell me in there, but the process was painless and Tom even helped me out after leaving the lot, which doesn’t happen often! Mark schowalter is the best! Mark even stayed late on day when I was having a issue with my car he offered to take me home and really cares about his customers ! I’ve been servicing my cars here for years. Always a great experience.One of my cars is older and higher mileage and they do a good job of telling me what it needs, what can wait, and making it affordable for me. Most of my oil changes come back with a pretty clean inspection so when they do notice something wrong, I trust that it’s legit. They’re not trying to upsell me on every visit.My newer car hasn’t needed much but I trust them to tell me when it does and provide great service.Get to know the service staff. It’s been mostly the same people for years and they’re very honest and do a great job.

Mark Schowalter made sure that everything was checked to keep my car in tip top shape - very pleasant to deal with and thanked my for allowing Spitzer to service my car. I trust Spitzer to recommend exactly what my car needs to continue to perform at a top level. I first got me car in April 2014 as a lease and then bought the car when the lease ended - I intend to keep this car for quite a few more years - with less than 55, 000 miles I want to maintain it so that I can continue to have dependable transportation.
The buying experience was simple and painless, and we feel that we got a great deal. Derrick Perry was awesome to work with, and knew about our new cars history (a barely-driven lease.)Since we werent planning to buy anything Saturday (just browsing), we didnt have our trade with us. Derrick instead stopped by our home on Sunday morning to take our trade back to the dealership, giving us time to move our things between vehicles.Everyone we interacted with at the dealership was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and overall this was a very positive car-buying experience for us. I purchased an SUV from here today. Incredible experience from beginning to end. Matthew Ingersoll was the sales associate I worked with and he was completely transparent and honest throughout the entire process. She made made sure my problems were handle the best and that I left the dealership happy. Communication was great!! I will definitely refer her to anyone. I loved Carmin! She took what I wanted and ran with it. She was friendly, honest, and made the process go as smooth as possible. Also, it’s wonderful to have a car salesWOMAN! Would it recommend their service. Will no longer be going there. Having been going to Chevy service centers for 12 years since I started buying chevys I will no longer return. Spent 2 days being pitched to for up charges on information that contradicted previous tune ups to makes more up charges. Was told by Pat that he would look for deals. After finding deals on the Chevy service center website was told those products are no good. Was not giving the information for the rebates on the products I did get. Spent over $1000 and they couldn’t even run my car through the quick wash. Was offered deals if I continue to charged for unnecessary purchases. Having an entire family that’s worked in the assembly plants I am ashamed that this is how they treat people mind you I informed them that I was attending a funeral and this is how they react.
Service Department is horrible. Serviced my Truck there due to ABS & tracking warning light on. The next day, I had to call them to get a status! When I did, They said they needed to put a speed sensor in and they would have it done by tomorrow morning. Next morning, no call. I call them in the afternoon. They said they were still working on it. They said they had to make adjustments. The operator I spoke to didn’t seem to care. He didn’t give me a completion day/time either. I use my truck for work. So its a big deal. I don’t recommend this dealership. Find a shop that cares and does things right, don’t spend your hard earned cash here...go somewhere else.

At this time during this pandemic, its difficult to be totally fair to this dealership. We havent purchased from them since 1984. Cameron MacDonald did an excellent job selling us a new Blazer RS. TJ and Tom Bowens were friendly, knowledgeable and through. We appreciated that all tolerated our humor & age. My biggest complaint is NOT with the dealership but with Chevrolet. Your owners manual NEEDS images! And OMG make MEMORY DRIVERS SEAT standard equipment in all models PLEASE.
Dealing with Treven M. when purchasing my new Tahoe was a delight. His honest, no nonsense, manner was refreshing and he was extremely thorough throughout the process. He took the time to ensure that I understood all of the details of the deal itself, and was thorough when I picked up the vehicle as well. He went over all of the features of the Tahoe from top to bottom and frequently asked me if he had answered all of my questions. He contacted me twice in the first week, asking if I had any concerns or questions. I highly recommend you go to Spitzer, ask for Treven and buy a car from him. You wont regret it!
The service repair gentleman were very nice, the service area and waiting area were both clean, and I enjoyed my conversation with Derrick Perry (a salesman). He showed me the new 2021 Equinox, and I told him that I would be back to discuss trade-in options at another date.
I have tried many times in the past to purchase a vehicle from Spitzer Chevrolet and walked out disappointed. But this time things were different! I was greeted by Santos Graciani. He was very personable and not pushy. We found a Colorado I liked and proceeded to make a deal. It was a pleasure dealing with the NEW MANAGEMENT too! Im glad I gave them another chance.
I have always done mine own mechanical work on my cars. I received a letter from GM about high oil consumption on my Equinox. I took the car to Spitzer to address the possible problem. I explained the symptoms to Al, the service writer. He suggested having a technician look at the car, and he would let me what was going on. I called later that day, and Al told me the problem, and the cost. It was substantial. I was very skeptical. Al explained what was causing the problem, and several courses of action I could take. I decided to go ahead with the repairs. To ease my mind, Al had the technician take pictures and videos of the engine and the bad parts. I was allowed to see the car and new parts that were installed, as well as the old parts that were removed. The technician (I cant remember his name) was very knowledgeable on the repairs, and thoroughly explained what was done. I will continue to work on my cars, but if I run into something that I cant handle, I will be taking them to Spitzer.

