Go there once a day to get my one pop I allow myself (got the 64oz refillable). 50/50 chance fountain machine is working. Good store most employees are courteous and quick to get you in an out. 1 or 2 must hate thier lives, always with the attitude and I feel the urge to make you hate yours. Sorry my sunshine doesnt diminish cuz Im just glad I was able to get out of bed and make the walk (arthritis lets me know when I get home.EDIT: Forgot to mention the one manager isHAWT!

Lady smoking inside the building while talking to employee.One man was holding the door open talking with her and the employee, upon my boyfriend and I walking in first the man holding the door asked for money, which I carry a debit card only, then after telling the man no the lady then gets behind my boyfriend and starts whispering in his ear about how she needed money for her SUV that was sitting at a gas pump.Then asking for the cigar I wanted and they didn’t have it I left, and all three of them who seemed to just be hangin out, STARED AT US NEVER LOOKING AWAY as I got into the car and went to the gas station across the street.This employee was allowing a woman to smoking cigarettes INSIDE THE BUILDING NEXT TO THE REGISTER.AND ALLOWED LOITERING AND ALLOWED THE PEOPLE LOITERING TO ASK FOR MONEY WITHOUT AS MUCH AS TELLING THEN TO STOP.factually speaking he made the loitering people feel more welcome in that building than I did.
I’ve lived near this speedway a lot of my teenage years I don’t anymore I love that their open all night great selection only issue is all the people aggressively asking for money I had a guy try to push his way past my boyfriend into our truck 🛻

Went in Friday the 26th for cigarettes and bottles of Starbucks, no Starbucks. Just went in today the 2nd grab my 6 bottles of Starbucks and go to the counter. The girl very snidely said cash only. I said it would be nice to know that as I came in. Once again very snidely said there are signs on the door. I looked and there were but above eye level. Im 63 and usually am looking where Im walking, not up and above. Im also in there at least twice a week spending close to $100 a little care and respect would be nice.
By far defeinitely one of the worst speedways I have been to.Customer service was very poor and the people in the parking lot were super sketchy. Will definitely find a better one to gas up at when traveling when this way.
Trust me !! If you dont already and take advantage of Speedway and the convince of there 24/7 Rewards Program for all it has to offer.I love Speedway.

They got to Great workers the one managers personalities if you met her you know who Im talking about all the other workers no their regular customers they got great personalities they treat their customers great they take good care of their customers
Im able to get what I need when I come here but I really do not like a worker using curse language because they are not supposed to do that on a professional level. Did not get a name because she did not hand me a receipt. But if it ever happens again then I will.

I come to this place every day , its not the best speedway but its convenient. Although Im not sure if the cashier (her hair is usually red ,heavier set & now her hair looks pink/white) was having a bad day or what was so flipping rude. I CAN NOT PREACH THIS ENOUGH, IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB-QUIT!!!!! its that simple, dont take your bad day out on customers who come in and spend money with you!!!! This issue will be sent on to someone in corporate. Hey lady , SCREW YOU!
I dont understand how a Speedway, a huge gas station chain, can have so many fn issues so often. Like just now, its 11:06 pm I had tried to stop at the speedway on a high off greenlawn, there was a sign that said in the bathroom, be back in 10 minutesIve gone in and paid in cash and then the cashier tried to give me $7 in quarters. She didnt say hey Im sorry I can only give u change in quarters or anything just expected me to be cool w like $7 in all change. Thats only one of many stories. I get that things go wrong but on top of that kind of bs they always have an attitude. Im not sure if they need some actual management/leadership or what but this has been over the last 3 months that incidents like that have been happening.*Update*after such a negative review I did expect some sort of response from management so its not just the lazy employees its lazy management I guess 😕
This is the one near my home. I do not blame the employees for the mess and them always being out of things I blame management. Today for example 1 person there during lunch hour. No large coffee cups, no blue packages of sugar all the drink machines on the back wall were out of order. I ended up leaving without my coffee. Feel sorry for the guy working people were getting mad and he was BUSY.

Not well maintained. Wasnt asked for spare change, so a good day at this location. Cooler shelves were bare. Employees werent keeping up making pizza and grill items during lunchtime. There were four people on the pay clock. The manager was talking to a friend for at least ten minutes when so much needed to be done. He sets a terrible example for his employees.
I go to this particular Speedway because its on the way to my job. I have been in this establishment numerous times where no one would fill up the latte dispenser. They just say there is no more while there is two to three people working. Lazy Speedway....

Wish there was a way not to give a star.... I went to buy two pack of cigs at ten pm and they said my card declined and come to find out they took the money out of my account and refused to give me my cigs so we call the store and customer services and reported it and still they claim that I received my cigs. Yes I end up buying one pack with change I had but not two and the money was stolen from me... will never go back to this store again. Filthy and rude workers

Usually always very long lines. People hanging around parking lot asking for change. Litter all over lot trash cans running over. Easy to get in lot but very hard to get out unless youre making a right turn.

Rasist speedway in America. I work at the white Castle next door and I frequent this speedway.. Every time I show up there is a problem so tonight I wore a camera and recorded my visit. I emailed my good friend KURT Ludlow from the news to investigate. I asked for the number to the corporate office the lady gave me the number to the store. This has got to stop.

2022-07-06HORRIBLE! Man exposed himself outside & harrassed me & the cashier that was pregnant luckily I had mace to use. They need security at night absolutely ridiculous the ppl hanging out & putting the employees & customers in danger. This was THE LAST STRAW I WILL NVR VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN! Everytime its something crazy going on even during day not as bad but still ridiculous that they keep letting it go on. Theyre letting others run off customers instead of solving the problems!

2022-07-12I wish there was an option for NO ⭐s!On June 25th my vehicle was stolen right in front of the store. Frantic as I was the GM Whitney was not empathetic to my plight! She acted like me wanting her to review the video for that morning was too much to ask and an inconvenience for her! CPD officer Wright didnt act any better! I believe that the GM was in cohoots with the people who stole my car because she wasnt eager to find out who had stole it. I never would wish anything bad to anyone but her car should be stolen to see how it feels!Later that day someone elses car was stolen if you ask me I think it was an inside job! Please if you have to go there make sure your car is locked because that area is full of crime!

2022-07-21This is the nastiest gas station in all of Columbus. None of the coffee machines work, no ice for the drinks/out of syrup. Going off of the sewage/spoiled milk smell Im afraid to touch any of the exposed food and the pastry I grabbed was expired. Add the persons in the parking lot demanding money.... good times.

2018-05-31If youre looking to buy drugs, deal with people begging for money, and wait in the slowest line ever exist then this is the gas station for you. Yes they have a nice little convenience store area, but it doesnt make up for all the other nonsense and insanity that goes on here. The owners should be absolutely ashamed to own a place where drug deals and overdoses are commonplace.Thankfully they repaved the parking lot, because that was the big issue.

2019-10-22Usually 3 people in the register area. 2 of them on their phones sitting down. 1 on them at a register. 4 people in line and no hot food. Ever. Also very dirty. Meanwhile theres always a couple employees sitting on their behind checking their facebook in clear view of all the people in line.

2022-04-29One of the dirtiest gas stations in Ohio. Its inconvenient and scary to go to this gas station.Needs a total renovation, 7/11 the new owners of Speedway need to put some $$$ into the brand to reinvigorate it.
