The general manager is very condescending toward guest concerns.I witnessed him belittle 2 elderly customers, when I brought it to his attention he started being condescending towards me.This speedway does not want or care about your business.Shop else where .
Today I was standing I line to pay for my gas and some guy took $40 out of my hand and ran out the door. My friend on Christmas eve had his car broken into. They got his blood pressure medicine, a space heater and a cooler. 2months b4 that a guy took $120 out of his hand . I should have learned my lesson from these experiences. Dont go to this store unless u have money or materials to lose cause it WILL be taken.

If youre in any kind of a hurry, DO NOT stop here. The slowest service that Ive ever experienced at a Speed way. Stopped for one item and it took almost 10 minutes in a 2 person line in front of me. Before I walked out the door, line had formed into 8 people angrily waiting.
The people who work there was nice and polite store was pretty dirty bathrooms was a shame

The guy who works nights don’t know what he is doing he tried to slip a pack of Newport reds. On my bill for just a coke and some hot Cheetos I asked if I could use my speedway card. App at the counter and then pay at the pump because i didn’t have the card it self and he said yes so I went and got my gas and it didn’t use my card. I usually stop at this location everyday before work to get some fldrinks and chips and never been disappointed always great staff and a good speedway good job “2nd” shift night shift sucks ass. Definitely the young white guy

I come here twice a day to get a Cherry Coke Zero, which they have plenty of during the day, but when I come at night, the staff is so lazy that they tell me they dont have it. Tonight was no excpetion, they young man inside went and looked twice, but obviously does not have the patience to look for what I asked for because he came back 30 seconds later with the wrong thing... twice. Then he said we dont have it... I bet if I go in tomorrow, the row of Cherry Coke Zero will be full. Since this location started closing its doors at night, the service has really gone downhill. I have complained about this several times, but it never seems to get fixed.
They lock doors for 30-40 mins & out a sign on door saying they will n open n 20mins, bc they are short staff. This happens a couple days a week. Also only 1 employee working 3rd shift?!? Thats dangerous, I thought its agnsed the law to have only 1 person working at night alone

I live right around the corner and lets just say you get what you pay for when it comes to living on a questionable side of town.. Theyre always at risk of getting robbed so you cant access the inside past 10 pm sometimes past 9..
Says theyre open 24 hours. I have to be at work at 4:30 am so I get there at around 3:45 am to get coffee and it says theyre closed until 4:15. Which is it? Open 24 hours? Or do you open at 4?

Forgot to pump my gas came back 15 minutes later and was told if someone took your gas theres nothing we can do.

2022-04-17Not a fan of the new general manager because honestly he is lazy. He allows the line to get way backed up and will not lift a finger to help. He stays at the computer or in the back, you really need someone else before laziness doesnt cut it at this location.

2021-12-08I LOVE this store. The staff is always kind and two of them are funny as heck and even know some customers by name and make everyone feel so welcome! Plus their sausage pizza and flavored coffees are on point.

2021-09-08Very busy and they dont have my cigarettes most of the time, the station on Briggs road. So I go to the station on Harrisburg Pike which always has my cigarettes. This is a gas station and they have all things inside, like hot coffee and all types of cold coffee and lots of other things.

2019-05-29The worst customer service ever. I have been going to speedway for at least 2 years and this is the first time I have had to face this kind of treatment. I have reported this location to the speed way as well.Some lady, looked like the store owner walks out and says I can’t park my car at the gas pump and starts to use all kind of profanity. Very badly maintained and a very dirty store amongst all the speedways.Stay away, you can drive south another 5 minutes on Harrisburgpike. You will be able to find another speedway.