Your service team not only handled my key-less entry code recovery painlessly, but also washed my car. My wife purchased a Trailblazer from Spitzer. We looked a over 15 different cars before settling on this one. Her two top choices were Chevys. Trevon was a great help during the whole processes which involved several visits and even got us an additional discount. Raul was also a great help on a visit Trevon was unavailable. Spitzer Chevy is a great place to buy a car.

Thank you very much to Al Dadas and the service team who fixed my Chevy Cruze! I drove to Ohio from Chicago and noticed my car was acting strange on the way. Al got my car in immediately and was very kind and understanding (I was under a lot of stress and sobbing!) Tom the friendly shuttle driver took me back to my hotel and they both recommended things I could do in the area while my car was being fixed. It ended up being a huge fix, luckily covered by warranty, but I needed to be at work in Chicago 3 days later and they did not have all the parts in stock at the time. Al kept me updated and immediately ordered what they needed. The service team took the time to make sure my car was fixed and reliable while still working hard and quickly to meet my home bound deadline. It’s purring like a kitten now and I made it home safely with a whole night to spare! :) Thank you SO much for such a great customer service experience in what could have been a disaster for me.

I came from a lease with KIA and did a trade in for another with chevy, This was a first time experience for me but it was great especially with the overall service of the workers there and my amazing salesman. My car was towed to the dealership. Pat called me within an hour or two to explain they were looking at my vehicle. He called me later and told me I needed an oil change and what the problem was with my car. Pat and the service department did an excellent job and I trust them 100%. I sold cars for 8 years at a rival Chevy dealership, I started my own business and stepped away from the dealership business, for knowing what I know in sales and finance this was THE BEST treatment I ever got from ANY dealership. Carmen was phenomenal from the beginning to the end of the sales process, Tom was thorough with the whole finance process and Mike Blackstock gave me the best deal on my wife’s new Toyota 4Runner. Spitzer Northfield is the best. Bought cars here for the last 15 years. Referred my family and friends as well. I was looking for a new truck for my husband in a specific color. Derrick Perry and Jen Giunti found exactly what I was looking for. My husband recently had surgery and was unable to drive. Derrick Perry took the time to personally deliver the car to my home to surprise my husband, who had no idea I purchased it. This was such an awesome surprise. Derrick Perry also explained the infotainment center and the vehicle features. Derrick Perry was very knowledgeable, professional and treated us like friends rather than just a customer. I got stuck on the road after grocery shopping and my car was overheating. I called Spitzer and was told I needed to be towed in. They gave me the number to call and by the time I got off the phone with the tow company someone from Spitzer was already on their way to me to take not only me but all my groceries home. I was called a little later about the issue with my car and it was done and ready for me by 1.
Check engine light was on and I think it was ridiculous that you wanted $140 just to do the diagnostics. I was ripped off by you years ago when you changed air and cabin filters and haven’t had service from you since. Only reason I came in was for a recall. I will most likely be purchasing a new vehicle within the next three months and Spitzer lost a sale. Now I’m not sure I will even purchase a GM vehicle.
A good friend of mine recommended I go to Spitzer Northfield and see Jen Giunti about my interest in a new truck.when I met up with Jen I explained I had a idea what I needed but needed specs to make sure on towing capacity. Jen called Carmin Citraro over and next thing I know Carmin had all the info for me to see myself. After that she took a description of my options and expectations she printed out a list of trucks that matched up. Was. A little work for them to work a deal to get the truck to there lot. But I was shocked when they called and said they had it.This was the most enjoyable vehicle purchase ever truck turned out as nice as the sales force. 👍
My sales person Derek was both professional and courteous to work with. The situation im in is difficult to understand but once he and i went through everything it became much easier. He had patience which he needed to do this deal . I purchased a 2021 Z71 Tahoe and Im super happy that Derek was able to help. Love the sales people and the Massnahmen in front. The service has gone down the drain. There were too many times I had to bring mine or my wife’s vehicle back there because the job wasn’t done. One time they left my console still apart, another time found a screwdriver in the seat and noticed they used that to pry off the plastic. The worst was when they did not tighten my lug nuts!!!
I am pleased with the purchase of my new Chevrolet Malibu 2LT. I am glad I took the test drive and couldnt be more pleased with my vehicle. Also the sales person Claude Smith was very helpful as well as the rest of the staff. I was presented with different financial options and found the best one that suits my needs. The service department is very friendly and efficient.
I came in for regular oil change maintenance and for a flaky light issue. Andrew was very helpful advising me of the problem. He knew a lot about my Pontiac and known issues. He made me feel confident about the work performed and pricing. Beyond that, the shop was clean and neat, waiting area was comfortable, and everyone was very nice. Ill definitely be back for future service.
I was thoroughly please with my experience in the Northfield, OH location. My sales representative Carmin Citraro was phenomenal. The time she took to walk me through my process of my purchase was wonderful. She understood me and what I was looking for with her probing questions and delivered exactly what made since for me. The time I spent with Jennifer Giunti to sign my paperwork was not long but it was thorough and seamless. She explained what I was signing, answered all my questions and made sure I understood. Northfield Spitzer and especially Carmin provided us the best buying experience my wife and I have ever had and we’ve bought probably around 20 cars. My wife went by herself on a Tuesday and took a test drive, had her trade evaluated and she walked out with a quote all within 45 minutes. Never one ounce of pressure put on her to make a decision that day like most dealerships do by bringing in the sales manager or whomever. Came home so we could discuss. Wednesday midday I stopped up to look at colors and options and talk to Carmin. They didn’t have the car with the color and options we wanted but she found it and had it there by Wednesday afternoon. We agreed to a deal Wednesday afternoon and picked up the car on Friday because we couldn’t get back there before then. I can’t say enough about how well they treated us. A little over a week ago my wife went to test drive a 2015 Dodge Journey. She has a very good experience, and we went back a couple of days later to buy the car. The sales team was very respectful and polite, gave us a great deal and even stayed past closing time to finish the sale. We drove over a hundred miles one way to Spitzers and we are planing on buying from them again. Best car buying experience I have ever had.
Last night was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. My wife Adrianne always lease cars. So every 3 years we are in the market. The GM James Stickler. Met us at the door. Smiling with his hand out to shake. Great friendly guy. The salesman Dan Cook took us and treated my wife and I as we were family. Laughing, joking, making sure we were good. Wasnt afraid to show us every single car in the lot if we wanted to compare. Finance guy awesome as well. They were fast, knowledgeable, kind!! I got a great car, great price, great service. I am still shocked at how EASY this dealership made buying a car. It almost seemed sketchy it was so easy. I have never financed a car before and I have less than perfect credit. I thought only a buy here pay here place would be able to help me but I was wrong. Matt Ingersoll and the finance manager did AMAZING getting me into the perfect SUV for my family. Everything got started before I even walked in, Matt was quick and responsive when I would text him, the finance manager is very friendly and gave my daughter a Car Fox and everyone made me feel welcome. The only suggestion I would have is to have the car pulled up and ready at the appointment time because when we were trying to see it upon pulling in LOL. Carmin must be their star sales person. I was in the situation of needing a new car / old car died and she patiently walked us through what is an inherently stressful process and made it easy.I further feel that the dealership made no attempt to take advantage of the situation and i came away with a good deal. I cant help but rate this as a positive experience.
They dont call him DAN THE MAN for no reason!!!! My honey bought me an SUV over the weekend and the experience could not have been better! I recently traded in my car. Jennifer Valentine was so supportive and welcoming. Id been to plenty of dealerships that make you feel like a sort of inconvenience. Not at this Spitzer location though. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. They worked their hardest to make sure I got the car I wanted. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking. And ask for Jennifer Valentine!!
Andrew was very knowledgeable and hands on with my car. He was very tentative to the concern I had and eager to get the repairs complete. He went above to get me a loaner car. Absolutely the best service. Also the service did not take long and communication via phone regarding my car was very helpful.
The wait was way too long for having a scheduled appointment and not be a drop in. There was zero communication, if they are behind then I should have been notified and offered a reschedule if I could not waste my day. This is the second vehicle appointment that this has happened to me. I would not recommend it. Andrew, the service scheduler, I would recommend him but thats about it.
Absolutely appalled with my service at Spitzer Chevy today. We drove all the way from Michigan to their dealership, looking to buy a vehicle, I myself am in the market for a Chevy Colorado and wanted to test drive one after we test drove the original vehicle we were interested in & was denied. When I asked them why I was denied, the sales man told me that his boss said no because I would be putting miles on the truck for no reason. I have never in my life witnessed such terrible customer services, I would steer clear of this dealership. Called my local Chevy dealer and have a test drive in place, now that’s how you do business.
Thursday afternoon my son and I were traveling on Route 82 & Shepard, when our left rear tire blew out on our 2015 Malibu. Although we had an hour and 1/2 wait for the tow truck. Our experience with Spitzer Northfield Chevy was an excellent one. They took our car in immediately after drop off, they gave us an estimate right away, they drove us home while they worked on the car. I called, spoke to Andrew and asked him since I was now running behind, could you please have the car vacuumed and cleaned? Without hesitation Andrew answered with a no problem. We picked up the car a couple hours later, the tire was fixed, the car was cleaned and we were only charged what we were quoted. Now thats an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU Andrew and the rest of the staff that made our experience excellent!!!PS...I have dealt with Andrew in the past he has been consistently professional, efficient and is a definite asset to Northfield Spitzer Chevy!!!
Mom went to try selling her car, valued at about five thousand dollars, Ended up getting an offer for 2 and a half for Damages.Dude said there was a problem with the struts, and that the car would lean weird if you turned under braking. Complete garbage! Guy didnt even start the car, let alone move it to see if it had problems. Would not recommend under any circumstances.Edit: Ended up selling the car for 5 grand. Remember, the only problem with the car was that it was an older model, and Im pretty sure we still lost money at 5k.
Great service - Jennifer was great from the moment I met her as was AJ the finance man. I have no major complaints and feel this is the best experience in purchasing a car through Spitzer. I really did not think I would be approvedad was able to take my new vehicle home the same day.I just love my new Equinox LT!!!
The job I came in for got done, but I was previously told it would take time to complete so they would shuttle me home, but was told they were short staffed so I had to wait. Also, after I left I noticed the display on my dashboard that is supposed to show my tire pressure was not working. Now Im going to have to get that looked at.
Purchased a used vehicle on June 19th from spitzer ...traded my vehicle and gave them a $1200 down payment ,signed a 10 day spot contract (scam in itself come to find out!)...spitzer transfered my plates and off I went .I was told for 2 weeks that they had secured financing (HENCE THE 1200 DOWN PAYMENT REQUIRED BY CAPITAL ONE FINANCING )I drove the car 2 days shy of 4 weeks ....26 days WHICH BY LAW MADE THE SPOT CONTRACT BINDING !! during this time frame I had contacted spitzer and was told a payoff for my trade in was in the process of being sent to chase and after being hounded for almost a month from chase for payment ...I contacted spitzer on July 16th to see what the hold up was ....I was transfered to the finance Manager TOM and was told that they couldnt get vehicle financed ....keep in mind ...this was 28 days later by pure chance I happened to call inquiring about payoff otherwise spitzer had no intentions of informing me about financing .....my car was for sale on their website and theres no doubt in my mind ...they had every intentions of scamming me by selling my car and leaving me no options but to be forced into a higher rate of financing ...this is how they treat people with less than perfect credit ....cheat and steal from them..knowing there would be no recourse!!!SCUM stay away from this dealer...their dishonest!!
Dan was super helpful and catered to our personal needs, we were under no pressure to purchase. We went there on a Monday just to get an idea of what was out there for us. We sat with Dan and he gave us all the info we needed. We were going to shop around to other dealers but we were so happy with how courteous and helpful Dan was we went back the next week. Everyone at the dealership was very nice actually, from the greeter to the financial department. Our whole experience was excellent. Looking forward to dealing with them for future purchases 😆
I had my car towed and it was dropped off at 10:13 this morning. When I got off work at 3:30 I decided to call to see if they had found what was wrong. They hadnt even looked at it yet but told me it hadnt been dropped off until 2pm so I called the towing co. And they assured me he dropped it off at 1013am. So here I sit waiting for them to install a battery that could have been done before I got here. I dont think theyd like my bill for the wait. I have trouble with liars.
I cannot possibly thank Pat, our service representative at Sptizer in Northfield, enough for the stellar, over-the-top effort he put forth during major repairs to my vehicle. I feel that he really took care of me and my car. He supplied a great courtesy vehicle, he cared about me and the problems with the car, he kept me informed & then he went to bat for me to get a huge portion of the costs reduced. My wonderful Equinox has a new lease on life. I am extremely satisfied and grateful. Thanks SO much.

Being that I am from Texas I had fears that this was going to be complicated but right from the start Jessica Valigosky put me at ease. Her excellent customer service along with her quick replies to my questions had me excited and ready to fly up to get the truck. Due to me being in Texas and the truck being in Ohio the bulk of my deal was done over the phone and email but after she picked me up at the airport and took me to the dealership she made sure I was happy with the deal and the truck while I took it on a test drive through the snow.Thanks for everything! Jessica Valigosky went out of her way to find the perfect Silverado 1500 truck for us with just the package that we wanted. She was very helpful in answering all of our questions and patiently helped us connect the Bluetooth and download the My Chevy app, going over all features of our new truck before we left the dealership. As a very anxious, socially awkward person, I cannot recommend this place enough. I actually enjoyed the process of buying a car! Everyone was incredibly accommodating, and immediately put us at ease. Our salesperson was amazing - she was a real person, rather than just someone trying to sell the car. I had contacted another dealership first, having purchased my existing vehicle there ... received very little response. I contacted them again via e-mail, direct to a sales manager, this time received no response.So, based on that, I looked closer to home and contacted Spitzer via their web page. I received a callback within 15 minutes ... after that call, I had an appointment to speak with a sales manager, James, that afternoon.James and I discussed what I was looking for, and he then introduced me to Sam, who took my specs for the perfect Equinox and found the best matches in their inventory. As it happened, they had one that was very, very close to the mark. Took a test drive, reviewed the various features of the car, and then we closed the deal. Simple and straightforward.During the process, Sam gave me a tour of the dealership and the service areas, and we discussed service plans, etc ... He worked efficiently through the registrations for the XM and OnStar trials, and then he walked me through pairing my cell with MyLink. I sorted out the payment arrangements with AJ, and he took care of all of the necessary registration paperwork, etc ... to complete the process.So - from one inquiry on the website, I went from driving a 12 year old Silverado to a brand new 2015 Equinox in the space of one day.Well done.

2022-02-15The entire staff transformed my transaction into trust. Brannon Shilling did a great job by drawing my attention to his dealership by posting the vehicle I was looking for online on Facebook Marketplace and immediately contacting me when I inquired. He was not pushy and answered every question I had right away. Jen the sales manager made it very easy to come to terms without having to go back and forth multiple times. Overall, a great experience when buying a vehicle can be quite nerve racking.

2022-03-04I took my Malibu in for power steering issues. I turned it in on a Wednesday night under the impression it wouldn’t be finished until Friday night. They told me they wouldn’t get the part til Friday morning. Thursday morning I got a call saying my car was ready to be picked up. When I picked up my car the steering was worse than it was when I drove it to them. I was heated, because I paid almost $1,600 to get it fixed. The manager told me to come get my car off of his property. Worst experience of my life. Oh yeah They told me they torque sensor was bad now, but wasn’t bad the night before when you did your inspection? So they said they would fix it for a deal of $300….. NEVER

2022-07-20John Berryhill took my car promptly and did the service I scheduled.(oil change and tire rotation). He explained every thing to me so I understood what was done. He took the time to be sure all my gm points were calculated properly. My car was returned clean and I was very satisfied, I will trust him next time too.

2022-07-20On July 15th I brought my Chevy Equinox in for a oil change, tire rotation and they did a lot of little extra things. They even washed it! Charles Ballard and his team were great. Charles was very friendly, humorous and helpful. I will bring my car back for all of its needs again and again.

2022-04-21Service was fast. Just an oil change and inspection but no problems. My only complaint is the people checking me in seem not to know about the specials or discounts. I end up paying the special price but it would be nice if they didnt initially act as if they never heard of such a thing.
